We are customers as long as we re near the Bowling Green area! We had an incident with our vehicle and Mr. Mark was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, efficient and provided great quality work! I work for one of the top 5 Insurance Companies and I know great work when I see it, I know great service when I experience it and this was definitely both!

Excellent and Very Customer Focused - Highly Recommend - I had some damage to the two right side doors of my Honda Civic. I had Mark and another body shop look and provide estimates on the repair. Mark was the only one that provided an option of just trying to buff/polish/etc... the damage vs just going straight into a paint job that would be time consuming and costly. His quote was better in price and in time to repair than the other body shop. It turned out that he was able to get the damage clean up very nicely and not requiring a new paint job. Would definitely recommend and plan to use Fred Meadow Body Shop in the future.

My husband and I couldn t be happier with our recent experience we had here! Mark has repaired both our girls Nissan Sentras. Not only did he finish before he originally told us, but the cars looked brand new! He s professional, and very thorough. I called today in regards to getting an estimate on my 2000 Toyota Tundra. I was needing a front bumper replaced due to damage sustained from a deer back in the winter. The guy said they were booked up for 2 to 3 months which is understandable and I was fine with this.I simply asked if I could come by for an estimate/quote on getting a repair instead of just showing up. He said We re not doing estimates right now because we re so backed up .I don t really understand what taking 10 or 15 minutes to examine the vehicle and type up a price on the computer has anything to do with having work done, that I know isn t getting done for months out anyway?I thought that was the point You come by and get a quote, then have them schedule you an appointment whenever they can get to you?I don t understand what having too many vehicles in the shop right now has anything to do with being able to tell me what it will cost to repair MY vehicle?I guess it was too much to ask, to leave the comfort of the warm office and chair this morning.This was a real disappointment, seeing as how they have received such great reviews.

I hit a deer in my Nissan Pathfinder and it damaged the front passenger bumper, fog light, headlight and fender. Took it to Meador s Body Shop for repair. They were able to quickly get the vehicle in and worked with our insurance company to make the needed repairs. Their work was top quality and customer service was also magnificent. I hit a deer and my whole front right side was damaged. I called Fred s and they let me drop the car off right away. I had my car back within three weeks and it looked great. If I could give Mark Meador and Meador Body Shop TEN STARS, I would! This is the second time he has done body work for my family, and the results were beyond expectations (again!) He is incredibly busy, but it is definitely worth the wait. Fred Meador Body Shop is the only place I trust to take my car. Mark does a fantastic job restoring cars. He is very professional, truthful, and timely. When I was first learning to drive, I knocked the side mirror off of my Toyota Camry and he fixed it as good as new for a great price. Accidents happen... But superb customer service, quality workmanship, and competitive pricing seldom come in one package. I found that package deal with Mark Meador. I cannot thank them enough. I needed my car ASAP not in 3-4 days as was estimated by most repair shops. Mark knew this was my only vehicle and (car rental rates that I could not afford). I dropped my car off on a Monday morning and Tuesday afternoon Mark called to tell me my car was ready. Wow, that was fast?? Mark told me he worked into the late hours of the night. I am impressed. What can I say? This excellent shop has it all! They use the very latest products and techniques to make sure your car is repaired right the first time. Fair prices, friendly staff. Next time you're vehicle needs repair work, avoid the big pricey dealerships the insurance company wants to send you to and depend on this family owned body shop for allyour car care needs!! Excellent, excellent service! Mark quotes me a price that saved me hundreds of dollars less than what a local dealership quoted me to fix a small dent. Plus, he had said it would take 3 days but ended up being done the very next day. The work was craftsmanship, and looked brand new. Guaranteed I will be taking all my auto body repairs to Fred Meador.

If there were 10 stars that's what I would rate Fred Meador Body Shop. Had some scratches on my van. Mark's work was not only very professional but magical. Beautiful job and his estimate wasso reasonable. And my headlights.....he polished those too. I can actually see the lights in there. OMG!!! Customer service, workmanship and pricing are all outstanding. Mark you are awesome. I will never go anywhere else for body work. Thank you so much.

Picked up my commercial van this afternoon from Mark and the team at Fred Meador Body Shop; they did such a great job that the van looks better than it did when I bought it! And I really appreciate Mark working with me to prep everything in advance so that I was still able to use my van for work. I dropped it off and they had it finished in less than one day, which really helped minimize downtime for repairs. Great job guys!

This was the best experience I have ever had with a body shop. After my accident, I needed my car fixed ASAP, they not only went above and beyond to fix my car, the insurance company said 4 days to repair, he started on my car immediately, they did it in 24 hours!! He even cleaned my headlights, which was so milky and dull, I could see them shine from the street. Everything was done and absolutely perfect! Love this shop 10 STARS in my book!!

Definitely deserves more than 5 stars!!!!!!!I knew NOTHING about my car or even the first step into how I needed to start getting it repaired. I called this body shop and got the best help possible. Literally talked on the phone for about 20 minutes, and within that 20 minutes, he helped me get information about my car that I didn t know, SAVED ME MONEY by returning parts that I bought already, file a claim, and get an estimate on my car s value. I couldn t have prayed for better service. Just the willingness to help me, and the compassion of my situation is priceless.

It's been years since I've had to deal with a car accident. Looking for body shops I found this one. They were professional and efficient with the estimate. After getting a couple other estimates, this shop suited our needs best from the reviews and communication. We knew what to expect as far as time and working with the insurance company. We got our van back, it looks incredible and was in the time we were told.

This is the place to go. Mark was great from the beginning to the end. My insurance company was trying to tell me that he was weeks out on starting new repair jobs and that I needed to go to one of their "Preferred" body shops. The problem was that their "Preferred" shops were two of the lowest rated body shops in Bowling Green (mmmhmmmm Gary Force was one of them). Mark assured me that, based on the amount of damage, I'd have the car back in less than 2 weeks. He was done in one week. He was fair and honest through the entire process. The repair job was flawless. The only way you can tell that it has been repaired by the absence of paint chips in the front bumper cover due to bug strikes. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who needs repairs on their vehicle.
