Great work, and very happy with the outcome! There was a bit of a delay with the work as it was right around the holidays, but Final Finish was extremely accommodating and communicative with car rental concessions at the tail end. I wouldn t hesitate to use them again for any body repair needs.

My undercarriage was knocked down off my car traveling and they told me to come on in. The guys at this establishment went above and beyond to get me and my children back on the road. I would recommend this place to any single woman with kids. They are honest and fast working. Thank you again guys!

Thank god for places like Jim johnson Nissan or this would be rated the worst place to work and take your car in bowling green! Huge lack of accountability and transparency from management weather it be to the customers or the workers. I estimate in the next 10 years the business will be sold and rebranded again due to there bussniess model and practices.

Final Finish did a fabulous job on my car! The guys made my BRAND new car look brand new again! The work is impeccable...right down to matching the beautiful red paint perfectly!!! They worked very hard to get my car back to me as quickly as possible, but I did not have to sacrifice quality OR customer service. I would highly recommend Final Finish for any body repair work! Took my car in for body repair after my car got backed into and they did an amazing job! Everyone I talked to was so nice and helpful! They were always able to answer any questions I had. I even had an issue with my break light after getting my car back and was told to bring it in so they could change it out for me! I would highly recommend going to them to get any work done on your car. I ve used other places around the area before and none of them compare to final finish!

Had an issue with my van from work that had been done .Chad was great about making sure the work got completed correctly, and also fixed some extra things free of charge! They did a great job, highly recommend!

Never met a better crew and experienced work force. Professional, polite, honest work. Chad and his crew in Bowling Green Kentucky repaired my car to as good as new. I don't mean just the final "look" or "appearance" which I'm sure many body shops do. I'm telling you they repaired everything to manufacturing standards under all that exterior sheet metal and paint. I know, I checked on it several times while it was being repaired and they had zero issue with me checking up on the progress either. They treat each car as if it were their own. I personally wouldn't want anyone else working on any of my cars at this point and if I need their services again I won't hesitate to call Chad and his team. If you have a track car in desperate need of attention to detail please consider them your first choice. And if you just need to get back in your car and on the road safely expect nothing less from them than the best workmanship. They care about the customer and the car, so please see them first. I found out it's a localy owned and run business and it shows. They clearly care about their people and high quality work. I have no regrets and I doubt you will either if you choose them to help you. Thankfully someone recommend them to me. I hope this helps you make an informed decision in your time of need! Thank you Final Finish for restoring my car after a heartbreaking incident...Wow!!

After my car was damaged in an accident where I got hit, I was not sure if my car would ever look the same. These guys are AWESOME!!!! My car looks AMAZING and the guys that work there are so professional, friendly and you can tell that they have a passion for what they do. John did a great job towing my car. He was right on time, very friendly and backed my car up to the garage at the back of my house with ease, which is not an easy task. The lady I spoke with on the phone was also very nice and helpful.

I had hit a deer with my car and called these guys, so they towed it to their facility. Had a estimate done and decided to let them fix it! The repair got completed in a very fast time line and looked fantastic! The person I stayed in contact with was very professional and made me feel comfortable about the entire ordeal. Awesome place and I will tell everyone about the awesome work that they do!

I had a deer run out and nearly total my truck. At the recommendation of my insurance agent I took it here. Teresa at Final Finishing was absolutely outstanding. Personable, professional, and really knew what she was doing. She called and updated me and they took care of everything. My truck looks better than before the deer hit it!!! I took my vehicle to two.other body shops. And she seen things right off the bat the other two didnt. Needless today I am very happy!

Called Final Finish cause i needed a piece of equipment moved..they said no problem and would be there in 10 minutes..Shawntez came and made it look too easy. This is the best in all of BG for yoir towing needs and the only place I will ever use again. Highly Recommend and thanks again!

I took my 2011 nisssn Titan in for front end work. They repaired my hood and front bumper in a timely manner and the paint matched perfectly. Customer service was awesome I was updated every step of the way through the repair.. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great body shop.

I took my 2021 GMCTerrain in because I had wrecked it I tore up the whole left side of my car hitting a cable barrier in Tennessee a big rig ran me into the barrier they were so awesome they did a great job repairing my car you couldn t tell where I had even had the accident at all paint matched perfect I was so very pleased would highly recommend them for all your body work thank you guys so muchServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Teresa, your people made my Jazz Blue Challenger like it is brand new again! Crystle did a fantastic clean-up on it and I couldn't be happier with the results. In B.G. there's no Body Shop better than Final Finish.
