Chris senf and all the team at Benton Ford was amazing to work with! I brought them a 2014 Jeep Patriot and they were able to put me in a 2023 Ford Escape! Phenomenal people to work with! Would recommend them time and time again!

Todd, John and the entire staff was amazing and gave us a very good experience with our purchase. Leigh was great and spent over 1 hour showing us how to use all the electronics. We greatly appreciate all the Riley Ford team and I highly recommend using them for all your car/truck needs. This is one bad ride!!!

I bought a Bronco from Jonathan here and it was such a smooth experience. They answered all my questions and if they didn't have the answer they researched and called until they found it for me. They were patient and kind to my mother and I through the whole process. Jonathan is not pushy at all and was honestly an amazing person to work with. The finance team was also extremely nice and worked to get options for me that fit my monthly payment budget. I cannot say enough nice things about Jonathan and the team!

Makes appointments without anyone there to do said work on vehicles and instead of calling me to cancel waits till I get there talking about rescheduling, they should get there before the first scheduled appointment to be able to call off. You wasted 3 hours of my time and diesel as well as cost me a days pay because they couldn t pick up the phone to cancel

I called Benton Ford about a vehicle they had on the lot, a Bronco Raptor. The salesman and general manager agreed on a sale at MSRP on the vehicle. I sent the dealer an email with my credit card information, proof of residency, requests about how to pickup the vehicle over the weekend and more. I spent a couple of hours working with them asking them to send me the 'deal sheet' to sign and take my deposit.At the last minute, the general manager tried to switch me to a different vehicle. I caught the error and showed them the correct vehicle on the website and referenced in our email exchange. The manager then let me know that they will not sell the vehicle we had spent two hours negotiating and working the deal on at the price we agreed to. It was a bait-and-switch that took a couple of hours to get to the bottom line. Be careful dealing with Benton Ford. I recommend you get them to put the deal in writing immediately. They would not do this in my case and that probably should have been a red flag.

Absolutely worse place I've ever purchased a vehicle. Purchased a 2014 Equinox with 67000 miles. Drove less than 200 miles and it kept shutting off while I was driving. Called them and told them about it. They came and picked it up . I asked about a loaner vehicle and they said they would call back. A week later I called back after not hearing from them and asked about the vehicle I purchased and the loaner. Salesman, Tony who seems to be a con artist, said he would fi.d out. Didn't hear from him for another week. Called back, finally found out there was sludge in it. They sent me a loaner car finally and I drove it out of town before I realized there was no license plate. Before I realized that To y actually called me a day after getting g me the loaner car asking g if they could come get it because someone was wanting to look at it lol. Finally get my vehicle back and they said it was a timing belt. It was changed. 1000 miles later my car is doi g it again and check engine light comes on. Showing intake cam sensor malfunction. Had it switched out and what do you know? Sludge on the sensor. A day after the replacement, same thing. Ok. Tired of typing. Point...I will never ever purchase a vehicle from them or recommend to

Leon Riley Ford in Benton KY has been the most pleasant experience ever while purchasing BOTH of our vehicles. We were so happy with the experience we had while purchasing a 2019 Ranger, that in 2022 we bought another brand new vehicle. Nothing changed. Our experience was the same pleasant experience each time.The workers are pleasant, we are greeted with smiley faces and they couldn't do enough for us. We were so happy that we use the maintenance crew as well.. That dept. gets things done on time and seem happy to have our business. My husband and I loved the Tech Girl who goes through everything the vehicle has to offer. She makes sure your understanding and happy before you leave.We will continue to do business with Leon Riley as long as they are in business and has what we want.Thanks Leon Riley, your the best.

been bringing in all my vehicles to them always great service. my entire family buys cars and trucks from them Today am told they can't rotate my tires because they don't have the right size socket to take lug nuts off .recently was bought from the family by a giant corporation I would watch out for this new service team

My dad bought a truck here first of the year and had a great experience. He said it s the easiest car buying experience ever. Went there and ordered a new f150 6 months ago and it came in and I will say the same thing (John) the coowner was amazing to deal with. Very fair trade in price right off the bat. Very accommodating took care of my spray in bed liner and all my accessories. Answered all my many questions. They have a woman there that goes over all the electronics and gadgets and personallly helps you set it up and show you how to use. I will definitely go buy my next vehicle here. It is 55 mins away from my house and in a different state. Thanks John and staff. Murphy s will be back.

Staff was rude. They just wanted to go home. None even said hello when coming inside too parts dept. The guy at service was playing on his cell phone sitting on the stack of the tires. He didn't look or acct like a employee but he was. I had to ask where's the parts dept. The guy in parts didn't even turn away from computer to take care of me as he seen me heading to the counter. Finally he did but wasn't any help for my question. We only drive Ford and this store won't get any of my business. I'm sure if I'd came in the service dept with my awesome/expensive black f150 he would of taken better care of us. I'll go to Paducah from now on. Failed

Very rude and unfriendly. Does NOT want to help you. The automatic lock buttons stopped working on my key fob even though my key still started my car; I tried explaining this to them but they insisted that I would have to get a full replacement key costing ~$200. Called a local lock smith instead and he talked me through a $15 fix. I highly suggest going elsewhere for any maintenance needs. Very overpriced, not willing to listen and work with customers.

I took my old Ford Ranger (2005) in for a transmission failure. Because of the parts shortage due to Covid, it took over a month to get it repaired. During this time they provided me with a loaner so I could commute to work. They were great about communicating and keeping me updated. When the parts came in they repaired my truck at a very reasonable price.We are fortunate to have a dealership like this one in Benton. When I decide to to buy another truck, it will be from Leon Riley Ford.

The lady who answers the phone at the service desk was extremely rude. Ford corporate was much nicer. I'm glad I went through this so I know what dealership to stay away from when I buy my new car.

The worst experience I've ever had with car repair. Told us our car could be fixed in 2-3 days, but later admitted to having no intention on beginning repairs for a month. After multiple complaints the parts that had to be ordered suddenly appeared but they still did not begin repairs until it had been there for nearly two weeks. Our check engine light turned on right after pulling out. Will never come back or buy another Ford.

Can't say anything about the sales crew, but the service department is worse than POOR. Don't fall for this crooked place. Went in to ask about having the transmission pump seal replaced. Was told I would have to bring the truck in so they could pull the transmission and diagnose the issue and she starts setting up an appointment for that Friday. I had already told her I was trying to get estimates. Why would I take them the truck so they could pull the transmission to "diagnose the problem" and then have me over a barrel? They would have my truck tore down, tell me what I already knew, and then I would have to pay them to fix it and put it back together, or not fix it and put it back together. ASE puts out book that gives guidelines as to how long a repair would take under normal circumstances. The variable is shop rates. Pretty simple, but they thought they can get me. Not going to happen. That's a crooked way of business, can't help but wonder how many people actually fall for their dirty tactics. Not me, took the truck to Boyd Automotive in Draffenville. Highly recommend. He pulled out his book, gave me an estimate based on time and his shop rates. Final bill was within a few dollars.

Everyone I dealt with in the service department was very friendly and professional, but most notable was the fact that they fixed my vehicle which had a warranty that was about to expire because Paducah Ford would not handle the issue correctly. Barbie and Candace took great care of me and even got my vehicle worked in earlier than expected! They were very understanding with schedule constraints I have with my job and I feel very confident they addressed my concerns with my vehicle to make sure the repairs that were needed were corrected. My vehicle had issues with a shudder that was due to a clutch replacement being needed, when I confronted Paducah Ford about the issue, they blew it off as nothing, the guys and gals at Leon Riley identified and corrected the problem, making the vehicle drive like a new vehicle! Thank you for all your help!!
