Gerald and his crew are awesome. Car broke down on I-65. Couldn t ask for better customer service! If you live in Bowling Green this is the place to go for all your car care needs.

Needed a starter put on. Cheapest quote by far. Service was fast and honest. Pointed out a problem with my car without trying to get the extra business to fix it. Fixed a few minor issues for free. Will be going back to this garage from now on. Very honest to deal with.

I was returning home from a trip and my rear window dropped down and wouldn t go up. I called Greenwood Service Center and they had me bring my truck in and they would work it in due to pending rain. They called with a quote, I approved the price and my window was repaired and back on the road just after lunch. Great service, affordable too.

Was in town for one day to visit the Corvette museum, the next morning I noticed antifreeze leaking from my truck. I brought it to greenwood and Gerald was fantastic. Got my truck in that morning and that afternoon I was on my way home to Kansas.

If I haven't written these folks a 5 star review yet, my bad. I've been taking the whole family's cars here since our first born started driving at 16. He's about to be 36 in a few months. Gerald, Jimmy and Dawn are just amazing peeps, and they are imho, the best auto mechanic shop around. I'd been to quite a few before finding Gerald way back when they were on Three Springs and Scottsville Rd at an old Chevron station. I can confidently say that these folks have taken care of all of our vehicle repairs for decades and were 100% of the time courteous, fast and efficient, and got it done right the first time! I would recommend Greenwood Service Station to anyone who needs auto repair work. Dropped my car off the night before with Greenwood Service Center because the A/C went out completely. Air-conditioning in the South is a must have. The next morning I received a phone call from them stating that it needed a new compressor. They got my car in that same day, had all the parts needed to fix the problem, and called me just a few hours later saying it was fixed and ready for pick up. That's fantastic service. My car has some cold A/C and I am a happy person! The price for the repair was fair leaving it an overall great experience. This is the second time I've taken a vehicle to them for repairs, and it's the second time I am pleased with their service. Great, great place for auto repairs. I will use again, and will recommend to family and friends who are in need of this type of service.Services: Auto A/C replacement, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Found this place by chance & couldn't be happier. Fast, efficient, reasonable. I will DEFINITELY be going back to them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!I'm updating today (2/9/2023) because I continue to use these guys and won't ever look anyplace else! They are just THE BEST to work with. I've had multiple dealings with them and I've been SO happy with their work. They are professional, smart as heck, quick! We've driven in several times without any appointment and are amazed at the speed they take care of us! They replaced a battery for us today - arrival to departure was less than 30 minutes!!! And they are competitively priced! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS!Services: Tires, Battery

I stopped into Greenwood Service Center during a road trip. My car wasn t driving correctly and was so grateful for the kindness and service we received from Gerald. He assisted me right away and fixed the emergency issue I had with my vehicle. Such a great facility, if you live in the area, I 100% highly recommend this place for all your vehicle needs, you won t be disappointed!

The customer service and repair was 5 plus stars in my opinion. It's obvious they care about their reputation as a friendly and quality vehicle maintenance shop. I highly recommend them for all your vehicle maintenance needs in the Bowling Green ky and surrounding ares. They have gained a lifelong customer for any of my future vehicle repairs. I was in a huge pinch with some lawnmower tires I needed changed out. These guys helped me even when I arrived at closing time. Just moved to the area, but will definitely give them my business in the future. Helpful and nice group of people.

Rear brakes and oil gasket. Was ready ahead of schedule. Price was a fair rate and everyone was nice. And I m from Tennessee up for business today. Took my car mini van in to service my brakes. They were friendly, fast and straight forward. Did not try to sell me stuff I did not need, very trustworthy! Will definitely use them for any repairs in the future. Oh and my daughter fell in love with their pup Madeline so wanted me to give a shout out to her. LOL

We stopped on our way home from Ohio as we had a tire leaking. They stopped what they were doing to plug the tire, fill with air, and get us back on the road in less than 10 minutes. It was more than reasonably priced and the gentlemen was very polite.

Highly recommend!!!!! Needed a new engine in my daughters Jeep Compass after it blew up on the interstate. Gerald, his son and staff did great work getting the engine in and it works great now. I always receive excellent service at Greenwood Service Center. The staff and mechanics are kind, and I know I m always getting what I need for a good price. I have an older car that I m hoping to replace soon, and the mechanics are open and honest about whether or not it s worth fixing a given problem. I recently had to have a new windshield wiper motor put in, and when they replaced the motor they noticed my wipers needed to be replaced and replaced them for no extra labor charge. The hose for my windshield wiper fluid was also broken and they noticed and fixed it for no extra charge. Greenwood Service Center is always my go to for my car repair needs!

We were on vacation and my alternator went out on the last day-could have ruined my vacation, however I found Greenwood Service Center. They were incredible!!! I can not say enough great things about them. Literally fixed my car in two hours and disaster became a blip in the vacation. I picked my son up from camp and told everyone who lived there about Greenwood. The were efficient, friendly and reasonably priced; if I lived in Bowling Green they would be my service center for sure.

I came in from Lexington Kentucky and my car began to act insane I took it right over to him he was able to tell me the problem and how to fix it on my own without charging me a dime. We were on our way back to Louisiana, from Ohio, and broke in the rain. Greenwood prioritized our vehicle, and fixed us, and got us back on the road in about an hour!! Super great people and price was right!! Very pleased!

I took in my '97 Chevy truck for a power steering leak today. They had me fixed up same day. Excellent service, fair pricing and friendly people. I will be using them for my future repair needs.

They were quick, honest, and fair. I'm new to Bowling Green and have a 2010 Toyota Matrix with well over 200,000 miles on it. My goal is to keep it on the road as long as I can and I have found my service center, for sure! Nothing beats a reliable, local auto shop and Greenwood Service Center fits that bill.

When no one else could, Greenwood Service Center was able to get my wife's car right in that morning. Her car was ready to go right after lunch the same day! All of this plus great professionalism wrapped up in one inexpensive package. I will, from now on, always go straight to Greenwood Service Center for all of my automotive needs!

I took my granddaughters cars to Gerald and Jimmy, two of the best and honest mechanics in Warren County. I have had them to do repairs in the past, always up front about repairs, and do not try to oversell. I would recommend GREENWOOD SERVICE CENTER AT 5596 SCOTTSVILLE ROAD TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

I needed an emergency rush job done on my 2000 GMC truck. They fixed my heater, replaced my plugs and plug wires, and replaced a faulty distributor. They did it all before my deadline. Also... My radio never worked from the time I bought the truck. I guess the antenna wasnt hooked up or something. When I picked my truck up, they had hooked my radio back up properly. Very kind and professional. They will be doing all my auto work from now on.

I was heading to Detroit from Alabama when my car was acting up and happened to be in the shops vicinity and stopped in to resolve the issue, unfortunately after the guy's diagnosed no issues present at the time, but their kindness/ willingness to help was eminent! I did make it to Detroit for the funeral on time without further issues! Thanks again!

The staff was very hospitable and straight-forward about the issues at hand and worked very quickly so we could be on our way. Not to mention SUPER affordable. Will only be using this center for car issues from now on!
