They scheduled me for an alignment and after about a hour after dropping my vehicle off. They called and refused to do the alignment because I had 1 tire that was a different tread pattern. After calling other shops and confirming, this was complete bologna. They wasted my time because they were lazy and didn t want to do the work. I took it to another shop locally and they aligned it perfectly. Don t waste your time with this place. They definitely wasted my time for no reason.

Blew 3 tires coming back to Indiana from Florida. Rv tires...had them and installed at 7 am! Quick and got us back on the road. Highly recommended!

Aaron is the BEST! He treated me like family and took great care of my car! Fixed my car in less than 24 hours! Called and txted me every step of the way! Friendly staff and owners. I have already been back for tires and I will not use another mechanic or business besides BG TIRE. The first time I checked out the owners introduced themselves and treated me GREAT! Thankful to find Aaron! It is nice to find a local business that treats you like friends an family! Highly recommend this business to ANYONE!

Was working from out of town in the area and came to get an alignment done and let me just say best alignment I have ever had on my truck. Drives amazing! And to only be there for 20 min you can t beat it! Highly recommend

Took my car to BG Tire not knowing what the issue was with it, their customer service was phenomenal knowing that I had a deadline that I needed it done by! I got my car back, fixed, and on time! Everyone was very helpful!!

I showed up at seven when they opened without an appointment asking them to check if something was hanging loose under my car. I had been hearing banging when I would go off the curb. They were really kind and took me in right away to check it out. There was some under body plastic that was hanging a little low from possibly hitting it. The mechanic tied it up a little and aired up my tires. I am so thankful for the service I received this morning. Good job Bg Tire.

I got a flat tire on the freeway on my way to northern Kentucky from Tennessee at 4:50 PM on a Friday. I pulled off the interstate and quickly called the closest Tire place I could find on google (BG Tire) in hopes they could help me before closing at 5:00 PM. BG Tire went above and beyond to take care of me and my family. They stayed open late to fix my tire and were able to get me back on the road quickly. I am so grateful for the help, and everyone at BG Tire was so friendly. Thank you again!

BG tire just got a customer for life. Bought 4 new tires at the competition for around $1000. A few weeks later went back to the shop I got the tires from because i had a nail in one tire. They made me wait over 2 hours and still didn't fix my tire as they were "too busy". I went to BG tire. They put a plug in as a complimentary service (regular inside patch usually costs $31.5 at BG tire). I was in and out with a fixed tire in minutes and they were so nice to me even though I didn't buy the tires from them. I have 3 cars and now know where to go to get my tires in BG. Thank you BG tire for making my day!

We just moved to Bowling Green from Michigan. I had a nail in my Tire. They were so kind to deal with. We went back to get brakes done. They did an Amazing job. They forever have our business.

Great shop. Unfortunately, with all the construction in Bowling Green, I ran over a nail. I was worried because it was after 3 on a Friday. Would anyone be open? If they were open, would they be able to get me in?I really didn t want to have to wait until Monday when my tire would probably be flat. To make things worse, I had my dog with me!Fortunately, the wonderful people at this repair shop were able to get me in, fixed, and on my way ASAP. Both the dog and I were very happy. Highest recommendations.

Don't go here if you want a shop that stands behind the product they're willing to sell you. Two bubbled tires at under 20,000 miles, lied to about the warranty, now telling me it's voided because they were "loose tires" not on the car at time of instalation which I was not told at any time durring puchase. Waisted our time having to go into the store four different times before this being their final answer. Never called or communicated anything just kept saying they'd look into it.*As to your reply. Did you even read my review? Regardless of that being your policy at no time was I informed of such at time of purchase. And no you definitely did not do everything you could, or even the minimum expected from a reputable company. The bare minimum is it not taking three months to get a strait and answer. It not taking me having to hound you and waist my time four different times coming into the store to even get an answer. So no I will not be giving you another chance; I and my ten vehicles will shop elsewhere.

Hands down the best company out there. Easily. Not only did I need a new tire, I was down on my luck as well and they changed all of that. They made my terrible day a blessing. It will definitely be a moment that I'll never forget. Y'all are awesome!!!Thank you all very much!!!

You don t want to do business with these people, not good honest folks. Refused to honor road hazard warranty on a nail in tire. I hated going in there for my recommended rotate and balance, they always made me feel stupid. I don t think they ever once said: Thanks we appreciate your business. I regret ever buying tires there.

I'm only giving a star because when I call to get prices for 2 used tires she told me "she would have to order them /$245.81" so new & I asked if she would call me when she got used ones in and she said"I won't be". Also the price of the alignment was $89.95 not $70. So, I won't be able to do business with them.

Working in the area when I found nails in two tires. I stopped in to see about getting them fixed. Within an hour, I was on my way nail-free. Great service BG Tire!

This is a great family owned business that has a large selection of both commerical and private auto tires in a super clean, modern and well-maintained shop. The most impressive part of their business is the customer service. I called them about trouble I was having on the road and they took me in right away. I was out of there within an hour with the problem fixed. I can't say good things about my experience there.

My husband and I were traveling with our horse trailer through Kentucky. We had a tire problem on it and our hotel suggested B&G Tire...and my husband was there a little before 7... he said the nicest guy pulled in and was extremely friendly and ready to repair air valve...We highly recommend this shop! Took a tire that had a slow leak in for repair. They first called to say they couldn't patch it & wanted to sell us a new tire but we said no. They called back a minute later & said that they were wrong & they could patch it. End of story got my wheel & tire back & my wheel was scratched. Our mistake was not looking at it when we loaded it back up. I know it wasn't scratched before we took it off the vehicle & took it in for repair because we hand washed it 2 days before hand & all the wheels were perfect. If you have nice wheels & want them to stay that way, do not use this company.

I went in with a screw in one of my tires. Not only did they remove that one, they checked all of my tires and found another one. They also fixed the air in my tires after a different place over inflated them. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Friendly, efficient, highly recommended!

Unfortunately this isn't the normal review on services offered by BG Tire and more of a review about an employee. Recently I took my dog to a park down the road from BG tire and was attacked by one of there employees dogs. I called the police and found out this guy and his 100+lb dog has attacked several other people to include a women who was walking home with her small child.Before I wad able to call the cops, the employee ran around me attempting to gain a response from me. Screaming and yelling crazy thing.The entire time this happened and in the past attacks. The guy has been driving around in his BG Tire work truck.Clearly BG Tire doesn't care about the health and welfare of its customers/potential customers by allowing this person to drive around in there company truck with a dog that should be taken away from him and he should be charged as well.BG Tire is clearly a class establishment. Id never so business with them nor bring my employers vehicles to them for service.

I called BG Tire when I found a nail in my tire, and they told me to come right in. They fixed it quickly, and all of the staff I interacted with were very nice. Great experience!

Great experience. Fair prices. In and out with a blown semi trailer tire in 15 minutes. 4 times faster and half the price of a truck stop.
