Very efficient and very personable. They listen to my concerns ran a quick diagnostic generated an estimate did all the repairs in under 2 days. Fair price for a really good work product. 1991 Mercury Capri Parts can be difficult to come by but they knew exactly how to Source it.

Needed exhaust work done. Decided to go with new from front to rear. With patience with ordering to receiving Terry kept me up to date with the process and was knowledgeable about what was needed and everything. Got the Job done the best that he could making sure it was just as good and close as from the Factory 22 years ago. Price was reasonable in my book for what the job took. They also do more than just exhaust from what I can see and tell.

There should be an option for negative stars. Let's start with their receptionist is rude. I had my car towed there Tuesday of last week. The bolt broke on the idler pulley. Now it's Monday and they haven't looked at it. I talked to them before I towed it there. Nothing was said about being backed up or appointments. I explained several times how urgent I needed it back. The owner has Dr appts and I haven't been able to work. I had it towing somewhere else. Would NOT recommend this place.

Very good place he fixed my car after another shop messed it up and did his leg work w my warranty company and got it paid for he made sure it was done correctly i will use them always

Would recommend to anyone! Guy at desk was very helpful, and they called with a diagnosis of my suspected exhaust leak within 15 minutes of me dropping it off, with a pricing plan and expected pick-up time. Ended up finishing it later that day way ahead of schedule, and didn t charge extra for any suprise work I didn t agree to. Will use them again in the future. Thanks!

Me and my Pops have been taking all of our vehicles here for as long as I remember. These guy are good people. They don't sell you excessive parts or try to milk you for labor. They've built a relationship with our family based on trust. I can't recommend this place more.

Had never heard of this place before. Tried them because they were closet to my house. They are great! Freindly, they didn't try to scam me. First time brought car here was expensive. But needed the stuff done to my car. This is the second time. Quoted me almost 500 less than what Madias did. They are quick. And they make sure everything is done properly.

These guys have worked on my car for over five years. They were recommended buy the dealer that sold me the car. They're honest when evaluating the problem, and their prices are completive. I trust them to do the quality work that I expect. They are more than a muffler shop. BG Muffler is a family owned business and you get that type of service, no matter what your problem is. Call Terry, you will be glad that you did.

Without a doubt we will never use a Dealership Mechanic again! My husband and I have a 2013 Nissan Armada and in the several years we ve owned it we have had few problems! But here is the breakdown of what the dealership told us and what BGMuffler actually found that was wrong with it!1.Needs a new exhaust system $ 1200BG M. Hole in muffler pipe / cut out bad pipe weld in new. $602. Broken rear sway bar $1400.00BGM. Stripped out bolt on shocks $100 to repair3. Needs New Starter, Battery, ignition failing! $1800.BGM Replace alternator $100 + partDuring this economy if you can t afford to pay for these outrageous prices for lies definitely go see Bowling Green Muffler! My husband and I have taken several cars with various problems here over the years. I came upon them years ago by referral from a previous mechanic that was too busy to get to us. I've never gone back to the old mechanic as BG Muffler is honest and reasonably priced. Terry & the crew are top notch.

Greeted us with/ come right on in) I had rotors that needed to be turned, said it'd be done about 30 minutes went home got the other two rotors off the Volvo went back ,, five, tech's working in the shop everybody seem to get along well, turned four rotors ,,-$40! Pleasant atmosphere / highly recommend!

I called for a quote for a 2001 honda civic catylitic converter roughly at 10:00 am. Without delay I was given a quote and was told that if I could drop the car off it could potentially be repaired by the end of business. My daughter dropped the car off at 11:00 by 14:00 I was called by Greg saying it was ready to go. They did excellent work in a timely manner at a reasonable price. For some reason the other muffler shop in town was planets apart in pricing for the same job. To be precise $290 difference. Plus the work came with a strong warranty. This is officially the place I recommend for exhaust work.

If I could give them 1/2 stars, I would. As many of you, we know the sound of our vehicle. After getting my Catalytic Converter replaced and spending $600, I noticed a ticking which I found out was a leak somewhere within my exhaust. I called and tried to explain the noise. I said I was not trying to be difficult. He's said, it sounds like you are. He then said that is the way it sounded when we got it. "DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. TAKE IT TO SOMEONE MORE TRUSTING"

BG Muffler is an honest, trustworthy place for any car needs!! The guys are hardworking and so knowledgeable and friendly. I only go here for whatever I need from oil changes to any car problems I have!! Great place!!!!
