I ve been taking my car here since they basically opened up and I ve yet to have a bad experience. Lucas, all the other managers, and all the guys out in the bay are awesome and very knowledgeable about what they do.I took my car in today for a major repair (control arms) and they basically worked me in at the last minute on a weekend. Now it s driving as good as new again!Sure you may, or may not, save a few bucks by taking your car to the shade tree mechanic down the street. But piece of mind is worth something too and for me that piece of mind comes from Firestone and the quality work they do. They ve always keep me on the road and I ve drove tens of thousands of miles over the years.

Every interaction I had with them over the phone and in person was great. The staff is very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. There was no pressure by them to purchase more services and they were kind enough to send me a quote so I could be aware of what maintenance was needing to be done soon. I would recommend them to anyone needing to get their car serviced.

I was in need of an oil change and while I initially wanted to schedule with my car dealership, their website had a poor user experience, and so I was unable to schedule service online. I remembered Firestone as I drive by it each morning on my way to work and I googled to see what services they provided. The website was easy to navigate, I received a phone call from a representative to confirm my service request and appointment time, and the accompanying reminder emails were helpful in helping me understand what to expect. I liked that they also provided a recommended list of maintenance items coming up since my car is quite old and I need to be better in maintaining it.

John was incredible and had such wonderful customer service despite being understaffed and busy. He went out of his way with every customer and was very easy to communicate with. They got my car in last minute and made sure my car was safe to drive. Very thankful for the team.

I've taken multiple vehicles here on numerous occasions. They've done what they said they were going to do when they said they'd do it for a reasonable price. One time their diagnosis was incorrect and they credited the cost of the repair back to me. You cannot ask for more than that!

I ve had all my cars serviced for over 10 years. Picked up my car from having the oil change, tire's rotated, balanced, and purchased a tire.. Less than 2 hours later I had 5 PSI. The manager acted like it was my fault. Wanted me to drive it in to see if it was their fault . It took them 7 hours to do the work too and their reception rolled in at 8:15 AM. Late I m sure bc no one was answer the phones or upfront for 15 minutes.

Firestone is the only place I take my car when it needs work done. The employees are always very nice, they do great work, and never make me feel like my questions are dumb. I never feel like I m being ripped off or taken advantage of when I visit.

I had an inspection done to see if my rear or front breaks needed to be replaced as they were squealing and grinding. I was told that only my rear brakes needed to be replaced. The next day I had the exact same loud grinding and squealing. I tried to set up multiple appointments to rectify the problem when I was told If I do need front brakes I would have to pay for them. I would not recommend this company.

Let me start off by saying this was definitely a mess with my car getting some work done!!! But Firestone went above and beyond to fix the mess that the other store had caused. Things happen but I can t say anything but great things in the end.

I paid $80 for an oil change and didn't even get a sticker on my window telling me when the next oil change is. I wasn't even sure if they gave me an oil change so I had someone check behind them to make sure my oil was changed. They didn't fill my fluids either. It had been changed so no worries but Geez. I will go back to Valvoline next time.

Very accurate assessment as compared to another mechanical review elsewhere. Time it took to complete the job was much longer than expected considering I dropped the vehicle off at opening (0700). Vehicle wasn t ready until 1400 if not later..? I could be picky tho? Overall VERY value appropriate service and reliable

Tried to up sell $1000 control arm installation saying my bushings were bad. There is nothing at all wrong with my bushings. Very disappointed and have lost trust in this establishment. I paid to have my tps censor reset and it did not get done.

I went to Firestone needing front brakes, well when I got there he was annoyed that I had to wait on my car, he kept saying it will take most of the day I said will it be done by 2? Ma'am it will take all day I said I have to inspect the car to see what's going on with it, Ii don't need a freaking inspection so you can say I owe for whatever parts you put on without my consent, still it was making him mad he ma'am I can't just put brakes on I have to inspect it first, omg never go there theyhes so rude and I think the inspection part is a way from them to force you to pay for bullstuff, I just need front brakes I'm not stupid. Ill start this by saying i am a mechanic myself, this business is run by a bunch of clowns. I had a appointment for work to be done on two vehicles. One scheduled for 3 tires at 9 am. It has been 4 hours and the vehicle is not done. The mechanics have been sitting around doing nothing as i wait for 2 and a half hours. They only started to work as i went outside and made a phone call complaint. I understand wanting a break from the work. But a 2 and a half hour long break is rediculous horrible service.

They were very friendly and efficient. I came in with a car I was afraid would fall apart on me soon. They listened to my issues, did a complete inspection, found out the main problems, and fixed it all in one day. They were very polite, explained everything to me, and I left feeling safe in my car again. Not only that, but they applied every single discount they could find for me, to save me money. Outstanding service, decent prices. Will go back to them for all my future auto needs.

Thats just the point they didn't do anything at this location. There only good for tires here. They don't even put enuff oil in the motor wen they do oil changes. If u need a big job dne they tell u to take it to the dealership. So far the second location is not scared to work....Service: TiresService: Tires

Ashley and Jameason (Jamie) were so kind and attentive to making sure I got a same day appointment. I walked in at 7am and inquired about making an appointment for the slow leak in my tire. Initially, Jamie mentioned they didn't have anyone in the shop yet, since they had just opened. He promised to fit me in by 8:30am with an appointment. After speaking with Ashley, I was able to get an 8am. I was finished by 9ish, despite it being busy that day. I appreciate Ashley and Jamie for being prompt about scheduling and fitting me in when it was busy. They were honest on whether they could make a same day appointment work.

Arrived in town from Cincinnati having rear brake problems. Made an appointment, dropped my car off first thing Saturday morning, Sept 3, 2022. Got a call not too much later telling me the mechanic had looked at my car, rear brakes (caliper, pads, rotor) needed replacing as well as front axel. Guy on the phone specifically said it would be $700 for the brakes and $500 for the axel. A minute later he said total for all the work would be $1000. I thought "that's great." Then I decided to call back to CONFIRM the total he had given me since the math doesn't work out. I asked specifically "a second ago you said the brakes would be $700 and the axel would be $500, and you told me the total for all the work would be $1000. I just wanted to confirm what the total for all the work was going to be." He said "yes sir, your total will be $1000." I thanked the gentleman. Upon arriving to pick up my car the same guy told me I now owed $1480. I recounted the same story to him and said "that's not what you told me on the phone". He didn't care. He offered to take the axel out, which of course is a ridiculous suggestion.I am left with only two possibilities: either the staff at this business are careless and lack attention to detail (which then means I cannot trust their work on my vehicle) or they were trying to perpetrate fraud by deliberate upcharge. Either way, my recommendation is to avoid business with this establishment.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brake service & repair

CONSUMER BEWARE !My son took his 2022 Nissan Titan in for his first oil change, gas burner not diesel ! With coupon they charged him over $100 ( believe he told me $139 and change.Didn't tell him cost up front ( which is a mistake ) on his and their part.He will never do business with them again !!Service: Oil change

Went in 12/28/2020 to have new tires mounted and balanced. I had an appointment, and still took them an hour and a half to even start on my vehicle. Had them mount one front tire at first to make sure they'd fit and ended up rubbing so I advised them I would get wheels or spacers and come back next week. Called on 1/4/2021 to make an appointment to get the tires mounted and balanced and now there is a new policy in place where they cant mount customers tires unless they were bought through them... Smh, I'll take my business elsewhere.Only reason for 2 stars is because they were friendly when I was there and the store was clean

Great Customer Service - even if they were low on staff & repaired the rental I am temporarily driving in a timely manner. If your not dropping off , I suggest as a courtesy make an appointment. You will be glad you did
