These people were the greatest! They helped me out in a jam and were very helpful and understanding in the process. I had to work on my truck in the parking lot and they didn't have a problem with that. Had what I needed too. Got me back on the road in no time! A big thanks to them!

So I walk in to this advanced auto parts in Berea Kentucky. I see no fewer than six employees dillydallying around doing different things. None ask if they can help so I spend about 10 minutes looking around for simply a can of fix a flat. So I go to the front unable to find it and a guy with an advance auto parts store shirt is standing there with a sandwich and I say excuse me and he then says I m off I m on lunch And dismisses my question when he s standing in the store in front of the counter. If I were a business owner, I would be really ticked but I m not but at least I can leave this review and never come here again I m going to O Reilly

This store has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Ricky waited on me, helped me get the wiper blades I needed, put them on the vehicle for me and even told me about a rebate. He was fantastic, I really appreciated his friendly attitude.

Well I like the place.You better know what you want when you walk in because most of the staff doesn't know the first thing about a vehicle.They can use a computer though.Click click click.The parts are OK some staff are ok some look annoyed just because you walked in.No different than any other parts house.I can remember when Bob huff ran Napa auto parts in Berea, the man would help you solve your issues and he would do whatever it took to make sure you had the right part for your car.Good luck in today's world.RIP BOB.

Jason and Vanessa were extremely friendly and helpful. They made a bad situation better with their outstanding customer service. We had a check engine light come on, and discovered we needed to replace a spark plug. They had the parts, lent us the tools and even stood outside with us on a 16� night to make sure we didn t have any issues. So glad we chose to stop there for help. Thank you!

Good store, but Advanced as a whole seems to have less in stock and the items don't seem to be as high quality in the past. The staff are friendly and the store is always well organized but it has fell out of favor for me as I have found better quality parts for comparable pricing elsewhere locally and online.

Good promo, get store credits for used batteries. I got paid $10.00 per battery, even a small lawnmower battery. I believe there is a limit of 5 though. Good deal.

Went in to see if they had a replacement fob for my car, Instead, the man took apart my fob, and instead of fixing it he completely destroyed it. Having to go through Chevy to get a replacement and reprogram the fob. This is horrible.After calling the 800# I get a call from the District/Regional manager wanting to get more information and pictures about what happened. I told him and he then chuckled/laughed about the situation. Now I get surveys/calls/texts/emails about my experience. I have given horrible reviews. Thanks Advance Auto you have cost me more than $350 dollars. $75 for the key fob, $175 to have it programmed and the remaining$100 was for my time off work sitting in a dealer ship having the key made and reprogrammed. Will never spend another dime at this store.The check came in, the funny thing is that the store manager stated it would be closer to 300 to resolve the issue, I have received a check for 98.75 to get the key fob fixed that doesnt even cover to just get the key. This place is nothing but lies.Everyone take your business to another auto parts store.

Poor service and rude staff here in berea was on the phone and I was told that I had to be quiet and then I was not talking to one of the staff I was talking to my fianc� and the staff member butted in to my conversation and told me I could leave the store. I recommend not going to this advanced auto parts worst experience I ve had at any auto parts store. Just plain rude and disrespectful

Good store. However last week my husband purchased a tool there that broke before he even used it. It clearly had defects in it after looking it over. Everything else we've bought there has been good though. Clean store and staff are usually helpful and nice.

Friendly and helpful service. Veteran friendly and I accidentally forgot my Yeti cup on the counter and nobody stole it or spit in it. That's a pretty rare quality to find in people these days. Great experience and I will continue to shop here.

I asked one employee on the floor for help and they told me to stand in line, didn't offer to help in any way. Stood inline while one employee was chatting with the customer in front of me, nothing about a out auto parts. All the while the are three other employees in the back standing around. After standing in line for over five minutes, an employee finally comes up and offers to help the person behind me. The other customer told me to go first. It took less than five minutes to order my part and ring up my other items. Come on, get to work.

Customer service might be a thing of the past. Yes I was around when pumping your own gas wasn't even heard of. Rick behind the counter first assisted me on the phone searching their inventory for proper replacement batteries for my 1992 bass boat. The conversation was somewhat lengthy. All the while Rick was personable and through. Rick located the correct batteries at a different location. He assured me they would be delivered to his location the next day. I arrived at noon the next day and the batteries were there. Rick loaded my batteries in my truck for me. So customer service still exists. Thank you Rick.

These guys are awesome!!! I had a radiator issue and these guys went above and beyond to help me! Without their help I would have been stranded for hours. I don't know what I would have done without them. Thank guys!A forever loyal customer

Staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Prices were great also. They had everything I needed in stock. Ordered online the night before and pickef up my parts first thing in the morning.

Super super satisfied the best service I have ever received at any shop, special thank you to Rick M.Came to find a part and helped me out in an instant, struggled a quite few times with attaching the part because it was not the right size but thankfully Rick was kind enough to switch the part every-time it was not fitting wouldn t have made it out the state back home safely without his help.

I m afraid I was disappointed with the service(or lack thereof) I received here. I ordered windshield wipers off the website and my husband thought he installed it correctly but it fell off. I went in to make sure we purchased the correct one and to see if they could install it for me. The man said he had never put them on before and tried to put it on by did not know how. He asked if I wanted to purchase different ones. When I asked if he could put them on if I did he said he would try. I was frustrated and said I would just wait. I don t understand why a place that offers free installation of these products would not know how to install them? My husband and I work full time and don t have a lot of time to get stuff like this done. Now I m going to try a different Advanced Auto and hope they will know how to install windshield wipers.

They almost always have what you need, and if they have to order it, it gets there very quickly. And they have very competitive pricing with superior quality parts.

Low quality parts and you go in the store and 3 or 4 workers will be grouped up talking and let you stand there forever without offering to help, berea the worst and richmond close second. I took an alternate in to be checked and they said defiantly bad, I bought one and had same problem, don't take their word for testing your car parts, competition much easier to deal with and at least wait on you.. note to management, owners,, I would fire every one of them and start over.. potheticly run business
