Brandon Mosher and Laura Wilson were a huge help getting my truck battery in and getting me back on the road tonight. Very helpful and friendly!! I can t thank them enough for all they did to help us out! They certainly go out of their way here.

Arriannae did a great job. She was courteous and knowledgeable. I wanted to have my car s alternator tested, etc. She was efficient and made the process seem like child s play. Good job Arriannae!

Absolutely awesome! Needed a special lug nut for my tire on and ended up there 3 different times, I had no pictures of what I needed or nothing, they still helped evrytime. Whole first shift is killing it! Shout out guys!

I visited the Russellville Road AutoZone to check a battery I suspected was failing. James C. was incredibly friendly and professional. He helped me with the test and, when I was correct, with getting the battery swapped for a new one. The prices were fair and the service was fast and friendly. I continue to visit this location specifically because of the service I get from their techs like James.

I bought a brake light from Autozone and didn t know how to put the light in my truck. Nathan graciously helped change both my brake lights. Thank you so much Nathan. I really appreciated it. This is what customer service is about.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Water pump got at another autozone was missing the gasket. I took it back to the russellville rd store. They exchanged it without any problem and checked inside the box to make sure everything was inside the box that was supposed to be was in there b4 I left the store

Was having trouble starting my vehicle. Travis was very helpful in testing my battery, alternator and starter. He quickly diagnosed a dead cell in the battery and went out of his way to swap it out for me.

Customer service was excellent. As soon as I walked in the store associate came from around the counter and asked if I needed help finding anything. And while I was looking at different fluids he went to the computers and started looking up my car parts.

I know very little about car repairs, but the staff at AutoZone Russellville Rd knew just what I needed. They worked together as a team to gather my parts, I was impressed!Keep up the good work, because people do notice I ll be back for sure

Great atmosphere and great people that make Autozone a pleasant environment to visit and receive great personal service with a smile. I would suggest that any car enthusiast go to Autozone for all your vehicle's needs. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and pleasant to to speak with. Autozone puts its customers first. Next time you need auto parts and pleasant conversation, stop in and see for yourself.

I went into the Russellville Road auto zone, And i went in with a very exhausting issue that i had with another Auto zone about headlight bulbs. I was waited on By Devin Mealer and Christopher Stacy, They Didnt hesitate To help me. I know a long time back this auto zone was not a good one. However NOW , It is the best i have ever walked into! They were kind and very respectful! THEY HELPED ME IMMEDIATELY Solve my handlamp issue..So if u need help plz go to them.They are appreciated.Hope they are valued and they know I APPRECIATE THEM Finding kind people in this world is hard to find. So they give me hope

Philip & Thelma were very helpful ! i spent my morning at auto zone trying to figure out what battery to get and im cheap so of course the first battery they showed me was a no. but they were nice and understanding. 10/10

My Daughter, who is in College, and lives away from home, recently found her SUV in need of a new battery, and after a freezing, late night jump start attempt, took her vehicle here for a new battery! They were extremely helpful & installed her new battery for her, as well as checked a few other things she wasn't sure about? I was incredibly pleased with their care, honesty and treatment of my Daughter, and I'm Thankful to know that Good People do still exist!

Our cashier/tech was very knowledgeable, and tested our vehicle and provided a variety of parts and made us feel safe enough to get our car home. It's not just a part store, but u get knowledgeable and help too!

Been shopping at this location for years , tried several other locations and store brands but always came back !!!! Rebecca the store manager is a very down to earth and understands just about anything from the day to day ins and outs of this business to dealing with the unknowing public who at times the would not have been able to deal with just from what I ve saw while there !!!! I ve spent lord knows what kind of money there and will continue to as long as the management continues to perform as good as they do in this multi international environment and to do as good of a job as they do thank you for what you guys continue to do for this community!!!! Much love .

This store in particular is a quality and worthwhile store. I always find a team member who is knowledgeable and willing to help, like for real help. Even if they don't have what you need they don't mind helping you find where to get it. I can't say enough good things about the people that I dealt with there i recommend and frequent this location often

I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN RUSSELLVILLE RD AGAIN. The old short man with glasses was the rudest man and laughed at me and yelled byeeeee. Sorry you didn't have my part and said I would go somewhere else. I couldn't wait for you to order it, it was a radiator hose. Napa came through and they were nice.

i m thankful for the auto zone! i m from tennessee & up here living with my mom temporarily. i called & asked if they could put my licenses plate on for me, & he said yes over the phone. i went down there & purchased a new steering wheel cover & licenses plate tag decoration i went down there & because of how the auto zone in nashville screwed it on the last time it was hard to come loose. TRAVIS couldn t get it to come out so he told me to come back tomorrow & he ll have his tools to put it on for me. it may be small for others.. but when you need help, you need help & to know the fact that someone is willing to help you in such a trying time means a lot!

They charged both my batteries for free. I was also having a problem with my car and the guy that answers knows quite a bit and tells me all the things I should check after replacing the alternator and it still not running. Very appreciative

Every since the Tornado whipped out two of their neighboring competitors, this store service seems to be non existence. Not helpful at all. Is this their new normal since they no longer have competition next door?

You have to be careful who answers the phone because it seems that not everyone knows how to look up parts correctly. I have called to get a price and then called back and talked to someone else and get a different price. Most recently I have had to take a part back 3 times because they gave me the wrong one. This is a part that had to be ordered and this caused quite a problem considering having to wait 3 times for the part to come in.
