The staff here are very helpful, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. HUGE kudos for their knowledge!! Drive the extra distance for this store! Well worth going across town! If you're performing challenging or advanced repairs, this team is amazing with offering insight and taking the time to do so!Several of the same staff have been there for a long time!

Second. Time now I have oil in my drive way . After having it changed by then. They fail to wipe the cross member after draining.I will not be back !!!!!!

If you look up a part or order online call before you go to get it the website lies and says it is in stock when it's in Nashville at the wearhouse and it is coming on the next truck

My favorite parts store, the guys at the counter know cars and if they don't have the part in stock they'll help you find it locally.Updated: Still an awesome store.

Amazed at the experience of the counter people. A couple of them have been there 20 and 30 plus years. Best knowledge and more parts in stock than anyone in town. They also have the best quality too. Nationally known but locally owned so they take care of you better than those corporate chain stores. Just heard they are getting ready to remodel the entire store both inside and outside and stock even more parts than they do already. Cant wait to see it once it is finished. Keep up the great work!

Had gone to all the other car parts stores in bowling Green never set foot in Napa before. Went in there sales man was nice and I trusted him. Showed him what I needed and instead of telling me they did not have it sold me something else. Had to order off Amazon will be here at in couple of days. Will say this that was the first time and last time will ever do business with them again.

The only parts house in Bowling Green that understand you don't always have to have year, make and model of vehicle to find parts. Don't even think about trying to find parts for a car engine that may be in a chipper or a different model vehicle than it originally came out of because the other places don't even know where to start.

Great knowledgeable staff that help you get the part you need. Many employees are also knowledgeable enough to assist with maitnence advice and aren't just another individual using a search engine to find a mundane part they aren't even sure what is used for. Parts stores with good staff are becoming the needle in the haystack in today's world.

I needed a fast gas stabilizer product n the salesperson recommended me one that was a lil expensive than most other kind that I was looking at on the shelf, n I think it would have done the job just as good.

I was searching for a hard to find dash light bulb for my husband's S10 truck . I came in to the Napa store and the clerk help me greatly. He looked up the bulb and was able to order them to have them arrive at the store tomorrow morning. Thankful for his great help.

I can't say enough, I was having extremely bad car problems and I don't know anything about what I'm doing and I was there before they were even open and the gentleman that works there deserves a raise because he was kind and helpful and even trusted me to borrow a couple of tools which is very unlike most places. I really can recommend this more

Excellent service and product. Called ahead about new starter for Jeep. They had it in stock and when I arrived about two hours later they had it on the counter waiting for me.

Good place to look for harder to find parts, if someone tells you the part you need is a dealership only part check Napa first they may have it and they will be priced way under the dealership, and more than likely have the same part and brand as the dealer.

Most diy jobs need a little bit of insight from somebody more knowledgeable. Napa is now the only place you can get it without paying an arm and a leg.
