I traveled from Michigan to BMC to purchase a nice clean southern diesel truck. Zack & Matt were fantastic to work with. They sent photos, videos, and even performed a FaceTime call with a full detailed video inspection of the truck. The truck was truly advertised and described accurately. It was the exact truck I was trying to find. Excellent service and very professional team. I plan to buy future trucks from them. Great experience!!!

I've traded and bought trucks a lot in my lifetime. This was hands down one of the best and easiest buying process I've ever had. I live 5 hours away and I knew every detail about the truck before I ever left the house. Very honest people to deal with. They were not trying to hide anything. Sent videos and pictures of anything I asked about plus more. They have a great selection of clean trucks too. Last but not least the after purchase service was outstanding. They went about and beyond to make sure I was happy with the truck. And offered to fix any issues it had within a timely manner. I will definitely buy from them again in the future.

Wanted a Silverado and they had one listed 24,5 told them I had 22 no deal. Jumped to 23 was told they d love to accommodate me but no. Don t bother haggling, " they know what they got". Drove an hr got the truck, they threw in a grown man s snap back and I left feeling completely comfortable .. I ll be back.

If you re in the market for a truck these are definitely the people to buy from. They made the buying process fairly easy, we had trouble on my end of things with the bank we were using for the loan, and these guys were willing to work with the bank to get something figured out. They also accommodated my work schedule by sticking around at their shop after hours. Definitely an all around great experience! Thanks guys!

I purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra from them and upon arrival there was no pressure in buying the vehicle. They were not pushy or made me feel like I had to buy. After having the vehicle for a few weeks I will honestly say they have clean diesels. There was a little hick up with the mileages on the title (not their fault) from a previous dealer. They assisted me with getting the proper paperwork signed and kept me informed all the way thru the process. When I am in the market for another truck I will definitely be reaching out to them. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. Great group of vehicles and people to purchase from.

Super easy and super smooth process from the folks at Bluegrass Motor Company!! We drove over an hour and a half just to buy a truck from them and will do it again if the need every arises. Thanks to them we will be camping much more now that we have a truck to do the work! 10/10 recommend!

I worked with Zach on the sale of my truck I posted on Facebook. It almost seemed to good to be true that he made me an offer and stuck to it. only for a split second I thought it was spam. After I spoke with Zach on the phone, I knew right away that he legit.Zach had all of his paperwork ready to buy my truck and had the check ready to send to the finance company immediately. We actually ride together to a nearby post office where he mailed that pay off check right away.I've never sold a vehicle that I still owed money on but Zach made it super easy. He was very professional from the start to the finish.I didn't have any dealings with his partner, Matt, but he does have a cool name. so, there's that.I highly recommend Bluegrass Motor Company for the sale or purchase of a truck.When I'm ready to buy another truck, Zach and Bluegrass Motor Company will be my first choice.

I was selling a truck on Facebook. Zack contacted me and after several messages we agreed on a price and a couple of days later showed up to make the deal. Zack was great to work with and very friendly. I recommend if your looking to sell your truck they are legit and on point.

Matt was very nice. He purchased our truck and gave us a good deal on it. He was very professional and you could tell he was a kind, good hearted person, which is very rare to come buy these days. He impressed us so much that when we purchase our next truck, that it will be with him. I do miss the truck we sold though, it was a good one.

Hate to edit this but my headaches have headaches at this point never knew owning a deleted truck would be such a pain in my rear due to federal guidelines and what not cant find a shop that will even answer simple questions . ally and matt were nice and informative. but since owning the truck I've got to drive very minimal and trying to stay in contact they have done alright job . as a first time diesel owner my family plans have changed due to trying to figure out what this truck has and doesn't have. after having this truck for 2 days the engine light came on for either turbo or actuator issue I contacted matt who did offer to make it right and help fix it . but since having other issues not due to BMC but due to the shop I took it I have learned that I'm On my own with these issues . just make sure you check everything before buying a vehicle.

Flew in to Nashville late on the Sunday before Memorial Day. BGM opened for us on Memorial Day to accommodate the sale. Great experience in every way. I felt comfortable buying a truck without seeing it after they answered many emailed questions, FaceTimed me to view the truck and got us in and out so we could get on the road back to MN. Gave us a couple of cool hats too! Thank you BGM!!
