The staff are knowledgeable and helpful! They informed me I had a transmission fluid leak and were able to recommend a great place to take it to and I was able to get the problem resolved. I was able to avoid a much bigger problem in the future because they let me know. Will recommend this place to family and friends!

The team here is outstanding and goes above and beyond to ensure your service meets or exceeds expectations. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, even when the groupon I had wasn t directly linked to their location and helped get it to be used. I highly recommend this location, best in area I ve been too, by far!

Very good experience at this location! Getting an oil change or other service on your vehicle is never the highlight of your day but the crew at this location went out of their way to make this an enjoyable and time efficient process. They work as a team and do many tasks in tandem to make sure wait times are minimized. Aaron checked me in and started the process, he did a great job. They were training a new tech and he was doing very well also. Everyone was nice and attentive to customers as they got in line. This will become my oil change location going forward.Service: Oil change

We had to make an emergency stop due to low oil and they did a great job. Aaron double checked they had our filter when he was us waiting because he didnt want to "waste our time". (Our car is unique) I think he was the manager. When he left he wished us a good day and good weekend. Also, Jacob, Austin, and Gage were very knowledgeable and charismatic. I never thought I would say this but the oil change was actually entertaining. 100% would recommend.Service: Oil change

The 1st time I was there was about 6 weeks ago and it didn't go very well cuz I ended up being there for almost an hour. And I was kinda like, well I'm not gonna come back to this location cuz of how long it took. So this time I went the Georgetown, KY location cuz it's close to my job. And they ended up cross threating my oil pan drain plug. Which after leaving caused leaking. So I took my car back to the Berea location and told them what happened and they got me right in and fixed the issue with pretty much no questions asked. They took out the stripped drain plug and put in a universal style plug and put new oil in, and they didn't charge me anything for their time. I primarily dealt with Aaron, I believe he's the manager. Before this issue I wasn't gonna go back to this location but bcuz they fixed the issue and made it right, regardless if they were at fault or not, they wanted to make sure I was taking care of. So I will be back to the location in Berea, Ky.Service: Oil change

Great customer service I get my oil changed there almost every time, got my transmission fluid changed was in and out in under 30 minutes the store manager is very hands on and double checks new employees work.

Noah and JD both did a fantastic job servicing me today! They kept things light and jovial and even went out of their way to save me some money. If these two guys aren't in line for a raise they need to be big time. Berea VIOC is our preferred provided for all of our family's quick service automotive needs. The staff at this facility are second to none, in that they are meticulous and thorough in everything they do. For instance, Aaron (store manager who took care of us) expertly noticed that our car's windshield wiper blade was partially hanging off and suggested we consider getting them replaced. Aaron presented our replacement options and even helped us select the perfect wiper blades. Thanks to Berea VIOC timely install of our replacement windshield wiper blades our front windshield stays clean and streak free. Great friendly service, no wait, we were being helped immediately upon pulling into the lot. Total service took about 20min. Technicians changed oil and aired up our tires for a fair price. They informed us of what fluids they could take care of and ones that we should keep in mind to have another shop look at. Highly recommend!

I took my car in for the 1st time to a valvoline store Of course to have my oil change done that wasn't the problem.They actually tripled my gas mileage. The problem was that they reported my mileage wrong. And that's why I'm leaving a message on here because they nearly messed me up on my extended warranty On my vehicle. thankfully the customer service was great .They fixed the problem within 2 days but I'm still concerned about taking my car back because of what happened and it was very stressful to get everything fixed and to prove my innocence to my 3rd party insurance.

AMAZING. Went in for an oil change. Turns out our alternator was bad and killed our battery. Thankfully the worker knew what battery and was able to calm me down. (I know little about cars and my car not starting freaked me out) He offered to look and see why my battery just up and died. He told me what it was, got me a battery and was able to do a savings thing. Then he told me what to tell the mech I see at a shop to fix the alternator.Super fast, easy, and friendly.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Battery, Oil change

I've been to a lot of quick oil change places but this one seems to be more than just that. The service is super fast, yet very by the book. Most of the guys that work here are pretty good people and it really shows in their work and attention to detail. This location has an amazing store manager and it really shows.

I use this place on occasion. My last visit this week was the worst. So slow and disorganized. You'll be lucky to get out in 30+ minutes. If someone had not been behind me, I would have rolled.Decent service but you better pack a lunch.

They will put full synthetic in your new vehicles... but not tell you that the sticker only prints to change every 3k miles.... and the full synthetic recommends 8k miles easly.. when asked why they do that..."it's our policy" he said... "you the customer have to ask for longer change duration on the stickers to reflect the oil and truck recommendations". How extremely proffitable this policy is....

They checked my air filter, I told them no thank you, they put the old one back in, only tightened one bolt, AND THEN CHARGED ME FOR A NEW ONE! I've never had trouble with valvoline in the past but now that they are committing fraud at my expense I'm going to be taking my business elsewhere. I wish there was an option for zero stars.Edit: After contacting them I found out that they had realized their mistake sometime after I had left, however there was ZERO effort made to contact me about it. They knew. But if I hadn't noticed, they wouldn't have done a thing. Super shady. I also confirmed that they DID have the correct phone number for me on file at the time of service, so there is no excuse for not trying to call me. They have now refunded me the price of the air filter and had nothing else to offer in terms of customer satisfaction other than "I'm sorry". So their resolution to stealing money from me was to do the absolute bare minimum required to keep me from pressing legal action. My advice? Stay away unless you feel like having to audit your receipt every time to look for hidden charges.

It's expensive first and foremost, even with a coupon. But a requirement if you want to ensure a longer life from your vehicle. The guys are awesome at their jobs! Very courteous and professional! Would have been 5 stars, but for the expense.

Sister in-law takes her car there for an oil change they break off her valve stem checking tire pressure and doesn't fix it. Good customer service is when you F-up you fix it! Thats how you get repeat customers. Well I have done informed her to never go back so now I will tell everyone else, GO TO WALMART! If you go to the cheap spot that is exactly what you will get cheap service.

Always fast and efficient oil changes. Their price is a little higher than others but they always do a great job and have very professional employees. I know that when I come here I can trust them with servicing my vehicle correctly.

Notable: after 3 tries, their inventory arrived for my vehicle and I was given 20% for my trouble (or patience in having to wait for parts delivery). They also replaced bulbs in the brake light behind cab. Oops, they forgot to reset the 'change oil light soon' notification.

Good service but being from a more rural area extremely overpriced. I could have got the same oil and filter change for at least $40.00 cheaper. Service was good though.

I can tell you this much, these guys not only know what they re doing, knowledgeable about there profession and man oh man are they fast. I was in and out of there in exactly 8 minutes and 45 seconds. This definitely my permanent place I ll go for now on to get my vehicle serviced. Thanks guys.

Couldn't ask for anything better, in and out and so affordable!!! Treated so comfortable while waiting and the lead mechanic walked up and gave me a free merch hat that was great quality and they impressed me mostly because im used to places trying to add as much as possible but everything was opposite with these guys. Thanks again

Good customer service, they always interact with my kids who like watching the cameras of the guys under the car and ask 5000 questions.Only reason it is not 5 stars is they regularly are out of my oil filter and I then have to come back later after they get a truck in which some times is a hassel
