Had the amazing opportunity to get my vehicle s windshield replaced by Infinity Auto Glass today! The process from start to finish was super simple. They worked around my busy schedule and got the job done in a timely manner. Can t say enough about this group of guys!

I would give 10 stars if I could!! Brian and Austin were absolutely amazing to work with!! I will be recommending Infinity Auto Glass to everyone I know. They were vigilant in locating a hard to find back glass for my car, super efficient, very affordable and just all around great guys!! They made a very stressful situation easy to deal with and I could not be happier with their service!!

I unfortunately needed my windshield replaced and Infinity Auto Glass came out in a timely manner, replaced the glass, were very nice and helpful. If you re ever in need please shop local and give these gentlemen your business. 5 star rating for sure!! Couldn t ask for better service!!

Interesting morning but man am I glad for such an awesome crew at Infinity Auto GlassSadly Friday a dumptruck passed on my left & as soon as he hit the bridge a rock came flying at my windshield & I knew when I heard it, it cracked it. It wasn't repairable given the way it went to the edge & was starting to finger out towards the center. With summer heat coming, it was a matter of time until it spidered clear across. Bryan & Austin came out to my house to make sure the repair was done but once looking at it knew it was a replacement issue not a repair. I was kinda sad thinking I'd need to take it to a shop but nah. They had a replacement in case in their van & were already ready!!! They proceeded to call my insurance agent & handled everything for me in just a few minutes & started the process immediately! On site they were able to completely replace as well as recalibrate my lane assist & test drove my vehicle to ensure everything was tip top shape! I highly recommend infinity auto glass if you're in SOKY or the surrounding area they were super friendly & cut up with me the entire time which was much appreciated. They did an amazing job, flawlessly executed the replacement & their team work was impeccable. Super professional & straight forward couldn't have asked for a better experience or people! Thank you both so very much!

My passenger side window came off track Sunday night and by 9am Monday morning these guys had me scheduled to come in at noon for repair. Job was done in less than an hour. The beat the competition on ALL levels. Price/availability/professionalism The big guys wanted more and couldn t get me in for days/weeks. Infinity had me scheduled/fixed/back out in no time! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Infinity Auto Glass not only did an excellent job at repairing my windshield trim, but they were able to take care of it in a very timely manner and at a very reasonable price. The owner personally took care of the repair. Their customer service was the best I ve experienced in a very long time. Thank you Infinity Auto Glass. I will definitely recommend you.

Recently I was in passing thru Franklin Kentucky on Vacation When a Large Turkey hit my Windshield on the drivers side of my R V. Not knowing anyone from the area I Googled for windshield replacement. Thankfully Infinity Auto Glass Was there. I got Bryan on the phone. He told me when no one else could find a replacement Windshield it would be one week to get the windshield. I was unable to drive my vehicle. I found a local R V Park to store my RV while waiting on glass. We met at Rv Park and discussed Pricing. I left my Rv In Kentucky Gave him the Keys and rented a vehicle to go home to MS. When glass came in he promptly replaced it and told me job was finished. Today I Flew to Kentucky met with Bryan and Austin to retrieve my Rv. Not only was was everything Professional Done l was happy that everything was done just as they told me. I would highly recommend them as Professionals. Thank you Infinity Glass. Guys took in my 67 c10 with a leaky windshield. Custom truck, so it has the factory trim gasket insert. They made it look easy and attended to some surface rust present...thanks guys. Now if we can talk them into beltline and door seal replacement!

These guys were amazing they vacuumed all the glass out of my car and got me temporary fix for the weekend and are gonna come to me soon as it comes in and put it in. Highly recommend

These guys are excellent the other glass place our insurance company suggested couldn t get are back glass for a week So I called Infinity and they said they could do it tomorrow so we switched and I m glad I called them they were here bright and early and we had our new window in and done by 10am the next day excellent work excellent service would definitely recommend

My driver side window wouldn't roll up until I came across Infinity Auto Glass and they fixed it! Turns out the switch was bad. These guys were so kind and honest and extremely reasonable in price. They even ordered the part on Amazon for me because I don't have Prime and they do. That alone saved me about $170.00. Then, when the part came in, they came to me to install it! If you ever have auto glass issues, go to these guys. You will not be disappointed!!
