By far the best repair shop in the city, they have a very old school approach to doing business, a true owner operator business, they have very fair prices and great communication, the owner always texts or calls me with progress updates. every time I've had them work on my car, they've done fantastic work. they are very honest and don't upsell or push unnecessary services. Gravett's is by far the best in the city, I can't say enough good things about my experiences there, I'm definitely a life long customer.

Brent did an excellent job on my truck. I was from out of town (had previous mechanics look at the issue only to fix other things that were wrong) and Brent was able to diagnose the problem immediately and get it fixed in a timely matter. If I didn t live 4.5 hours away, I d go to him for all future car repairs and maintenance.

Amazing service. Was stuck from out of town with a bad fuel pump, got me and in , diagnosed and repaired the following day. Could not have made the experience any better

I don't normally leave reviews, but I'm very happy with the service I received and I'd like other people to be aware of a great local mechanic! They repaired my vehicle and never attempted to recommend any unnecessary services. They simply found the issue and corrected it. I noticed they put air in my tires as well and didn't charge me for the refrigerant for my A/C. They even had an employee make sure I could safely back out of their driveway onto the busy road. All of these extra things were done without even mentioning it :)

Great garage. They were busy, but took time to check my vehicle to assure it would be safe to continue trip. Genuine, caring, professional. Felt treated as a long-time customer even though just passing through town.

I ve taken all of my vehicles here over the last 20 years & I highly recommend them. They ve gone out of their way to get repairs done for me quickly. When I m unable to pick up before they close, they ve left my key under my floor mat so I could walk over & pick it up with my spare keys at my own convenience. Great people, reliable repairs & always support local businesses!

You will have a hard time finding a person as nice as the owner! I was taken right in at my appointment time and the customer service was outstanding. An easy choice when in need of a repair shop.

Gravett's has been mine and my family's go to for many years and there's a reason for that... Quality work is performed, fair pricing is received, and consistent honesty even if you aren't going to get the work there/can't at that time. You may wait a little longer than some shops but it's a trade off for knowing you are getting your money's worth (and they're that busy which says a ton!). I'd give 20 stars if I could.. go here, you won't regret it!

Butch and all the mechanics treat you well and are very conscientious when working on your car. Butch and the staff are still working strong. Love that they have a female mechanic too, she really rocks it.

was told i could get my rv worked on.i gave him the details about it and ...i asked for a quote..and waited..5 days later i called..and was informed they don t do diesels or RVs(they are currently working on one larger than mine)it s not the fact that they can t work on it..it s the factbthat i had to call..a simple phone call saying we can t take care of you the next day would have been nice..that way i could search for another garage..now i m pressed for time..don t get me wrong..everyone was nice..they just dropped the ball by letting me sit and wait

Took my car here for a timing belt and water pump change. Not only was my car done a day earlier than promised, but it ended up being $300 cheaper than quoted as well. I would give them a shot if you are looking for a new mechanic.

I was in dire need and my mechanic could not get me in. Not only did they squeeze me in & get the promised repair done in a timely manner but they also gave me the options on what was vital, versus should be done versus unnecessary. They will now be my first call for any automobile needs.

Had a nail in my tire and they plugged it and filled me up in no time right before they were about to close. Great customer service and friendly staff.
