My first service appointment on my new 1500 RAM LARAMIE and it was all I had hoped for. Sarah was very polite and professional; wrote up my service order for first oil change and suggested tire rotation on my first and alternate oil changes. The service was completed in a very timely order and all 4 tires are now set to the correct pressure. Thank you to Sarah and Chad and the service technicians the have on board.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Made an appointment thru the website for 9:30am today. When I arrived, no one opened the door for me to go inside. I got out of my truck and walked in. There were 3 ladies working on computers and neither really wanted to help me. The lady in the middle ask me if she could help me. I told her I had a 9:30 appointment. She checked her tablet and said I did not have an appointment and if I made it in the app it doesn't show up in their system. I showed her my phone with the confirmation and she again said it wasn't in their system. She hatefully asked what I needed. I just said "nothing" and left. Very bad service. Will never go there again. Looking to get rid of my 2018 Ram 2500 for a Chevy or a Ford!
