Went to have my battery tested. They didn t ask to turn the car off to test the battery, said my battery was running normal (the car was still on when they tested). They instead said it was my starter, so I purchased a starter from them. Ended up being the wrong one so we traded it for the correct starter. After putting the brand new starter on my car still wouldn t turn over, we tested the battery at home and the battery is bad. I am now out $300 for a starter that they claimed was bad to begin with, when in reality it was just my battery. When we called the store to let them know that they tested my car wrong we also asked for my original starter back since there was nothing wrong with it. He had told us they already shipped my starter off and would credit us for the starter but needed the new one back??? So then I m out a starter completely, that s just a return?? Won t be returning here. Completely took advantage of a woman who was vulnerable and needed help. Ladies, don t go here.

Thank goodness they had what was needed to fix the car and get us back on the road again. On the road again just couldn't wait to get back on the road again

Billy went above and beyond to help me. I broke a bolt on a caliper bracket and no one in BG has a replacement and it was after hours for the dealer and my car was in pieces in the garage. Billy set me up with what I needed and showed me what needed to be done to get the broken bolt out. I did what he told me to do and it worked and it saved me money, time and frustration. Thank you, Billy!!

This was the only parts place that could get me a side mirror for my vehicle. Even the dealership said it would take months to get. O'Reilly had it in less than a week. Also their staff is friendly and helpful. I'll definitely go here for all my parts needs in the future.

I love going to O Reilly's auto parts. They are honest and that is very important to me. I won't go to another auto parts store for new parts. They will beat other stores prices every time. Highly recommend

Cody is the best! All the people that work at this store go above and beyond to help. My job takes to this store at least a few times a week with odd ball parts needs. This store handles them everytime!

Stopped by with my 2 month old and5 year old, battery was dead. Asked them to replace and was told they weren t qualified to do that because would have to take one small piece off. Went down the road to and Advanced Auto and they changed it no problem. Will likely not return to this store for service.

I don't go to autoparts stores often; we're new here but I was glad to see they had automotive sized big ratchet socket sizes Lowes Craftsman didn't have. A rare but popular 15/16th socket that undoes the most common John Deere tractor 42 inch deck blades for sharpening and replacing when ya hit something. They sell that big socket by itself, which is very good and this post might start a run on em! If ya got a John Deere mower, check the manual for the size required and then stop and have one in your toolbox. Might as well order an online set of blades to have around too from your Deere dealer; their part's guy sent me to O'Reilly for the socket since Deere didn't sell em.Browsed, they have lots of nice tools at OReilly, and the eager guy behind the counter showed me what I needed. Also lots of car touchup paint and tire air gauges. I think they gave me a military discount too.

I have only been here a couple of times but each time I have experienced a professional attitude from each young man whom I have dealt with. They also was helpful in getting me the right parts I needed.

The Scottsville road location is the store I visit the most the staff there is friendly and knowledgeable. I actually look for an excuse to stop by sometimes.
