I can't adequately express what a great experience we had and how grateful I am for the help my daughter received from Jake and Champs. Being a mom that's 2 hours away, I was unsure about where to send her. Champs came highly recommended for good reason. They were prompt in diagnosing the issue (thankfully, minor), kind and more than fair. We will absolutely use them again for her automotive needs!Thank you, Champs!

Called looking for a new set of tires for my son s vehicle. He s going back to college on Monday and I was worried that I d waited too long to make an appointment. Called late on Tuesday, had 4 new tires and an oil change done on Wednesday. Fast friendly service, highly recommended.

Welp I tried to love this place but my last experience wasn t good unfortunately. They do great service with my car and are very informative about things going on with your vehicle however the customer service is bad. One guy sits at the front and talks like he doesn t even want to be there. He does not need to be at the front desk at all. Customer service is very important to me and I just can t give them my business anymore. I refuse to give business to bad customer service whether the service is good or not. I wish them the best.

The owners of a 2000 Chevrolet Malibu and a 2014 KIA Sportage, we had to have both cars worked on and the guys at Champs were great at their work. They did exactly what they said they would do and did it on time. The work was priced much lower than the dealerships. Very poor customer service. I called on a Tuesday and made an appointment to get my vehicle looked at the following Monday because I was told that was the earliest they could get me in. I wait almost a week, take the vehicle in at 8am and left it. At 3:45 after hearing nothing all day I called and they said they hadn t gotten to it yet but give them 20 minutes. I called back at 4:50 after yet again hearing nothing (they close at 5pm) and was told they still hadn t looked at it. I asked them to put the keys in the car and I would be by to pick it up. They had the gall to ask me if I would like to reschedule, I thought they were joking at first. I can t figure out why they take appointments at all when they do not honor them. I waited almost a week to get my car to be seen and they obviously were putting walk-ins in front of me. I had to rearrange work meetings and hitch a ride to get to and from there. All in all a very poor experience and a complete lack of respect for my time.

Took my truck in for a steering wheel position sensor code, they cleared the codes drove the truck no codes, picked the truck up next day codes came back, they got me back in checked the alignment it was good, called to inform me that they would change the sensor, They did not charge for checking the alignment or for the diagnostic scan. They are honest. I will use them again.

Champs Auto Care worked me in for a tire replacement to keep me safe on the road. They were awesome! They are straight forward and honest. I definitely recommend.

We were looking for a new mechanic and searched Google for one locally. Champ's reviews were really good so we gave them a shot. We were thrilled with the results. We needed brakes on one of our vehicles and thought it was going to be an expensive repair. Dillon and his team accurately assessed the issue (and it wasn't as bad as we thought it would be), fixed it right the first time and at a reasonable price. We will definitely be back.

Dillion and his crew were very up front with me on my repairs and kept me right up to speed with the details regarding what I needed! They had great pricing, and treated with care and understanding. If you want a good set of mechanics for all your vehicles, these guys have the experience and know how to treat their customers. If there were 10 stars I'd give it without hesitation! Thanks again guys! Hopefully not for a while( ), but I'll be back!!!

I absolutely love this place! Bought a used car from a horrible dealership that promised the car was in good shape. Came to Champs and found out that couldnt be further from the truth. Dillon was especially helpful and always explained what the car needed, how much it would cost and how long it would take. Never experienced a more honest and caring group of guys as far as auto care. My family has worked with the owner for years, and they will never over charge you. They will put the customer first before any profit. I just bought a vehicle from them. I told them what I was looking for, and in two days I was driving home exactly what I wanted. Overall, they are unmatched as far as customer service, and they provide better quality in a timely manner than I have experienced anywhere else.

Champs was recommended to us by a close friend. We took our older Nissan truck to Champs. It was fixed quickly and runs great now. The repair price was low and honest. They are professional and fair. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Champs! No worries when you take your vehicle to Champs!

I have an older vehicle, and CHAMP'S has kept it running! Even after being partially submerged for 10 days, they were able to get it up and running.The quality of their work is excellent, their prices are fair, so what more could you want?Oh yeah, they are also friendly, and will go out of their way to help you!

These guys are the best! I needed confirmation that my 79-year old Mom's car was safe for her to drive. They not only spent time testing it out, letting it run, driving it, and looking for issues, THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME A DIME! Said they found nothing wrong, so there was nothing to charge for ... anywhere else would at least charge for labor for that time! In this day and age, it's truly hard to find good customer service. But I can say Champs Auto Care and Sales, truly does care about the customer! Thank you so much! You can count on return service from us when we need it!

I moved to Bowling Green from Louisville 3 years ago. Ever since it's been very difficult for me to find someone in the area that I could trust with my car. I saw the shop and decided to go in. One of the BEST decisions I've ever made! They worked with me, answered ALL of my questions TRUTHFULLY, didn't keep my car all day, gave me tips, and just genuinely really good guys! I would recommend ANYONE to go to CHAMPS! This was the best experience ever!

I scheduled an appointment for 9am on a Friday. When I got there every bay was filled, and it didn t look like anyone was finishing up anytime soon. I showed up on time and let the front desk know that I wasn t in any rush. Even though they were super busy, the guy at the front desk took it upon himself and had my install started within 15 minutes, and completed in a little over an hour. The pricing was fair, and the work was high quality. Would recommend to anyone looking for their go-to auto repair shop.

I had serious timing chain issues with my truck. Dillon and the staff there had it in and out in a short amount of time, now it runs like it did when it was new. The best part, other than the price of repair, was the communication I was getting throughout the repair. I highly recommend!

We were recently on vacation and experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our car. It was extremely warm with temperatures exceeding 95 degrees. Champs was recommended to us by an auto parts store. The issue was addressed and we had a comfortable ride the rest of our journey. Thanks so much for a job well done!

These guys really helped us out today. Had some problems with the power steering on my truck a couple blocks down the road. Called these guys and they weren't super busy so they got us fixed really quick. Labor price was fair. We looked up the part that broke (power steering pressure switch PS1568), and all the local auto parts places were selling it for about $36. These guys charged us $63 for the part, which is kind of strange.Other than that, pretty good experience. Friendly guys, clean waiting room, and they got me in and out on a Friday afternoon. Try them out!

We recently had Champs (formerly McGowan Tire) perform routine service and install new tires on our cargo van. Staff was courteous and professional. They had us back on the road in no time and at a lower price than what was expected.

The unbelieveable dedication and service provided by Champs Auto Care has made me believe that there are still some companies and people that actually care about their customers. As an RVer it is not easy to get your coach worked on while on the road. Leaving Louisville KY we were starting losing power and thought our trans was going out. We were pointed to Champs Auto Service. I cannot put into words how much gentlemen like this meant to this RVer on the road with a real problem. Thanks to Dillon and his staff for a job well done. A very honest place you can trust to do the right things well.

I have known Ralph and Dillion for 19 years Ralph has been my mechanic until Dillion his son took over. He is just like and maybe even better LOL than dad just kidding.. they are both honest caring men who look after their customers. They have high morals and values on how they serve the clients. I have bought 3 cars from Ralph and my daughter bought a SUV from Dillion, they have and are always going to be our Mechanics and Friends. If you have any problems with your car and need some honest caring people to serve you Champs Auto Care & Tire Center is your place no need to look any where else.
