Had a battery go bad and Charlie fixed me up and saved me a a lot of money. He was extremely helpful and had me going again in minutes. Thanks!

Who ever was working on the night of 1-23-2024 deserves a raise. Worked with 2 different cashiers and both were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Got the parts I needed and they worked the first time unlike the ones I got from a different AUTO store.

Had to put a star to write review if I could put negative I would ! Was told my money would refund to my card in 30 minutes now I have to wait 6 days so that means my water will be off and I'm going to try and figure out how to survive for 6 days. It didn't take 6 days for me to pay you for the part ! If I ever need anything I'll just go through someone else not worth it at all not worth not knowing how your going to get by for just buying one car part that wasn't even the right one that was given when picked up !

Checked stock of item online and it was readily available when I got to store and friendly employee asked immediately how she could help and walked me right to the product..

Went on the web site and check on pricing for brake pads and rotors. Took a screen shot of the items, pricing with tax and discounted rate for the bundle deal. this was for the Scottsville Rd. store in Bowling Green KY.The price at the store did not match the website. The manager "Tyler" pulled it on his phone and couldn't match either price. My screen shot or store ring up price.Beware of these tricks and false advertisements from Advance Auto Parts.

Great store, great customer service. Greeted right off the bat and very attentive customer service. Rep went well beyond most would at other stores I've visited. I got exactly what I needed and more than expected. I will return to this store and my preference over the one that's local to me in scottsville Ky. No comparison.

Called the Hopkinsville store and they did not have my part but said it was at the Bowling Green location. 4 hours of driving there and back plus 40 bucks in gas only to find out it was the wrong part. All they could do was apologize. No resolution to the problem. Ended up getting parts from Amazon instead.

Good location, easy access, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of items and organized well. Staff always offering additional assistance if needed. Specialty items ordering process pretty simple. Never had a problem here over the many years of doing business.

This place did a great job finding a part and ordering it quickly for a mechanical issue to be resolved. Recommend a stop in if you need help with getting parts or supplies to finish a job.

They had fast friendly service and were able to help me out with my car although they could not pinpoint exactly what I needed but it wasn't really in their scope of practice at the moment I can't complain too much they always have what I need all of the prices are high I was able to find a few things that were on the discount show they were worth the purchase

Always a good experience here. Staff is always helpful and friendly on my visits. I've borrowed tools here and they've helped my wife and other family and friends too. I keep going back until they give me a reason not to.

Friendly service. I've gone there to get batteries replaced (they evaluate first to see if existing battery can maintain a load to see if it is the battery or the generator). They will install the battery and place an external source prior to disconnection so that you don't lose your radio presets.

Headlight went out, walked into the store last night, girl sitting on the counter playing on her phone, told her I needed a headlight bulb, year and make, she reached and got it behind the counter, I asked if there was someone to help me put in in, she gave me this look like huh, what, went out side there was a gentleman that put it in for me, went back in the store, she was back up on the counter with her phone...looks really good for customers walking in..name on the receipt is Jarah S. Auto zone offers to help and dont need to be asked by the way.

It seems like they have hired a few new employees who are to put it nicely, lazy. Just about a year ago I went there in the pouring rain needing new wipers for a road trip that was for business. The employee git exactly what I needed,rung me up and even went out in really heavy downpour to put them on for me at no cost and without me even asking. If they would make sure to hire employees just like that, grateful for their job and enjoy what they do in other words, this place would be my only choice for parts for our vehicles.

Great Golks! Very Friendly and helpful! Will even help of give advice on how to complete a repair or correct a problem!!!I'm FAR from a Mechanic, but the folks here are so helpful and provide Great loaner tools, tha I can feel Mechanically inclined from time to time!!!

The guy I dealt with here was very rude. Acted like he didn t want to help me. Then the part he told me I needed, didn t even fit. So I had to drive all the way back and return it. I just went somewhere else and got the right part and better help.

Thankfully Jose came to the rescue but I was rudely skipped in line by Roy s rude ass who checked the guy out behind me. No acknowledgement of my presence whatsoever and I saw that the guy who he went on to check out had other parts sitting waiting at the counter, I get that. But the customer service I received from Roy was inexcusable, and probably due to me being the only black man in the store. Smh Jose you saved the day and got me the correct wiper blades and put them on for me!

Hi, this is defiantly one of the better Advanced Auto I have found, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had an emergency parts issue and they went way over board, solving the problem and helping me out. GREAT JOB, GUYS. !!!!!

As far as Advance AP goes, this one did the trick. I wore out my wipers driving through the remnants of Harvey, so I ducked in there to get a little poorer. The guy offered to put them on for me, and I accepted, explaining that it would prevent me from saying bad words if he does it. I was impressed with how fast he slapped them on and I was out of there.

Went to this location this morning to order a part for my car the guy behind the counter said yep we can definitely get that for you will have it in at 4 p.m. so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment with the garage I use and went by at 4 to pick up the partWell wouldn't you know it the part wasn't there and of course the guy who placed the order wasn't there either the other guy behind the counter said well I don't know what he did that for because we couldn't get that part in until MondaySo if you go to this location beware because they certainly don't seem to know what the heck they're doing
