Was in town visiting family and needed to fix a garden tractor wheel that had the bead broken from the rim. Without hesitation, they had it fixed and back to me in minutes and wouldn't even take a tip. If my family needs tire service or new wheels, I'm sending them to B&B.

When I needed an oil change and what I thought were new front brakes and rotors, I brought my car to B&B Tire. During the service, I was informed that my front brakes and rotors were fine. It was the back brakes and rotors that needed to be replaced along with the calipers. My rear brakes and rotors were replaced in July 2023 by Greenwood Food, so you can imagine my shock when they need to be replaced with less than a year on them.So, when I had the money two weeks later, I scheduled an appointment for the rear brakes. Unfortunately, when I made the appointment my brakes couldn't hold on for another week, so I called Curt and asked him if he had a cancellation to call me. Well, he said to call on Thursday afternoon. When I called back on Thursday, he said he'd be able to get me in on Friday a week early!Although they had my car all day on Friday and part of Saturday morning, they fixed my brakes!I am grateful they were able to fix my car a week early than my original scheduled date and they'll be the ones I call when I'm ready to have my knock sensor replaced.

B & B Tire is always on point. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. I have been taking my 2006 Ridgeline there for almost 5 years now and have gotten all of my work done there. Not once have I been disappointed, or left unhappy with the work. They saved me hundreds of dollars as well, when I was originally working with a dishonest mechanic. Definitely my go-to!

4:00pm on a Friday, I had a massive sidewall failure, warrantied tires from Walmart would be a week to fulfill, and though I bought a tire, Walmart quoted me 3 hours to put it on. I am a medical courier and had some highly time sensitive materials to deliver in just under a few hours. At 4:45, 15 minutes before close I went to B&B tires and explained to Myles at the front desk my situation. Without any hesitation or pushback, he recruited a service tech to put on my new tire and had me out the door in under 20 minutes. I m sure they were all ready to get out the door and enjoy there weekend, but I can t thank them enough for their help! If you want good service and be treated like a priority, especially if you need it, these guys are the best!

Super dumped but this man that worked here still managed to squeeze me in-between a couple of customers to check my tires to make sure my lug nuts were on good.... That was awesome... But he was so packed he didn't have an opening for 2 weeks... That's a good sign.

Good service. I had a pressure sensor battery that died. They checked all 4 and they needed changing as well. Saved me more trips and rotated my tires at the same time.

Amazing service at an amazing price. They call you to give updates on the vehicle and ask before going forward with work not originally requested. I would pick this place before ever going to any chain location. They also have a very convenient key drop-off, so you can drop your vehicle off at any point. Very friendly service people.

I went in for a timing belt change, thet said they couldn't do it without replacing my water pump. For a Cruze that makes sense because it's a piece of junk that likes to break down every 100,000 miles or so. I went through with it because better safe than sorry you know. What I didn't go through with is the nail they put into my passenger side tire. We know it was them because the psi light came on when getting the car, it's December so I thought it was the cold. But no, those greedy mechanics put a Nail through my tire.

Waited in front of the wheel alignment bay for 20+ minutes and wasn't acknowledged by the 4 or 5 mechanics in the garage. That they knew I was there and didn't take 30 seconds to ask what I needed was off putting to say the least. Did I mention it was 2pm and not busy? Sad but true.

They stand by there word they applied road Hazzard to my tires and I was able to use that benefit and Everything they said I needed was absolutely the truth these guys are the best

We are from out of town, stopped in this morning to see if they could look at our car quickly to see why we had some dash lights on. They got us in right away and the boss man was the guy to climb under our Challenger and see what was going on. A++++ Service!! I payed them 1100 just for them to sabotage my car, take your vehicles to someone with real qualifications. Not worth it to give them the time of day.

I don't care where you go or how much you spend, you won't find better service than at B & B Tire Center. My GMC Sierra has 300,000+ miles on it and going very strong due to the excellent, caring service at B & B. The staff is so friendly and pleasant and I'm a loyal customer due to their helpfulness. My Michelin's are nearing 100,000 miles and you only achieve this type of tire life with great tires, expert mounting, balancing and rotation. To the team at B & B......THANK YOU!!! Their customer service is out of this world. They stay busy so wait times are a little longer than your chain places but it s always worth the wait. B & B Tire took care of a wheel alignment for me. Midas claimed it couldn't be done without replacing certain "parts needed". Those "parts" I had installed by my mechanic 2 days before and were fine. Thanks B & B for honest, good work. I'll definitely recommend!

Time and time again I always bring my vehicles to B and B if there s an issue I can t fix on my own and they ve never let me down. Multiple occasions where they ve had an ability to charge for a part that wasn t needed, and told me to come pick-up free of charge. Have always had friendly and efficient and fairly priced service here. Following the tornado in December 2021 they took one look at my car, knew our family had been hit, and repaired the puncture leading to a flat for free. They did this without even asking. Such kindness. Thank you B&B.

We had bought a car from Horse Cave KY and was in Bowling Green KY for the weekend. We had been riding around for at least 24 hours and had noticed that our back tire was getting a low. We had stopped by several places to get it fixed but no one could get to it immediately. We pulled in to B & B and they guys here stopped working on their cars to help us out with our tire. They fixed our tire and did it quickly. Very friendly and courteous. Will recommend them to anyone. Great people here. I will be back.
