Just paid $18 for the machine to restart and not wash my car. Waste of time and money. There's no number to call so guess I'll got down the street to hopefully get my car wash.

UPDATE: As I drove past F5 Auto Wash in Beaver Dam today I noticed a company truck on location and decided to stop. Although the gentlemen were very busy they stopped what they were doing and gave me their full attention. Before I could finish my story of what happened, they let me know that they had already seen this post and had tried to contact me to make things right due to the mechanical failure that dayAnd, make it right they did!They gave me codes for two washes, one for the wash I lost due to malfunction and a FREE one.They were extremely professional and courteous.Thank you F5 Auto Wash!The garage door got stuck halfway up as the car ahead of me tried to leave. I had already paid my $15 and was starting to pull in. Finally, others came and held up the door for her to exit, but by the time I pulled forward, my transaction had expired and the door was still stuck. I did NOT get my wash, lost my money and could not contact anyone.

I just paid 15.00 for a wash and the sides of my vehicle are still dirty. I didn't have mud on my vehicle, justdust. There is no phone number or attendant. I am very disappointed .

There is no phone number posted. It would be better if one was to be posted so customers can receive help when needed. No person is there also. It is a touch use automatic stall or hand stall available. Doesn't get the vehicle clean enough on setting it at now.

This was the result after washing in the touchless $15 wash. I drove around to talk to the older man who was attending the place who said I should have used the other wash. I asked if I could have a credit for the brushed wash and he said no and I should have used it to begin with. They should have a sign that says "Really doesn't wash cars" on the brushless wash.

Don't let the closed doors confuse you during the winter the doors automatically close in between each car use to keep the water from freezing but they are still open for business

Paid 15.00 for car wash and it did not clean or wax my car as described. Did not go through all the cycles and my car was covered with water exiting the wash. Tried to find someone to show and could not find anyone. Went to the vacuum and it charged me 4.00 and would not vacuum. Bad, bad experience. Would like my 19.00 back but can t find a phone number

This car wash stopped after first soap dispense. I paid 15.00 it told me to leave. It did not finish my wash. I had to go into the next bay and pay another 8.00 just to get the soap off. I would like a refund of 23.00 please. I'll start washing my car some where else. No phone number or address to contact any one. Found email that said would reply within 24 hours. Was a lie..

Opted for the $8 basic wash as my vehicle wasn't horribly dirty. The cash machine accepts twenties but be ready.. it only gives change in quarters... Think I found the reason for the coin shortage...Didn't get my vehicle clean. Literally one pass of mediocre soap and one pass of rinse with a pass of a spot free rinse that has ZERO pressure.Will not return to this car wash.

Love the soaps used here, cleans your ride almost like you hand washed it and the sealant brings such a glossy shine and very nice updated facility compared to other car washes around. BUT, If you encounter the elder man that works there it will ruin your experience! Very very rude man and definitely does not deserve my money, after my last visit I will not come back.

I paid my $15.00 and it said move forward and I did. Then it started, then stopped and said move forward and it was stuck on that. Then it shut off and said your car is done or something. So I really needed my car washed so I went thru again and it was fine. But I did loose $15.00 that I d like to have returned.Service: PolishingService: Polishing

DON'T GO HERE PEOPLE AND CERTAINLY DON'T USE YOUR CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD! First of all how do you contact anybody when you're done wrong by the pricing? It said the price was $7.25 after I hit the stop charging my card button on the manual car wash and it charge me $10 when I looked in my bank account today. What a rip off. Going to call my bank and try to do a charge back on this horrible business. You don't do your customers like this. I promise I'll never be back nor will anyone else that I let know how this is ran!!!

Not impressed. Go the extra mile down the road to the "old" car wash. Much better value if the stalls aren't caked in mud.

$15 wasted. There is still dirt on my mirrors, wheels, and hatch. The bugs are understandable but this is ridiculous. If I wanted to wash the car by hand that's where I would have started...

Spent 15$ and its not spot free and still have dirt on my bumper and 2$ for 4 minutes on the vacuum that can't reach easily to the other side

Two times (once in the soft touch, and once in the touch free) did this car wash take my money and not work ($22).... there is no phone number or contact information for me to try to reach out to a manager.

Ok if have normal raid dirt. Mud does not come off very well. Had to pay 2 times just to get my truck washed. No number or person to get money back. If I wanted to pay 30.00 I would of taken it to someone else

Swiped my card and there was no pressure. After 45 seconds I canceled the wash. The screen said it charged my card $5. I checked my account today and it charged me $10. There is no phone number posted online or on the building to call to get a refund.

I payed for the 12 dollar wash and it didn't wash my truck. Can't find a phone number to contact the manager anywhere.

Paid $12 for a wash and it said car wash was in use, please wait. There was no one in the car wash. Waited, waited......waited. Took pictures of the screen stating "currently in use" and the empty car wash. I have my receipt and hopefully the owner, which has no number listed, will contact me to refund my money.

Reasonable priced and did a descent job. Vacuums work much better than any I've used at other carwashes.

I do not recommend this facility. The bay malfunctioned and I paid for another wash. I requested a refund for the service I did not receive and have had no response within 4 weeks. I think I'm being ignored. I will not use this facility again. BUYER BEWARE!!

Paid for 5 washes and got no receipt. No one in attendance and no contact info. The wash was not satisfactory. It left smudges on my back window and did not completely remove paw prints from my cats.

Good carwash although the vacuums could use a little fine tuning on the hoses. The end comes off a lot.

Switch it messed up and loose hard to chose what you want and even if you choose like brush soap came out hose I put $3 in it first it worked next added 3$ said I needed another 1$ so I used my card when I stopped it said charge was $5 looked on my bank it was $10 no customer service number no way to get A refund if machine eats your money and laughs at you I say go somewhere else I m going to buy a pressure washer no customer service phone number says all I need
