I love going to O'Reilly Auto Parts in Beaver Dam. The guys and gals in there are very knowledgeable about vehicles. And if they aren't sure about something, they will ask questions and find out for you. Patrick, Shawn, James, Tim, and Kim are awesome. I have never had a problem at all. And even if I call a car part by a different name, one of them usually knows exactly what I'm talking about and gets me the correct part. If they have to order a part for me, it comes in in a very timely manner and is usually there when they say it will be. And if I happen to make a mistake and get the wrong part, they will take care of it and get me the right one and not get upset over my mistake. I would highly recommend this O'Reilly Auto Parts to anyone who is looking for parts. And not just parts to make it run either, they also have great quality lights, light bars, radios, speakers, etc. Great place to shop and great customer service. Outstanding.Keep up the great work!!

Great guys working there! Me and my brother recently broke down in our mini Cooper and had no tools with us whatsoever. And thankfully the guys helped out by letting us use tools off the shelf. Ended up buying some tools we used. Great service! Thanks again for helping us out while we worked in the parkinglot for 2 hours

The team members that work at O'Reillys are friendly and always eager to help us find exactly what we are looking for. I would recommend this place over any other auto parts store around, Period! They have great customer service and we will definitely return for any auto part needs in the future thank you all!

Alternator went out, while passing through. They let me borrow store & personal tools, so I could change it out right there in the parking lot. Great people. :)
