Don t ever take your car here to get an oil change. I dropped mine off come back 2 1/2 hours later and they didn t even change the oil in it and finally I asked to speak to a manager and they said that they said they wouldn t want so I went upfront finally got my oil changed and they held me up for another two hours. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else because the people that work back there are lazy but I guess that s why they work at Walmart

Ordered tires for the vehicle, I showed up about an hour earlier than my appointment time . The shop wasn't busy and got me in right away.Service was very good and they let me know that one of the TPMS sensors had not reset as it should. They told me to drive a few miles and if it didn't reset, to come back and have it checked out. It reset and all is well. Tires look good and the car rides and handles fine. There is no road noise or interior cabin noise. The car is very responsive on wet or dry roads. Dec 22, 2022. The big winter storm came rolling in. I had to make a 80 mile trip for a part that I needed. With 3-5 inches of snow on the ground, these tires didn't miss a beat. I never slipped at intersections never broke traction on the road, they handled flawlessly.I made the round trip in a little over 2 hours. In closing, I haven't had Goodyear tires on my vehicles for 30 years. They weren't my first choice by far, but I elected to give them a chance. Good job Goodyear, thank you Walmart Tire center Beaver Dam, Ky.

Took truck to get new tires put on they dropped it off the lift and broke the front shocks and tried to say it was drove in like that. Then today 11/29/22 I took my wife's car there to get tires put on said it would be 45min to a hour to put on. I walked around wallmart for over a hour and then went back to check on the progress and they hadn't even pulled the car in yet said it would be 45min to a hour before they could get to it I canceled and will never go through wallnart auto center again very unprofessional and don't no what there doing.Services: Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement

I have never had a problem with the tire center before. Last night had a flat in my driveway. Put my spare on and drove to tire center. Told the worker that I had a nail in tire. After an hour and half, they were done. They changed the valve stem said that was my problem. I had road Hazzard on the tire work so it did not cost a thing. The next morning my tire was flat again. I put spare on and went to Walmart again. The same nail was still in tire. This time had to wait TWO hours. I was watching. There was 3 workers on one vehicle. My truck was the only other vehicle there at that time. After 30 minutes, they started on mine. This time they did get the nail. I had marked the nail with white chalk.I'm disabled can't hardly walk. Had to have a10 & 12 year old to help me.THIS IS NOT GOOD BUSINESS!!!!Not that I had to pay money, it's just time and health is more valuable and important. I'm not just some cripple. I'm a person with a family just like the workers.Very unhappy with simple service. I told them the problem. I was basically call a liar. That does not how business should be run..

too busy dealing with new customers to take care of their customers that they already have, tried to call spent 1 hour straight this morning trying to get ahold of them to find out warranty information on my battery I just purchased in August just keeps ringing no way answer send you back to customer care whoever and then it rings again and then you do all that over again and then I put you on hold and nobody answers . after this battery I'm done with Walmart I can go somewhere else and bring my own groceries up and Payless

This is my favorite place for Oil Changes and Tires they are always great with my car, great service, and if your car is there at closing time, they will make sure they stay and finish it! They are excellent!

Maps and door all say it closes at 6. Arrived at 5:27 and everything locked up tight with no notice why. Phone rang for over 3 minutes with no answer and when I walked up to the counter I was told they just decided to close early.

They left the bolts out of my skid plate on my Hummer and I forgot to put in the O-ring in the oil filter in my 2013 g m c Terrain almost blew the motor they did admit it was their fault but the train was covered with oil on the back window from driving on the highway they did not even offer to clean it

Hit my car with hammer the paint then lied about.then slid my keys across roof of my car scratching it. The manager offered a free service for free on top of that to try to make me look like I'm an idiot. Tire installs or already free when you buy tires from Walmart. More than mad about it.

Was told it would be 1 hour wait to get tires rotated and balanced, it took 2 hours...no where to sit.
