This is a very unsafe and unorganized company. There are good people locally within the company, but it is controlled by outside companies that are creating problems within the company. I was terminated because a manager assumed I was a lower positioned employee. I was not given a chance to correct assumptions. Then, when he couldn't terminate the employment. I was spoken to very rudely and cussed out. He cussed me out on the phone where my children could hear it because it was not my scheduled day to work. Then, I figured out the regional manager was a buddy of his and had him terminate the position. Then, after the regional manager jumped to terminate the position. I was then allowed to tell my side. The termination was turned to a suspension. That still led to a termination. I would not recommend this company to work because of the buddy system, how poorly, operators get treated, many safety issues with the equipment. It is only a matter of time before someone dies at this plant and the supporting company uses every resource to cover the accident up.

No benefits, pay was awful. Liked to switch shifts without notice and switch 8 to 12s almost every week. Very unsafe environment.
