Better repair shop than the Midlands Honda in Columbia, SC where I bought my car. I left SC with a battery issue (that I was unaware of) where all my car's lights were flickering. The Honda shop in SC brushed it off the evening I was on my way to relocate to KY. I asked them if it's the battery, but yea they let me go (that was back in the winter of 2019). When I arrived in KY, the car would not start the next day. I suspected it was the battery. I managed to get it started and the guys at this Honda all cared about it (not just one service person), more diligent than the other place, and they told me it was the battery connection being loose. Eventually they replaced the battery too, free of charge even though my warranty was at the other dealer in SC. I called the previous Honda and could not transfer the warranty, so I don't know how they did that. I've been servicing my vehicle here since then. Another time the tire pressure sensor was on and I thought I had a nail in one of the tires, but one of the service persons showed me what was causing it and saved me money and the headache without even having the car in the shop. They won't come up with new issues to make money or tell you to replace parts that shouldn't be replaced like some other shops do; they are honest. Honda prices may be high, but many times they have done the job for free (oil change or fixing holes on my tires) or given me discounts.

Awesome customer service! Very refreshing. I was on a 1k mile trip cross-country from AL to MI, Dec 2023, when my trusty 2013 Honda CRV entered limp-mode on I65 North (despite perfect routine maintenance always ahead of schedule; only 108k miles). I was fully packed with Christmas stuff, wife, two young kids, and no tools of my own. Brandon, in the maintenance area, and the other gentleman at the parts counter, did everything they could to help me and offered me their expertise. Ultimately, I did not get service here as the car started up and ran fine (I wish I had because later down the road, heading North on I65, the engine catastrophically failed and is at Neil Huffman Honda, Clarksville, IN)

I have only been here twice. But, I will definitely continue to go. Everyone was so nice and helpful from the person answering the phone to the person working on my van.The technician's that have helped me have gone over and above. They explained everything that needed to be done and everything that was done.It is a little more expensive than most places but, so very well with the extra money.They have a big, nice, clean waiting area that has a tv, table and chairs, coffee, water. I got my oil changed and they were very fast.I highly recommend them.

Honda has gone thru the roof with sales. Need to make an appointment for oil changes if you don t want too much of a wait. Great salesman, great service and delicious coffee!!

I love this dealership. My husband and I have bought several cars from here and go here to get our maintenance done.. they're the most friendly and compassionate people around. If you want amazing people and great vehicles and maintenance then go here. By far thre best and they're like family.
