Musser has been amazing with my 1990 Camry. I bought my vintage daily driver with high mileage and a few mechanical issues due to it's age. Musser has helped me get this little beauty running perfectly! They were so amazing that they were able to come up with a solution to fix my last issue even though no one could find the part for this vehicle anywhere because it isn't being made any more. I almost lost hope that we'd be able to fix my problem at all. Not only did they create a great solution, they did it at a very reasonable price. I always take my ride there. They have always been honest with me and do a fantastic job. I even noticed that they tend to vacuum out my floors no matter what service they do, even after a simple oil change. Little things that show extra care. So thankful I started taking my car there. Thanks guys for all you do!

Went in to get an oil change & they checked everything.. they saw something needed to be fix & were able to fix it the same day! They were amazing, kind & the first auto repair to show us our car underneath. We were impressed & we are thankful that they took their time out of their day to repair it for us. Truly the best auto repair shop. The best one if you own a Subaru as well!

Just found my GO-TO auto shop!! Took in a Chevy Monte Carlo SS for service on the battery connector, transmission and carburetor. The mechanics are extremely knowledgeable. Got my ride running better than ever before!!! Dwayne at the front desk was awesome. Always kept me informed of the process and priced the work very reasonably. Highly recommend.

The owner Jason always makes sure I get everything checked. They don t overprice females like other shops do. So I always have a good feeling getting my car worked on there. Great customer service so you can t beat it.

Coming from out of state, I didn't know much about the area. When I noticed I needed repairs done on my car I took it to both a dealership and here. I was able to get a repair done on my flex pipe for nearly 10 times cheaper than what the dealership quoted me for. Car sounds better than I have ever remembered and I will recommend them to anyone in need of service!

I was in Kentucky for the holidays and my check engine light came on in the late afternoon on the Friday before New Years. I was planning to travel back home to Florida leaving early Saturday morning. I called a few places after going to get the code read at an auto parts store to see if they could fit me in, no one could until Tuesday. I called Musser Automotive and told the owner my situation about needing to get home and he with no hesitation said bring it down and let me check the codes and see what we can do. I took my Jeep to these guys and I needed some timely work done before I could head home. These guys without hesitation said they could get me going that day. I was worried what it was going to cost me, because being a single woman, and from out of town, I have been overpriced for work, but NOT at Musser Automotive! These guys quoted me a price that was so fair and reasonable I was surprised. No hidden fees, no inflated labor charges! Within 2-2.5 hours I was back on the road. I can t thank these guys enough. Musser Automotive is the place to go in Bowling Green, they are honest and give amazing service. Thank you Musser Automotive!!!

These guys are awesome, very honest and quick to get the work done. I had a brake line issue that could've possibly damaged the master cylinder. They inspected the cylinder and were honest about it being usable still and just changed out the brake lines. Good honest people work here and I plan to come to Musser with any future repairs.

Looking for a Go To shop? Musser is it!Customer service is always very friendly. They are fairly priced and if you have questions they are always willing to explain. After having the worse experience with other shops around BG I'm glad I gave them a chance. They have been great to me and my family and will now be our go-to shop from here on out. Thank you all at Musser Automotive.

I recently had a while-you-wait oil change at Musser. I was a first-time customer and had a great experience! The online appointment process was easy, and they were ready for me when I arrived. In and out in short order. Everyone was friendly and pleasant and made me feel welcomed and appreciated!

Fair!!Fast!! Professional!! I feel 100% confident taking my vehicle there as a woman alone. They returned my car this week vacuumed after I had some work done and it was an awesome unexpected surprise!! 10/10 recommend these guys!!!

Dwayne at the front desk is the best. I guess Jason is okay too. I tried to find a shop closer to my house and that shop suggested to take my engine apart and Jason was like, Um bring it here just to make sure, and his folks were like, Yeah there is nothing wrong. Cars just sometime make noises. So that saved about $4000. So now I just take my car here all the time even though I m out of town. They are nice, honest, and affordable. A+

Immediately got good vibes when we walked in. They were super friendly and helped to explain the entire process and how much everything was going to cost up front. Finished working on my car in two days time, faster than I anticipated but I was greatful they were nice the entire process. Would definitely go back for any future problems or vehicles.

The Musser team worked quickly and expertly on my vehicle. They communicated with me throughout the process of replacing my alternator, and they made sure I understood each step. They were competent and friendly, and they helped make a stressful situation much more manageable. I would highly recommend their services!

On our way into town for a conference, warning lights came on. I googled the closest garage to my hotel. Ended up being the best decision! They got our car in, assessed, and repaired within 24 hours even though they were swamped. Everyone was awesome. The car is running fine and we made it home safely. Thanks Musser!

Musser Automotive treated my son well when he needed work done on his rolling junk pile, so when it came time for new CV axles on my Subaru. Made an appointment and was in and out on schedule. It s now been a few weeks and no problems at all. Highly recommend!

I take all my work vehicles to Musser and am very happy with their service. I feel the prices are more than reasonable, the repairs are done in a timely manner, and they are great about communicating about the repair and when the repair is completed. I highly recommend them.

Went in for a second opinion from my vehicles main dealer. Not only did Musser Auto find additional items that were not listed by my dealer, what the dealer was going to do to my vehicle was not even neccesary. The dealer was going to charge me $1,500 for unnessary work AND not fix the problems that Musser Auto found. The Musser staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The vehicle was clean as they take care to cover seats and floors before entering the vehicle. They also finished quckly. VERY satisfied and will be bringing my vehilce back to them for a couple of additional items they found as well as recommedning them to friends and family. Date of my service was 2/16/2024

I had an excellent experience with Musser Automotive. All the dash warning lights on my Subaru Legacy lit up - check engine, brakes, ABS, precollision, skid control, etc. After discussing the issues with Jason (owner), his technicians found extensive rodent damage to the wiring harness (along with huge amounts of nesting and acorns). The easy - but expensive - solution would have been to replace the wiring harness. Instead they soldered and repaired multiple wires. Much cheaper solution. Everything is now working perfectly. No more dash warning lights.Throughout the whole process I found Jason and his team to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly, honest and fair. I highly recommend Mussler Automotive.

Great shop! Highly recommended. Worked on my mother-in-law's minivan and she told me last night that she thinks it runs better than when she bought it!They thoroughly diagnosed everything that needed repaired and gave her a detailed estimate. Will definitely use them again...and again...and again!

The wife and I were in the market for a used vehicle and took a prospect to Musser Automotive for a pre purchase inspection. After finding the shoddy repairs in that vehicle, and the cost to repair on top of the purchase price, we definitely decided against that one. We highly recommend seeking an independent mechanic's opinion for any used vehicle you plan to purchase, and Musser Automotive definitely saved us thousands of dollars and future frustration. After breaking down on the I-65S and being from out of state, we felt a bit stuck until our tow truck driver recommended Musser Motorsports.Having a European car, it's not always easy to find someone willing to work on it. Not only did Jason (the owner) fit us in on a Friday, he also was able to diagnose and fix a persistent issue with our car that no one else locally had been able to.Jason and his staff were very knowledgeable and kind, turning around what could have been a really rough day for us.Service: Electrical repair

Our car was leaking gas Friday evening and we were able to get it towed to the shop after hours and by the time I called back to check on them Monday morning they already diagnosed the problem & were in the process of fixing it. Fair prices and really nice people. We had our car back that afternoon!

The owner and team bent over backwards to diagnose my car A/C issue. It felt amazing to have such honest, kind folks help me help get my car back on the road for a fair price. I highly recommend! P.S. Impressive waiting area decor, as well!
