Can't say enough about the excellent work Renfro's in Berea, Ky did on my car. Everyone there was knowledgeable, friendly and went out of the way to see that my car was repaired above my expectations. Definitely recommend them for all auto body needs.

Chris and his staff did an awesome job repairing my car and keeping me informed of progress. It took quite awhile but that was because of the hassle that insurance company gave them. They even worked after hours to get my car completed because we were going out of town. Highly recommend Renfro in Berea. Thanks to Chris and staff.

My husband worked at Renfro's for about 7 years. He had the insiders point of view. Chris is a guy that is not going to do anything to compromise anybody's safety when doing the repairs to a wrecked vehicle. You can trust them to do the job right. Chris knows how to work with the insurance companies and navigate the red tape in getting the necessary repairs included in the estimate. A lot of the issues this shop deals with are supply chain problems and it's the way of the world, but this shop will get you done as quickly as they can. If you need an estimate for vehicle damage, I highly recommend you give them a try!

If you do not have the ability to go near 4 months collectivelywithout a car, this would not be a good option. Albeit 2.5 weeks of that was a delay from my insurance company, and 2 weeks were for christmas and thanksgiving breaks. From start to finish here's what I noticed. 1) Renfro's would not send pictures or video to the insurance adjuster when I gave him the number thus delaying the process a little further. 2) He forgot to order a hood, then went back to find one and it would take quite some time to get it in so I asked for my car back until the hood came in because I had been without it for over 3 months, I had exhausted my resources and could no longer afford a rental. 3) When he told me to bring my car back, he said there were others (cars) in front of me and he just didn't know when it would get done. I had just decided to forget it and try to find someone else to do the job. But that would mean restarting the process and so since it was cosmetic and I was tired of the situation I just decided to not get it fixed alltogether. 4) He called me in January and said he could get it in. I told him I could bring it to him if he thought they could get it done in a week. Car rentals are a hundred dollars a day so for a week they are 700 and that's with veteran discount after taxes and fees. It took a week and a day to fix which was fine. The front end looked great. I did notice they cleaned my floor mats, they buffed my car, had a little goodie bag of stuff. He did knock $50 off my bill which was nice. Things to work on are good communication, not forgetting to order parts, send pictures to a cell number if your customer asks you too or tell her to come in and do it herrself (all because I didn't remember the insurance adjusters name)The body work was good and it looked almost brand new, the customer service was just ok. So if I could give it 3.5 stars I would. Not bad but not great. With some adjustments would be a 4.

Initial interaction with this body shop was quick and pleasant. The man looked at my car and got the estimate from me. He told me the time frame to order all the parts and said I would receive a call in that time. They were also easy to get hold of and pleasant on the phone. I will update after my car receives the repairs.

I was exceptionally impressed with this operation. They were not only friendly, courteous, and helpful, but their service went above my expectations. They cleaned and polished my car, detailing things I was not expecting. Pricing was good as well. Should I need them again, I will definitely use them. Additionally (another event), when my son was in a car accident their tow truck driver helped encourage and calm the nerves of my extremely nervous 17 year old son. Class acts.

Had my car in their shop recently. They did a fantastic job! Highly recommended. It was an insurance claim and they repaired it in a timely manner. They also guarantee their work as long as we own the vehicle. Check them out if you need body repair done to your vehicle.

WOW!! Let's see where do I begin..... Chris and ALL of the guys here are truly amazing! They have fixed my truck, now 3 times and each n every time I am more impressed with the quality of work they have done. Also, every time I have picked up my truck, it was detailed perfectly spotless! Highly recommend this auto body shop!! If you want TOP NOTCH..... this is your place.

Once I discovered Renfro's, I have never gone anywhere else when I've needed work done on my vehicle, due to anything from a minor fender-bender to a major collision, or even just a tow-service!I have even gone there with minor issues or even just car questions and they have always been super-helpful!!

Went in to get a quote to have my car fixed and was completely ignored for well over five minutes while the guy took a personal call. Would find someone with better customer service.

I havent worked with the berea branch office except to drop off a rental vehicle but renfros is overall a great place. They took great care of my baby after I got rear ended.

Let be honest here... this place offers the best service this side of the Mississippi. From customer service to service on vehicle, not too mention the gift bag when picking up your vehicle.

There work was good but it took them over a month to fix my car and they didn't keep me up to date on it I would have to call them and I felt like they didn't like me calling my work was done in berea
