At first I was very upset due too a employees complete ignorance and lack of concern for her job. Then Travis took over and resolved everything! Give this man a raise! He went above and beyond to make it right.

I can always expect friendly staff and quality parts if they don't have them that day they'll get them the next and if you're looking for parts for your car or stereo system and advance Auto parts is the place and tell them Chad sent you....

Came in today to check on the battery for my new to me car, to make sure it was in good working order. Justin was a huge help with coming out and testing my battery, plus helping me pick out a new one for it and then with installation. He really went above and beyond with the task, since my car decided it was going to be a pain. Also thank you to the other employees who helped me out today as well with other purchases I made in the store.

It is an auto parts store, so you are generally only going there when something is broken, or if you just need parts or cleaners on the go. However, as parts stores go, I am always certain that I'm being provided the best service that they can offer, and know that most of the employees go beyond what they're requested to make sure that customers leave with significantly higher chances of fixing their problems.

I want to give a shout out to the great service and friendly folks at Advance Auto Parts. Tested my alternator and found it bad (I had a check engine light just turn on 30 minutes before on 235,000 mile engine). Thanks not just for loaning your tools but actually helping me get that tensioner belt back on! Saved my vacation! Job well done and give that rep a raise! :-)

Great help as soon as I walked in the door, I shop their often and always got quality parts at a great value, with great advice as too what items I may need with my parts, gasket seal, tools etc.

I needed a new bulb for my blinker. Not only did the guy find a bulb for me, but he helped put it in. Great stuff! Come here for all your auto needs.

Definitely good for all parts, we use the rewards program and always save money on what we need. Even had rebate deals, I don't go anywhere else.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the site offers you goid coupon deals you pay and go pick up your item which is usually ready in 30 min or immediately. They are helpful as they can be. I'm accustome to the Russellville rd location as opposed to 31w. I don't get the same vibe there as I do at Rville rd. They will price compare you just tell them another part store has it cheaper they'll call and verify. They offer loaner tools and will charge your battery for free. They also can test tour battery and they'll change your wipers. There are 3 parts stores right there together advance auto zone and O'Reilly which are all goid places to go. I usually check each store to see who has better deal. Also if you shop gift card granny or other discount gift card stores you can gift cards to save a few more $.
