Cody with Jade, is just the best. We broke down on our way to our vacation spot. We had gotten towed by another company to our cabin, but from there Cody got us home.We were 3 hours away from home, in a different state. Cody took the call, drove the 3 hours to get home. He was great conversation the entire way.Picking us up, he had to go down a very narrow, curving driveway, essentially on a mountain. He was very courteous, and made sure we were comfortable the entire way, checked if we needed to stop to use the bathroom, snacks, all of that.Great tow, great people, great pricing

Jade Towing, and our driver Tony specifically, did incredible work for our family this weekend. Our van broke down right on I-75 in the passing lane. Tony from Jade Towing was there in a flash, took us to the shop and made sure we got to our next stop as well.The service, professionalism and personal interest in making sure we had a great experience was exceptional. Tony worked with his boss at Jade Towing and did some amazing trouble-shooting to get us out of a serious jam.It was really cool to see a company and an individual work that hard to make sure we were in a good spot. It doesn't seem to happen as often as it should anymore. Great job Tony and Jade Towing- I'd give them 10 stars if they would let me.

Broke down today in my SUV and of course the little jack they give you when you break down was not going to put my car in the air high enough to change the tire. On top of that I have an aftermarket wheelchair lift on the back blocking my spare tire. I change my own breaks in my driveway using a 3 ton lift and of course didn't have one. These guys sure do! I was pretty impressed at the tools they carry, impact wrench and all. The gentleman was really professional. Definitely would recommend them again.

Tony was amazing! He went out of his way to help us. He was kind, efficient, competent and literally went the extra mile to drive us all the way to Lexington from Corbin. Tony was a huge blessing to us and we would recommend him to anyone! Thank you, Tony!!

Dylan has always been my go to. I ve dealt with him & his company for years at the truck stop and they re all so down to earth! My tire blew out past Georgetown & Dylan didn t hesitate to send someone out to rescue me. 10/10

Tony the tow truck driver truly saved me from waiting for hours for another tow truck. I had a flat tire on a rental car and was at the mercy of enterprise who was not in any hurry to send help. The location I was at wasnt the safest area for a woman by herself to wait for a tow truck. Tony was so polite, courteous and helpful, it made even getting a flat tire a tolerable experience. I highly recommend this company for all of your towing needs

Tony with Jade Towing was our knight in shining metal!! My 3 friends and I were on our way home from Kentucky and not long after crossing into Tennessee around the Jellico mountain, my car just sputtered and skipped then lost power. I was able to pull off onto the shoulder. I called my insurance company who couldn t even locate me and was absolutely no help. Then my friend called AAA cuz she s a member and they also couldn t locate us. We called our friends in Israel who prayed for us and within a few minutes Tony showed up and came to help! After going back and forth with AAA, he drove us all the way to the car repair shop in Cleveland TN. He was so nice and thoughtful! Plus he has an extended cab so all 4 of us could ride together! Both my insurance and AAA told us to find our own way home as the tow trucks they could dispatch were only suitable for 1 passenger.Tony is the best and we are all so thankful for him and his heart to serve and help people. Thank you Tony!!! PS: I tried to add a photo but there was no option to do so.

Had to have a vehicle towed in for repairs and I accidentally sent Austin Walter s to the wrong location. Not only did he bring it to the correct location, but he didn t charge me anything additional for the extra few miles! He also offered to look under the hood for me to help determine the issue and made the extra effort to make sure my vehicle didn t get scratched by low hanging tree limbs. This guy goes above and beyond. Very appreciative of his help today! Edit: I called Austin back for a second tow, on my other vehicle. It went dead after sitting for a month and I couldn t get it to jump. He showed up in 10 minutes and tried for several minutes to get it started for me. He was able to diagnose the problem and get it started. The starter had seized up. He saved me a tow, and a mechanic bill. This is the guy you want! I won t be calling anyone else!

Billy and Austin showed up 10 minutes earlier than expected. They pulled a abandon suv out of my yard, picked up all the car parts and trash as well. Super nice guys, very helpful, fast and worked safely. I ll only call Jade Towing for any vehicle assistance I may need. I had to be towed out of a ditch after my semi truck slid off the edge of the highway. They answered the phone after several attempts to contact other tow companies in the area. That was a big deal in the stressful situation I was in. They showed up very fast and were able to get me out with my load and truck in tact. Their workers were very professional and I would make them my first call any time I m in need in the area.

Tony the tow guy truly saved my life, he was going south bound on 75 moments prior to my adventure and I was stuck facing South between the two left lanes! He pulled over because he saw my right rear tire angled out of the axel, FLAMING, under the full gas tank. He answered my "Angel Call" in under a minute! I was still hesitant to jump out as traffic was driving around me, at 70+ mph. If I knew the fire was blazing I would have, for sure left the vehicle. Police did get there in three minutes and put cones up and said "Run to the Police Car". Then I saw Tony the Saint of a 22 yo professional tow guy. I was running from my A8L, as firemen arrived I was running shouting to the Deputy, "Is it going to BLOW?" Tony and the FIREMEN won! It didn't BLOW!He took me to a hotel in Berea. Shout out to John who opened the trunk after the Firemen cut the battery cable for fire protection and will get an Enterprise rent a car in the AM.

I had a flat tire on the fourth of July. Called my insurance company they were not able to locate a company on this holiday. I found this company of Google. They were so kind and empathetic and sent someone out within 10 minutes. So grateful. The tow truck driver Austin was efficient and kind and brought me and my car safely to a service station. Service above and beyond! We had a front side passenger tire totally blow out. We were on I-75 less than 10 minutes. A very nice gentleman from Jade Towing in Berea was called and come to our aid. We can't thank then enough. Great job! Thanks a million!

I had an accident in Lexington, KY and Austin from Jade did amazing with coming to tow my car. He was super quick to get there, cleaned up well, and super nice! We were stuck on the side of 75 S. 3 hours from home and 45 min from our destination. About 7 pm. I called these guys for a tow because my insurance couldn't secure us a tow. Jade was super busy. 1 to 3 hours' wait because we had 3 passengers. In the meantime, we got our car started and to the next exit and into a Taco Bell parking lot. 10pm . One of their trucks was in the drive thru. We were out looking at our problems trying to figure out what to do. The driver stopped and asked if we were ok and if he could help. Talked to us about our situation and gave advice. That gentleman didn't have to stop and check on us, but he did! He didn't know we had a call in until we told him. I will definitely call this company if ever in the area, and I need them.

125$ for a tow bill for less than 10 miles up 75 interstate! They are scammers and ripping people off! Call someone else! Drivers that showed up were cool. Just used Jade Towing after our car broke down on the interstate between Richmond and Berea. Construction forced us to use the middle shoulder so we were in a hurry to get out of the way. Not even five minutes later a tow truck pulled over and the driver came to check on us. He was super friendly and wasn t just trying to get a sale. We asked to be towed back to Richmond. He got the car loaded super quick and got us home. The price wasn t bad and the service was fantastic. No one wants to get towed but I ll use them again if the situation ever arises. I asked for my car to be left in my driveway (the tow driver was already going to my house to drop off the passengers that were in the car) and the driver said he was taking it to their lot and that there would be no charge for it being there. The car was in an accident Sunday and we called: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday requesting it be brought back. We didn t call Tuesday because we were told they were backed up and I wanted to give them the time to get to my car. Thursday when we called in the morning we were told we would be charged for it being in the lot, which we did say we were told otherwise and expressed our grievance with trying for three days to get our car. They called back afterward to say no lot fee would be charged. We waited until after I was off work to call back to check on the status of the car and was told if you want it faster you can have someone take it from our lot . They did return it that day and the driver bringing it was kind enough to call before he left the lot and when he was outside the house. I was charged $150 which is less than the $240 they wanted with lot fees. But as I wanted it left at my home the night it was originally towed and I spent nearly a week trying to get it where I wanted to start I don t recommend. I also don t like that after the experience I was told to get someone else when the miscommunication was not on my behalfService: Car towing

This company went above and beyond for me today. Long story short insurance wanted another company to move my vehicle for almost a week, they just refused to go get it to take it to be fixed. I walked in to pay out of my own pocket for Jade to tow it for me and they did it free of charge. There are still kind people and I m so very thankful! My transmission gave out when my friend and I were roughly 20 miles from home. I called Jade and within 30 minutes their driver had picked us up. He was extremely pleasant and seemed to enjoy the work he did. He helped me roll the car into the auto shop and was one of the most skilled drivers I've seen, as the shop door wasn't much wider than my car. Very reasonable pricing, significantly less money than I was expecting for the tow. Austin was the name of the driver, and if I have to have towing done again then I will 100% be using Jade. Dustin was a big help in getting us back to Cincy. He took the time to see if he could help us and once we determined all options were exhausted he worked with us to get set and explained the details.
