Couldn't get my Freightliner started. They came fast after I talked to them and it was 30 miles away. They're pros, ruled out fuel issues, plugged into my ECM and figured it out. Fair price too. I've seen a lot of sketchy road service guys in my day, these guys ain't it.

I initially called for someone to come on-site and get a truck running. No answer first time calling. A lady returned my call and said she s have a mechanic call. One did later that day, informed me that it was $125/hr, minimum 2 hours for emergency on site service. They said they might be able to get by that afternoon, if not the next day, which was Friday. I never heard anything from them or all weekend. Monday morning comes and they call, I ask to confirm the rate and they now state it s $150/hr, with 2 hour minimum. I agreed and they said someone would be out asap. I asked them to call beforehand so I knew when they d be showing up. They did not and showed up at almost 4:30p. They spent less than one hour before getting it running based off my initial suggestion on the phone of being a bad starter, which they offered to pick one up beforehand in case that was the case, which it turned out to be. They tried charging me $385 for a part I can pick up from advanced for $159. After pointing out the discrepancy in rates offered, and price gouging of parts, the owner stated we forgot to subtract the core fee from your bill. They don t care about you or quality service. I d call them in a pinch and you can be sure they ll go after every dime they can get. Needless to say they didn t show up when they said they would, charged more than they said they would for an emergency onsite visit that took them 5 days to get to, and it cost me $750 to replace a $200 starter in less than an hour, which I partially diagnosed.

be aware they will rip you off. they dont tell you whats needed, they just assume that you know and charge whatever they think is needed without consulting.

A++ service took me in as a walk in no appointment and fixed my stepvan.all the guys was nice and friendly just some good old country boys who know how to turn wrenches. They are dirt track racers so they know their stuff!! Mainly a semi and large truck repair but also work on cars and pickup trucks. I had a trans axle replaced and the guys did a great job and didn't milk the clock for more money they jumped right in there and got the job done! These guys got an injector swapped in our Pete same day, within hours! For an absolutely amazing rate! Our contractor loves the staff there. They were so quick and professional. We're going back soon for some routine maintenance. 10 STAR BUSINESS!!!!! Unbelievable paid 284.70 just for a service call across the street to just remove and replace a tire. DO NOY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. THEY IVERCHARGE. Ridiculous. smhService: TiresService: Tires

My husband is a truck driver and his batteries were completely shot in the a.m. Called Ohio county trucking at 3:00 am!!! They were there within 40 minutes! The truck was up and running in record time! Pretty impressive as we live about ten minutes from their Hartford location! It s so important for people in trucking business to have someone so dependable! My husband and I encourage you to support our local truck repair!Service: Battery

You never showed up or called and gave your word you would come fix our reefer at Perdue but we waited as long as we could and called a man named Calvin to fix it and he was on the double thank God! Beaver Damn isn't the easiest place to find a diesel mechanic on Saturday morning. Sorry you should have called me back, remember the filter? The review wasn't because of bad work. I am sure I will have another opportunity to get you another time. You know how the reefers go!

Ok as a mechanic.Don't have parts on site, so need to send a guy after them.And you pay for them to go.But all togheter ok, little expensive, but this is Kentucky for y'all.
