The whole staff is awesome! Their service has been the best. I had been to several shops in BG and no one could find the issue with my car. I did a walk in and they saw me right away and found the problem. And it was very reasonably priced! These guys are great! I highly recommend this Midas location!

Midas was great. I have a 2016 gmc terrain. I had brought it in to replace 1 tire and an alignment. They found I had a bent wheel. As the mechanic was attempting to do the alignment after replacing the bent wheel he found the rear subframe was severely damaged. The brought me to my car and showed me how bad and dangerous it was. The informed me that it was a repair they could do and even found a new replacement subframe at a low price. They even provided me with a loaner vehicle at no charge. All together the cost was under $800!!! On top of the great service I had received. They have earned my business for any of my future automotive service and repairs. Thank you sooo very much Midas of Bowling Green, KY. I highly recommend them for any and all automotive needs!!!!!!

Very kind staff, great prices (after tax, $90 for full synthetic oil change AND tire rotation, not to mention I drive a full size pickup truck).Definitely gonna be my go to place for maintenance from now on!

Had my oil changed on April 3rd and had my serpentine belt replaced (frayed and wore out). New belt was defective, took it back to Midas on April 10th. It was replaced at no further charge to me. Very courteous and friendly staff both times. I will DEFINITELY be a repeat customer for all my service needs. Thanks guys!!

I appreciated the time they spent trying to look at the car. But it was too far gone to fix it and would have been too costly for me. 24 year old BMW. I loved the car but changing my life for 2024. So they did not charge the fee to diagnose it and let me store it overnight with all my precious belongings while I stayed in a hotel awaiting family to travel 500 miles to pick me up. I came the next day unloaded the car into another and waited for the tow truck to haul to scrap yard. $300 minus the tow fee for the car.

I have a Jeep and there was an inconsistent posting of my gas miles in between two changes with two different services. A significant loss of oil was indicated after an oil change in December and the next change was listed for 66,000 miles. I needed a change at 63,231 miles. No oil slick, temperature was not reading hot. Midas did the most recent change last Friday. Oil was marked but no discussion took place. My gas mileage is showing 21-22 in city 31-32 on the hwy. Oil level is 100%. So far so good. Attendants were very professional and accommodating. I plan to return.

Beyond grateful for Midas and its wonderful staff, specifically Jeremy and Jevon. As my best friend and I were traveling to Florida today, I had to get an oil change. In doing so, Midas staff noticed that the belt of my car would break before I made it to Florida. They did this $170 repair for FREE and I could not be more grateful. They even showed me the original belt to prove the damage. I am BEYOND grateful for the staff's care, giving hearts, and friendliness. God bless you guys!

Jeremy was amazing and made my experience easy and painless. They quoted time for how long the entire process would take and were right on par. The price was extremely reasonable and there were no surprise charges. I would highly recommend this team. Thanks for making me feel valued as a customer.

Do not get your oil changed here. My fianc� went to change my oil and he said it was so black it looked like it hadn t been change in a while. I took it to Midas for an oil change 3,000 miles ago and I m pretty sure they didn t even change the oil. The oil plug is so tight on there and stripped from them hammering it in there with an impact drill every time. So I wouldn t be surprised if they couldn t get that plug off and just said they changed the oil but really didn t. Also they tried to up charge me and say I had $3,000 worth of stuff that needed to be fixed on my car but pretty sure they were just trying to take my money. It s ridiculous.

Place was super transparent, and worked with my circumstances well. My car broke down on a road trip, and they gave me a loaner car at no charge for the night. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Was a terrible experience. Made me pay 60$ for a diagnostic test to tell me that my ABS needed to be replaced and would be 1700$ and come to find out they didn t bleed the break lines and the brake lines just needed to be tightened. Took it to a trustworthy mechanic and he fixed it and charged me 100$ and my truck runs great. Would not recommend taking your vehicle here because they don t know what they are doing and charge an outrageous amount.

Went to have my alignment fixed , steering wheel straightened. Left steering wheel was straightened. It still pulled right somewhat. I returned on the following Monday, they changed something. So it's driving as I had hoped for. Five star all the way.

Excellent auto repair shop took care of bad drum installed in Indianapolis,IN Midas.Jeremy was very professional and Sean is an excellent ,honest Mechanic. Hands down the best Midas we have ever been in-Great hospitality while on the long road to Florida from Michigan. Not the shop or mechanics fault for substandard quality parts they have to deal with right out of the box.Will need to make another stop in Florida Midas. They stand behind a Nationwide guarantee.Service: Auto brake repair

For about 2 to 3 weeks I had been struggling with a terrible noise from underneath my left front tire. I had gone to several other auto repair stores and each of them told me something different and NONE of them could fix the problem. I took it in to Midas today and the gentleman were all kind and all seemed very concerned about my car. They looked at it for all of 5 minutes and were able to call me back up to the counter to let me know my wheel was about to fall off. I had never felt more grateful for a company. This car is my job and they were able to fix it at no cost. They tightened the wheel and made sure my other ones were good and now my car drives like a dream. Thank y all from the bottom of my heart.

The staff were completely professional. I was traveling from out of town and my check engine light came on. The team took my car ran the diagnostic, they explained throughly what needed to be done and suggested routine items that needed to be done. They gave me the choice. Great team and thank you.

This Midas is fantastic. I went in today with my 2022 Jeep Wrangler having a horrible wobble and bouncy ride. I had no idea what was wrong. I just know that I noticed the unstableness after going through a pothole larger than my Jeep on NB I-65 in Tennessee just before the construction area. Well, I went into this Midas and Jevon Paschall went above and beyond to make sure I would get the help I needed. The problem ended up being broken studs on a spacer on my rear tire. My tire was being held on by only one lug nut! I am so thankful for Jevon and Shawn. They went above and beyond and had me out the door in an hour ! Thank you gentlemen for saving the day!!!! I cannot brag enough on how grateful I am. I will now go to them for everything. 10 stars for sure!

Absolutely wonderful service. We are hotshot drivers and our water pump and a specialty hose needed replaced. Sean Wilkerson has gone above and beyond to find the parts needed to get us back on the road. The owner himself went all the way to Nashville to pick them up without hesitation, the entire staff is excellent. Great communication with the great mechanics they have here. I find Midas is thorough and reliable with their services and assessments of my vehicles. I've use this and other locations in the past. These people are scammers!! They have tried to scam my 73 year old mother multiple times now. Earlier this year they told her it would cost $1400 to replace brakes/routers...I told her to take the vehicle to my mechanic, it cost her $450 with him. Now they told her when she took the vehicle in for an oil change that it needs a new belt, that it is frayed and falling apart (scaring her thinking it's going to snap at any minute) and that the brake pads need replacing (mind you she just had them replaced with our mechanic earlier this year). So she took the vehicle to our mechanic....the belt looks brand new and the brake pads have barely any wear on them. I don't know how these people sleep at night doing this to a 73 year old woman. Shame on you all !!! I went there once for an oil change last year and they stripped my oil pan drain plug and didn't tell me. I replaced it at a different oil change place. Stear clear of this place!!!

They do fantastic work. However they did miss that my vehicle had aftermarket eccentric bolts for camber adjustment. I had to take it back and have them redo the alignment ( Which they did at no charge ). Good folks.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment
