I never left a review from years ago. Got an email saying my explore needed oil change. This walmart reported the oil change to var fax 6 years after the fact, they poured oil all over my engine bay, completely ruining my alternator.Never went back to auto center again.Retail store employees are not mechanics or technicians. Quit with the cheap pay and get some real mechanics in that know what they are doing.

Didn't finish my order for a tire, they put my keys in the back with no work order. Spent a hour thinking my car would be ready soon just find out they didn't know why my car was there

On Friday March 3rd my daughter and I were trying to get home to Lexington before the severe wind and storms arrived. Our tire light came on just before getting on the Bluegrass Parkway. We decided to go to Bardstown instead of E-town and it was a great decision. I called to make sure they had room to get us in. We arrived, were checked in efficiently (by Dustin I believe). The waiting room was small but had beverages and comfortable chairs. They kept us updated by text and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Each person we interacted with had a smile and good attitude. We are grateful for the excellent auto care they provided.Service: Tires

Richard helped me out significantly after I realized my tires weren't properly balanced after a service appointment at my dealership. I was visiting family and am from out of town. He got me in an out within an hour. He also wrote down the discrepancy in the tire balance before and after so I could share with my service advisor. He's a dude of few words, but very knowledgeable. Thanks for getting back on the road!

Have ordered tires here in the past. It was a fiasco finding them, we received the notice they were in, but when arriving at the store to have them put on, no one could find them. Ended up giving us some other tire that we didn t order for the same price of what we did order. (After reading some other reviews, I think we probably ended up with someone else s tires who were told they were in.)This time we ordered replacement tires, because let s face it they have a great price online, and they were supposed to be delivered to the store, but I came Home from work to find them on my patio. I have tried calling them for days to get an appointment to put the tires on and NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE! Not in the auto center, not in the store, not in any department that I choose through the phone tree. Ridiculous. Customer service is obviously not a top priority. Will be finding someone local to put my new tires on, glad the delivery was messed up and came to myHouse instead of the store.Service: Tires

I gotta give the guys credit working in the bays, they were swamped when I got there but seemed to have a good system of communication to get everyone's vehicles done efficiently. In the middle of it all, I show up needing my battery checked (3rd stop) and they jumped right on it. This was the only place to really explain why they knew it was the battery, I had a dead cell and their equipment was easy to ready. Unfortunately they could not squeeze me in to change out the battery for me but they had no problem setting me up with the tools to do it myself. Needless to say, they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, willing to help, and were led by a solid manager named Devin, good dude. Kind of disappointed in "AZ" & "AA" they USED to be my go-to places for automotive care. Wal-Mart will be my first stop now, not my 3rd.1/23/23 - Had 4 new tires mounted and balanced in less than an hour.7/14/23 - Bought a car battery, they didn't have 56 series EverStart, associate helped me find a plan B.

The worst experience ever at Walmart. I sent my son to get the tires I purchased from them that were in stock. He waited for an hour and half even with an appointment. They them told him they couldn't find the tires. It took another half hour for A Manager to find them. We never got the tires put on. They said it would be another hour. I'm done with Walmart.Service: Tires

Auto center is horrible. The wife and I stopped to get her oil changed. We walked inside and the check out counter had been moved about 50 feet away and was in the main floor of the store instead of off set. We walked up to the counter told the guy we need an oil change. He sent us back to the shop and said talk to them. So we went back out to the shop and stood there for about 5 minutes before I yelled who do we talk to to get an oil change? The manager was in the back putting together a kids pink buggy. He said talk to the guy at the counter. Finally got checked in. Waited 2 hours before the car was pulled into the shop. It took them an hour to change the oil. An hour. So we had been sitting there for 3 hours and during that time, I could see why it took so long. The guys in the shop are constantly being interrupted to open the door that goes out to the shop. It is locked and someone at the counter can open it for you. but the counter is 50 feet away from the door. So everytime the person working the counter had to walk out, he had to interrupt one of the workers to walk by the door so the motion sensor would unlock it. For the first 1 1\2 hours of waiting we watched the manager put together this car buggy in the back of the shop. While people were waiting and the workers got farther and farther behind. There is so much more to write here I am way too angry to write it. Stay away. The manager was clueless and worthless in properly directing his customers and his employees in any decent fashion. All he did was make it worse. The workers are slow and they walk around looking confused all the time. There was only 4 of them. But who can blame them. They are constantly being interrupted for stupid things like having to open the door every three minutes. So sad.

Garbage service. I've called multiple times to try to get a tire mounted that I purchased online. Everytime the woman gives me different times the techs will be in. Does no one work there? I really feel like I'm getting a run around. They need to hire a zookeeper for all the monkey business.

The auto center is great. Every time I had a question or inquiry, they responded and helped , good selection of tires battery's etc for your car truck and rv's and a decent selection of detailing products aswell

Long waits. The scratched my car on both sides. The guy used clip on wheel weights on my allow rims and gouged them, so they damaged my wheels. Once complete the service tech left without speaking with me. I had to wait for someone else to pay. Price was good, but not good enough. I saved a couple hundred dollars but it's going to cost me twice that to fix my car.

Having trouble with tires I bought last month they are going to rebalance but just disappointed with the hassle of having to go back without an appointment, have gone back to Walmart to have tires on my Chevy Dually and they are still shaking the truck. I'm very disappointed with the quality of the tires. I checked the DOT # and the tires are actually made in 2015???? So that means they've been sitting on a shelf over 4 yrs. I think Walmart owes me at least tires manufactured in late 2018. Please give me feedback on your opinions. Thx

Wait up to two hours getting my tires changed then they tell me they don't have the tires we bought in yet and they're not in the store yet , put my old tires back on, even though on the website it says that my tires are in the store, then I called Walmart to pick up my tires they send me back to the auto center I asked Auto Center workers again to check they say the tires aren't in then we had called manager and they found the tires wasted about 3 hours of my time, I didn't even bother putting my new tires on I'll go somewhere else to put the tires on. Instead of going on a wild goose chase.

Ok place to buy tires. To me the main advantage to Walmart tire centers is that they will install tires you have from an online retailer. This can add up to big savings $10 a tire to install. Not including extras valve stems etc.

3 hour wait for them to start an oil change, no heads up no notice. They said some one had to go get a lug wrench and that set them back. Not sure why my oil change would take that long waiting for a lug wrench.

The absolute worst auto care center I've ever experienced. Long waits, they put an incorrect weight of oil in my car, and the lady who claims to be the manager is very lacking in knowledge as well as customer service skills.

Let's face it. Everyone hates Walmart. They have forgotten that customer service is what made them. Anyone remember when if there are more than two people in line they would open another register. Yeah... That no longer exists. Good luck finding an employee that will actually help you with anything

For all that is good in life , just go to Big O and avoid the ridiculous headache that is Walmart . The people in the garage are straight out of high school and the folks on the inside in the evenings are so overwhelmed with customers for 1 or maybe 2 people they are frantic.
