The staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly. If they don't have what you ask for in stock, they go above and beyond to get it from another store within a day or two.

I always check here for parts, most times of they don't have them they can get them in a few hours.Bunch of good guys, standing there.About to bust their so bored.Always willing to answer questions.I've been doing business with this particular store since it opened.Give them a chance beats the prices of the catmr dealership by miles.I mean that,no comparison!!!

Had a power steering belt go out on me and I had an hour to get to work. Drove to this store and they helped me in every single way they could. From loaner tools to the part I needed when I needed in they were exemplary in every degree. Much thanks to all the employees that helped me out today.

Stopped here on the way home from our vacation at the beach. We were 10 hours into our drive with two hours to go and the alternator went out on our car. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to make sure i had what i needed. Thankfully i got it sorted out in a few hours and got back on the road. While I know it s frowned upon to do major work in the parking lot, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. Glad I stopped here!

Convenient location, knowledgeable helpful staff, extensive stock with option of same or next day availability of ordered items, fair prices and a loyalty program that provides real discounts, liberal return & warrantee process. Oh, and they'll install wipers for you, like everyone else.

I stopped in late in the afternoon. They didn't have the part I needed in stock, but said they could order it and have it there by noon the following day. The next day I went back at 12:30pm, and they had my part waiting for me.

The pattern that I've noticed is that I am always waiting a long time here, and sometimes I get what I came for, and sometimes I don't. This is why I usually go to Advance Auto, which is a quarter of a mile down the street. Also, the service at Advance, aside from being quicker, is also more polite and pleasant. Employees at O'Reilly's don't seem very motivated to move customers through the store at a quick pace of service, they tend not to apologize when parts arrive late, they don't seem very eager to help, and sometimes you can spend quite a while waiting for someone to even emerge from the back of the store to come up to the front counter. I think they need to hire more employees, and their employees need to be more customer service oriented.

Hank at O'Reillys is the most helpful experience I've had at any parts store yet. Walked in with a terminal with a broke ground strap and he went completely out of his way to make another cable work, car is now back up and running. Would rate 6 stars if I could.

I was actually impressed tonight with my visit to O'Reilly's. For two young guys around the counter were professional, polite, And actually could answer all my questions. I especially impressed that the young man was able to give me direction on what to purchase for particular type of restoration I was doing on my motorcycle.

Aftermarket parts they sell are garbage couldn t beat them onto my vehicle. You call and they say well if you damaged them we can t take it back even if you have a receipt. Yeah I did damage it because you sold me a garbage part that won t fit !!!!!!!!

The guys were helpful and helped me get the part I needed. The knew I had no idea but they gave me a great price and even gave me a discount. My hubby was pleased I picked up the correct piece.

Stopped here after my underbody shield came loose while traveling. One of the employees helped me jack my car up and temporarily secure it with zip ties. Thank you for being so helpful and nice.
