Jene, I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received at your shop recently. My 53-foot dry van trailer broke down on I-75 near exit 76, and I was fortunate enough to find your shop.The experience from start to finish was excellent. Your team swiftly replaced the spindle, hub, brakes, and more, resolving the issue efficiently. Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised by the fair pricing and the prompt turnaround time.I cannot thank you enough for your professionalism and expertise. Your dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable, and I will not hesitate to recommend your services to others in need.

Our RV lost a wheel on I-75 near Richmond KY recently. Jake from Thorough Truck happened to see us on the roadside and offered to get us off the freeway, and offered to repair the problem at his shop. Although it took some time to find the correct parts, once collected the repair was done quickly and with high quality. Throughout the process, communications were fantastic, and the shop even offered to allow us to plug in our camper at their repair site to keep our fridge running cool. Friendly and customer focused, I would highly recommend.

100 percent recommend Thoroughtruck Truck Repair and Towing. We were travelling north on the I-75 from Florida back to Canada. We had accommodations for the night in Berea, Kentucky. About 5 miles away from Berea, at about 10:30 pm, a leaf spring broke on one side of our tent trailer. The tow operator, with a flat bed truck, arrived promptly, and towed the trailer back to their yard/garage. He was very courteous and helpful. By 8 am the next morning, we had already received a call that they had someone come in early to replace the leaf spring, so we were able to get back on the road to Canada early. The cost for the after-hours towing and repair was very reasonable. We saw the tow operator and the owner of this business the morning of the pick up, and they were both so friendly and accommodating. They even offered us freshly BBQed hamburgers! Thumbs up to this business for excellent customer service!!

We were heading home to Indiana after our Savannah trip. Our water pump failed in Berea KY. We scrambled to find a cat dealer as we have a CAT engine in our 34ft Winnebago motorhome. We called Gene at Thoroughtruck and he came out to look at our rig. We brought the rig to his shop and he and his crew got us going in a few hours for a reasonable price.They were awsome. Highly recommend them! Thanks Gene!

Jake was amazing and the other guys were just amazing. We broke down at buc-ees in Richmond. He went above and beyond, he helped us get a hotel room, and the part with need for the truck. Jake just went above and beyond and we can't say enough good things.

Just wanted to take time to thank Brian. He was behind us and seen the back tire on our truck go down. Even before we new it was flat he motioned us over. And there we were, almost dark, could not let the spare down and no lug wrench to change the tire anyway. But Brian had the tools and knowledge to take over and help us get back on the road. Thank you Brian for your kindness.

Caleb and Troy are THE BEST around!! Our car was having issues and they were so fast and courteous in getting to our location, getting it fixed and us back on the road in no time! Our box truck got stuck in a really muddy area behind our house for days and I finally decided to reach out for help. I came across ThoroughTruck to see if they could help. They sent Justin out to assess the situation.When I say Justin just went way above and beyond what we expected, he did just that. He knew exactly what to do and how to do it! I mean me and my husband were in awe, because we tried for hours and could not figure it out. Justin just came in there and showed us how to maneuver between the box truck, our trailer, his truck, his trailer, I mean we were just blown away. He saved us.We are so grateful for his proficiency, kindness and fun sense of humor. For a second it seemed like him and my husband were good friends that were catching up like old times.We had another situation that came up with the coupler I think on our trailer. It was stuck for some reason and we thought of Justin right away. Justin came by and went up to the front of the trailer where the issue was and fixed it within a matter of seconds. We were once again blown away by Justin s proficiency and promptness.We would highly recommend this company to anyone! They are incredibly fast, proficient and most importantly they get the job done! Thank you again!

Caleb and Troy did our front brakes, oil change and filters on our RV. Came to our site which was awesome. Reliable, on time, friendly, they were very thorough. Honest about what didn't need done. Could not be happier with our service

So this towing truck had to tow me a mile and decided charging the max was reasonable will never use these guys again. 125 for barley one mile yea no don't use these guys bunch of scam artists

Our car broke down at 6:30 AM Saturday morning on the way to family vacation. Everything else was closed. I called and they picked us up and were working on the car within 30 min. Car fixed and we were back on the road by 8:15. Excellent service and great people. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful experience. Car quit at Kroger. A Thoroughtruck employee off the clock (jake) was there came and tried everything to help me then gave me a card. Called and the guy was nice and helpful, had a dude named Brian come get me and had me up and home in no time. Brian was awesome. Went the extra mile to get me squared away and had good conversation. Gene made a special deal with me about towing my gearless minivan out of the nearby Chinese restaurant parking lot during a cross country move. I had no money and no prospect of it. I offered a temporary trade of a family heirloom tool I've had for many years on good faith that the finest kind recognizes the finest kind. Years later just today I was finally able to remember his name and the location and gave him a call he was not bothered a bit about it and said I should get back to him tomorrow. He sent me off in a very serviceable truck his uncle had left there and I had been able to make ends meet with it for many months. Years went by. Trucks been gone from my life due to circumstances I did not expect and unwillingly at that. I could not have had better service then and now from any company ever. Real people with real soul run thoroughtruck towing. I have been a poor customer and haven't been prompt on my end of the deal. Best business ever. Best wishes and furthermore I'll be in touch. I shredded a trailer tire on my boat trailer on I 75 North. Had my wife and 3 kids with me on the shoulder of the road. Thoroughtruck got to us very quickly. They brought the right equipment for the job and had us on our way in short time. $125. I would have paid double. Excellent.

This is the best towing service I have ever used. I requested them through AAA because I have the utmost confidence in them to safely tow our vehicles. We needed our travel trailer towed and Caleb the driver handled it superbly, he was on time, and dropped it right where we needed in one shot. I would certainly use them again.

Brian was awesome last night! It was a busy night for him, but he took the time out to help us out TREMENDOUSLY! He went above and beyond any other tow truck driver, and was friendly as can be! 10/10!!! My wife and I were on our honeymoon this past week and headed down to N.C for the week. We were driving on the highway, and our Jeep started shaking really bad! Pulled over and had to get it towed.. These guys were absolutely phenomenal! Got us back on the road in no time at all! We were heading out of town from Ohio. Had some issues with our batteries, then we found out it was our alternator.This company went beyond my expectations on fixing our rv and made it safe enough to get us back to Ohio from Tennessee. Wish more companies like this would treat their customers with exceptional service! The owner an his employees were polite an very courteous to us! I would highly recommend this company! They where good, first they went back over some work a previous shop had done then they replaced my ejector cups .It gets better my wife and I took her vehicle down to pick up my truck about 98 miles away I found out she had no backbreaks so I call Gene up and here he was to save me again, pull up to to his shop they told me to back it in and they went right to work 20mins to get my truck came back and the rotors and pads were done Now that's service . I live 385 mile away and if I need engine work I definitely will be coming back they are awesome, and friendly.

My car broke down at a Gas station near Berea And they were recommended by somebody at the gas station. Jake was there in about 10 minutes and was able to charge my battery when no one else could. Then he directed me to an auto part store that had the battery I needed and I was on my way. Little did I know that they did not have somebody to install it for me but he took the time to call in advance and check and then met me at the autozone and changed the battery for me. He also used his company information to get me a small discount. It Jake and this company are awesome and I highly recommend them Thank you guys.Service: Battery service

I was stuck out on the interstate last evening when Brian took control and made things so much better for me. I had blown a left front tire and come to find out the spare in the trunk didn t fit correctly. Ryan was able to quickly solve the problem by towing my vehicle to tire discounters so It could be repaired this morning. All people working with the public should be as good as Brian he is outstanding and a very hard worker can t say enough about this business and their employees.

Called Throughtruck Inc for a tow on the interstate. Two gentlemen were there to help within 15 minutes. They are kind, thorough, courteous and recommended a local tire company to get tiresreplaced.
