Passing through town and had a flat tire on my Jeep. I was able to get to the dealership and they took care of me with a quickness and got me back on the road! Each employee was helpful and treated me like a customer they had worked with for years. I appreciate you all more than you know! Thank you!

Tim Roe was excellent, absolutely nothing shady about this dealership and this sales man. I drove from Indianapolis IN to buy this car from him. I asked several questions about the car prior to making the drive to purchase he gave straight honest answers and reassured me and my husband. I cannot say how much of a pleasure it was to work with DTC of Benton especially Tim. If u want an easy straight forward buying process buy from them. Thanks DTC!

I would give them 500 stars if it would let me! I mostly worked with Jamey, but did have interactions with others as well and everyone was very nice. After searching for a workplace vehicle and not having any luck, I broadened my search. Even though DTC is two hours away, they were willing to meet me half way to test drive the vehicle. As a non-profit, we have a very strict budget. Not once did they try to sell me something extra. They also delivered the vehicle to our office and brought the paperwork here so that we didn't have to drive so far. Hands down this was the best car buying experience I've ever had!

Traded in my last vehicle here and got a good & fair price. The salesman I bought my last vehicle from recently helped my parents, who are in their 80's, find a nice car at a fair price.Highly recommend.

If I could rate with no stars I would. I'm very dissatisfied with how things progressed when I bought my Kia Sorento from David Taylor. I was told by my salesman that the finance department wouldn't do more than 3 hard inquiries on my credit, yet I now have 9 hard inquiries showing up on my credit monitoring app. On top of that, I got letters from some of the places they didn't go with saying that I could've gotten a better interest rate than I got. Both my wife and I had 30-40 more points on our scores than what the finance company they went with said we had. If you are going to run my credit that many times, at least go with the best option for me. And to top it all off, I was told the vehicle would be cleaned, detailed, and delivered by noon the next day. I didn't receive the car until close to 4 or 5 that evening. I would not recommend David Taylor Chrysler to anyone that actually cares about their credit score.

I can t recommend these guys enough. Daniel (GM), Jeff (salesman), & the candy man (finance) really took care of us. They want you to have reliable transportation and stand by anything they sale. In todays world I feel like honesty and service like theirs is just hard to come by. I ll always do business with them as long as Daniel is running the show.

I went there with my family today to look at a truck and wife stayed in my vehicle to watch our child while i went for a test drive. After i finished and we were heading home, my wife informed me that an employee came out, opened my driver door and started inspecting my truck. The man had a lit cigarette in his hand and the smoke filled the cab with my 6 month old in the back. I never once gave them permission to look in my vehicle and they never asked. I was pretty upset so i called the saleman to tell him i didnt appreciate what his coworker did, and he apologized and said he never should have done that. Shortly after, i get a call from the man who got in my vehicle without asking and he proceeded to tell me that he wasnt sorry for what he did, because its just what they do according to him. The man couldnt have cared lessand im fairly certain he is a manager but i cant say for sure. He was very unprofessional and rude. I will never deal with them againEdit: the salesman was great and i have no isues with him.The guy who fills customers vehicles with cigarette smoke without a care is indeed the general manager.

My husband and I were traveling from MO to Fl when we got a flat tire. We contacted Dave Taylor s dealership in Benton KY. They were able to get us right in. Super friendly and helpful. Although they didn t have a new tire to fit our car, they did have a used one to get us on the road. Very thankful and would highly recommend.

I have my Jeep serviced here regularly. I have scheduled an appointment on line which WAS NEVER replied to. So don't use on line scheduling. I have called sometimes 3 or 4 times and you are forced to listen to advertisements until you get tired and give up. Stop be and schedule an appointment in PERSON. Once you have an appointment the service techicians do a good job. Just wished it was easier to schedule an appoinment.

If this place doesn't offer top notch customer service, I don't know who does. I have never enjoyed a car shopping experience from start to finish as much as I have with the group at David Taylor in Benton, KY. I cannot give enough praise and kudos to this team, especially our salesman Jeff LeVan. I purchased a Jeep with some small negotiated fixes and was given a loaner vehicle at no extra cost for as long as the repairs took. When an issue came up after the vehicle was returned to me, Jeff quickly arranged to have things fixed, and my vehicle picked up from me with a loaner vehicle left at no charge. The fact that not only were they willing to take care of something after I was off the lot, but also willing to bring my vehicle back to me rather than have me go back and forth to them was nothing I expected, especially without a fight; as it was, they told me how they were going to resolve things without my even asking! I have never had such a positive and pain free experience with a dealership from start to finish and even post-purchase. Everyone we've dealt with here is incredibly customer service oriented and patient. They truly made me feel like my business was the personal top priority of everyone there. I hope my next vehicle purchase consists of the team at DTC Benton and I hope yours does too!P.S. I am also very happy with my new vehicle! Jeff also made it a priority to make sure everything was cleaned up, detailed and full of gas ASAP so I could get in my new vehicle sooner than later. I wish I could give 10 stars!

Took our vehicle in for some routine maintenance and had a couple things to check. The service department got us in and out quickly and took great care of us. Everyone at Parkway does a great job and is always easy to deal with, thank you.

Worked with Jeff, he was really great and helpful. I was able to get a good deal compared to other dealerships and he got me in and out of the door really fast so that I can head back home since it was a bit of a drive. very friendly and great customer service! I will definitely come back here for my next vehicle!

Jamie in the parts department is amazing! He absolutely went out of his was to get my ignition key! After the weekend I had and having to tow my car, Jaime literally saved us! If he hadn't helped us we wouldn't have our car! And he got it done so fast!!! They go above and beyond for their customers! If you ever have a problem I definitely recommend Jamie!! You won't regret it! Thank you so much!

On vacation our DEF light came on. Message on truck said we only had 130 miles b4 the fastest we would be able to travel was 5mph. Stopped by this dealership. Guy at service desk brought out a hand held scanner. Plugged in wrong spot under dash. Plugged it in correct spot after that. He went & talked to a mechanic. Said to put more DEF in. We had just put in a full jug. Guy said to put in more. His mechanic count look at it for us. We told him we were on vacation & had to leave next morning. He said I wish you good luck. ( We live 199 miles away)

Had my truck serviced her due to a recall and had an oil leak. Scheduling my appointment was fast and easy! They made the repairs to my truck and had it back to me the same day! They did an excellent job on finding and fixing the oil leak and the repair cost was competitive with other repair shops. Very nice and friendly service!

100% Awesome, that is all I can say about the service here. Matt and the crew went up and above. My wife and I were on our way from Wisconsin to Florida and had some vehicle issues that needed to be dealt with. We were stuck and there was not a quick fix. Matt and his crew did everything in their power to get us back to enjoying our vacation. They did a lot of work, got us going and the pricing was very reasonable. We did have to stay in a hotel, but Matt even contacted us during the stay to see if we needed anything. Our hats off to their team. We just got back to Wisconsin after almost a month and Matt called again to check on us. That is customer service at its best !!!

Daniel Robert's an I took our Dodge Grand Caravan in for Service at The Parkway Dodge Dealer in Benton. The service we received from John an the rest of the staff went up an above what I would believe to be excellent service..I am paraplegic an they found a local church with a lift van to get me home as I am wheelchair bound .They also took pictures an talked to the mobility company that put the conversion kit on my van and helped us to get that company to cover the work being that the problem was due to the fact they did not install the conversion properly the company agreed to cover it 100%. Talking with the company an finding me a way home was definitely #1 A+Service .With that being said they definitely made a repeat customer for yrs to come. Again we want to Thank John an the staff again for their kindness an professionalism.

I had to come to Kentucky for an uncle's funeral and was traveling in on a Thursday afternoon when my change oil light came on. I am from Texas and had about150 more miles to go to get to my destination. My cousin referred me to Parkway, so I called and asked if they had any appointments available that I could get before the weekend. I spoke with Allen and told him my situation and he said that they would work me in on Friday....to bring truck I around 11:30. I also needed to change the fuel filters at the same time and he said that he did not know if they would have time to do those, but would do it if they could.Friday morning, Allen called, and said that they had a cancellation and could I have the truck there at 10:30. Of course I jumped on that and dropped the truck off with John. We went to eat across the street and before we finished eating, John called me to tell me that the truck was ready....(fuel filters and all).Incredible service, incredible employees and over all, a wonderful experience.Each and every employee was very courteous and I would recommend this dealership anytime! Too bad they are not in Texas!Melodie

Very well managed. I was on time for my appointment but was in the parking lot, they called to make sure I was still coming for my appointment. Explained how long it would take. It did take a little longer than they originally thought but was very apologetic about the time. The way it s set up, everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Thank you.

Tim Poe sold Us a new Jeep Cherokee! They didn't have a white one on the lot at Benton, so He got One at Mayfiend lot for Us. All the Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. I've always bought My new cars from Ted Kinsey at Parkway, and its good to know that David Taylor is still carrying on the same Great service I've always experienced there. I had an amazing experience buying my first car from Parkway Chrysler. The people there are so friendly and work very hard to get you in the car you want. They are very personable and care about their clients. Ron Taylor worked with me for an extended period of time on finding a car and I was able to leave happily in my new Dodge Durango that I am so in love with! He messaged me any time they had a new vehicle come to the lot that he thought I might be interested in. It is so much more than just making a sale to the workers at Parkway Chrysler. They spend the time to make sure you know all the aspects of the vehicle you are looking at and to make sure you have all the information you need before buying. I couldn t have asked for better assistance than what I received at Parkway Chrysler. They are my number 1 dealership!

We were on vacation to see the elcipse and had car troulble. They took care of us quickly without an appointment on busy day. Then the salesman called us to see if everything was good with repairs. We were very pleased with service and their friendliness. Hope to be in area in future to see them again. Service department was also very helpful and friendly.

I have purchased 3 vehicles here since 2007. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Our most recent purchase was a 2019 Dodge Durango, which I promptly wrecked the same day. We have been 8 1/2 weeks without our new Durango, and after trying to deal with a dealership that is closer to me, I quickly realized why we do business at David Taylor. Jeff Levan is an awesome salesman and everyone else I have dealt with has just been awesome. Customers for life!!!!!!
