Who knew that unexpectedly needing a new battery could be such a positive experience? (bad pun intended ) ... Thanks to Tyler and the Batteries Plus Bulbs team (including Morris the resident cat - see my pix! ), I was not only in & out in under 15 minutes, their price was 1/3 that of AAA - a savings of over $100! ... As if all that isn't reason enough to make these folks your go to battery destination, the team, itself is so friendly, kind, honest and knowledgeable, I'd give 'em 1000 stars if it was possible ... Bonus points, endless tuna & nose boops for Morris who's equally positively and pawsitively delightful! (bad pun also intended)

$50 cheaper than Advanced Auto and O'Reilly's on a replacement battery for the mom van. Fast, friendly, and they installed it with confidence!

Went there to get my glass cover on my iphone replaced. Took 1/2 hour and it looks marvelous! They are so nice and helpful. Wonderful store I highly recommend them!

Tim was extremely helpful: changing my key fob battery for me! The store is clean, service is fast, friendly, and prices are reasonable. Store could use some new bulbs themselves; it s a bit dark in the store, but overall a great experience.

I was able to get an appointment in the same day to get my phone screen changed. They did it quickly and I had it back within an hour. Great service!

I needed a new battery and the one I needed was in stock and they did a load test on it before selling it to me. In an out in less than 10 minutes and super nice staff always willing to help me out.

Not a big fan. The staff are friendly, but the guy who helped me didn't seem to properly look at the guide he was using since he gave me the wrong sized battery since the one I needed was out of stock. Will have to return the incorrect batteries and hope they have a correctly sized one.

I ordered a car battery online and used a $20 online coupon. When I went to pick the battery up, the store employee verified that what I ordered/picked up was correct. Fortunately they figured out the online assist prompted me to the wrong battery and corrected it before I left the store. Further more, they not only corrected it, but saved me more money than even online price.

I had the battery replaced in my watch. I was in and out in less than 5 min. Talmadge took great care of me, was personable and made conversation. Fast service with a kind smile.

Talmadge and his team at the Bowling Green Kentucky store are superb! They called me back before the store even opened to advise me on my problem. We confirmed an appointment time online which netted me a ten percent discount. They were great to work with replacing the battery in my wife's iPhone even though I mistakenly told them the wrong version. Service was fast and super polite, these guys are the best! Thanks so much for fixing us up because buying a new phone was not something we wanted to do. Can't recommend them enough and would be glad to return there should I have the need.

This place rocks! I checked other stores to find a cheaper battery and was unable to. No one would replace my battery because it was listed as a difficult install and required a professional. I was able to get 10% off my order online from picking up in store and they also installed it with no hassle. They went above and beyond and it was great customer service.

Very personable service! I had to replace my car key fob and was able to order it online, the store called me within 30 minutes of my order to schedule the programming and then came directly out to my car when I pulled in to program the new fob for me which took all of 5 minutes. I highly recommend using batteries plus!

I went in to the Bowling Green Ky store to get a blemished car battery to save a little money. The lady at the counter check and said that all they had in stock was a 700 cold crank amp and I was needing a 850 amp. She then stated that they could put the 700 in and when they got one in they would call me. Well in about 3 days I got a call and said they got one in so the next morning I went in and I m assuming by his demeanor that he was the manager and he looked and said they haven t gotten any in that whoever called didn t know what they were talking about and when they got one in they would call. Well it s been 2 months and no call.

Randomly had my battery die this morning. After getting a jump I went straight to this location after getting the recommendation and I could not have been happier. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I was met in the parking lot, got my battery checked, changed, informed about a warranty, and checked out. All with a helpful attitude from Efrain (this was the name on my receipt). I looked up prices for similar batteries in the area and I'm so glad I chose batteries plus bulbs. The pricing was at least half of similar items!

Went to pick up some non typical batteries that I couldn't find elsewhere. Picked up the Duracell version which were 12 a piece and went to pay. The nice gentleman working the desk informed me they had different brand versions in the back and he hooked me up with some that were 3.50 a piece. He saved me 20 bucks when he could've just rung me up for the other ones. Highly recommend this place.

I was pleasantly surprised to have online shopping so I could pick out what I wanted. Then a man named David called me back to confirm the item would have to be ordered and when it would arrive. Then a worker was driving through our town and she could just stop and deliver my item (because I paid online when I ordered.) This was a very helpful place and I have been there before and I will be going there again when I need repair, batteries or bulbs. Thanks.

Batteries+Bulbs is a great place. Salespeople are wonderful. Today Chris Grace helped me. Very thorough, very personable and has a sense of humor which I always appreciate. Everyone in this store is great at what they do.

Came in to purchase a car battery. In and back on the road in about 20 minutes. Friendly customer service. Will be back again. Their price beat a well known store by almost 60 dollars.

Do not get your phone battery changed here. I don t know what garbage batteries they use, but two months later and my phone dies at 81%. Can t even get 3 hours out of it. Worse than when I brought it in.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Masks were worn by all staff and social distancing signs were posted inside and outside the store. Good value on the car battery I purchased.

Exceedingly good service with very competitive pricing. Masks are required here, and that requirement is strongly enforced. If you are of the anti-mask sort, I would suggest you take your business elsewhere as it is neither needed nor wanted there.

I've been there twice looking for bulbs. You would think a place with "bulbs" in the name would have bulbs but no so much. The 2nd bulbs I looked for there would have been over $27 each to order. Went around the corner to wholesale electric and bought 6 of them for around $32.

Horrible customer service with blatant fraud and price gouging.I needed a battery for an alarm remote. I told the attendant what battery I needed. He asked if I had the remote. After seeing that I did, he said to let him put it in really quick. It takes less than a minute to do this. Then charges me $6 for that "help"When I said that wasn't right, that I didn't ask for that "service" or need it. They refused to not take the charge off and said "well you will know next time."Such blatant and uncaring fraud and a total lack of professionalism or customer service.

First timer. They have quite a bit more than I had thought they do. All the employees I was helped by were knowledgeable and ssemsd ro be helping alot of people for even issjes such as car problems. I will be going back there first,for any of my battery or bulb needs, no doubt.
