Delightfully surprised just how WONDERFUL this entire experience was from begining to end. I live in VA, and tasked with helping my mother-in-law find a good reliable vehicle. Owners are very trustworthy, friendly, and most of all, not pushy. I was able to find exactly what we wanted, purchase and pick up in a short amount of time and the process was PHENOMENAL! We started a discussion prior to finding out that my business partner was going to be near there around the same time that we were finalizing our deal with Todd and Terry.(Our location is about 800 miles away from there's.) We had to accelerate things as timing was important to picking up the vehicle but we got it done. Thank you Terry and Todd.

Awesome selection staff friendly nice vehicle's low mileage pricing comparative. Done my signing at the lot on a Saturday.One stop place to buy a vehicle. What's not to like. No hassle I will be back.

I had heard great things about this particular car lot. However, my experience did not match. I went to purchase my first vehicle, and spoke with Mike on the lot a few months ago. I recently came back and picked out a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox from their lot and worked with Mike and Troy. Mike as more of the sales portion and Troy went over the financials for the most part. I financed through an outside company and was assured that the vehicle I was buying had not been wrecked, and was in 100% perfect condition. I was given a Vin number and closed the deal completely. Had the car back at my job and was going about my day when Troy came and said that the Vin number listed on my paperwork was incorrect and we just needed to correct it on the papers. However when I checked the Vin number with my financing company, they were showing that the Equinox I had been sold HAD FRAME DAMAGE from an accident and in turn made my loan be declined, in which I had to return the vehicle and retract every bit of progress. You can call it an honest mistake or maybe someone was trying to pull the wool over this young little blonde at a dealership by herself, but I am VERY glad I checked other than just fixing the paperwork real quick .I DO NOT recommend buying from this lot and if you do, I suggest you do your homework yourselves on what you re interested in because you may be assured something that is not true.

Well I went in there back in the summer. I had shorts and a sleeveless shirt on. Guy came out and bluntly said that by looking at me that I couldnt afford anything on his lot. Needless to say went same day dressed same way to rod Hatfield chevrolet and bought a brand new malibu. They shouldn't judge people by there appearance. Needless to say I will never step foot back at near new auto.

Apparently they discriminate against women. Wife was there today and they told her she could have her husband come by and she could drive their used vehicle. That's ok, we went straight to toyota south. Bought a new 4runner. Thanks for the bad treatment guys.
