Valvoline was nice a fast service.The price tho was outrageous!2016 ram running full synthetic cost $120 Thts almost twice as much as the oil guys in town. Don t think I ll be getting my oil changed here again.

Have been using Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Bardstown for several years and have always had a good experience. Today I got there and there were a few vehicles ahead of me. No problem, I waited my turn. After waiting about forty minutes I was next in line. For some reason they asked me to change lanes with the vehicle next to me. So I did. He got taken care of almost immediately. I sat in the other line for 10-15 minutes and was still waiting for them to finish the car ahead of me. I finally backed out and left, went to another oil change place a few blocks away and got taken care of in a matter of minutes, and paid half of what I usually pay at Valvoline. Furthermore, I didn t have to sit there and listen to someone try to sell me a bunch of services that I m not interested in. Very disappointed.

Great customer service! Jesse does a great job with this location. We always leave here feeling educated about what our cars need without the pressure and anxiety. Every interaction is pleasant. The energy is always upbeat and friendly! It s so refreshing to be greeted with a hello and any expectations for a wait. This team does a great job!Service: Oil change

Left so much oil on the top of engine bay and underneath my car around the filter and exhaust pipe that my car smoked after driving off. I have been to many valvolines and never had this happen. Do a better job of not leaving a mess.

I come here regularly for my oil changes. Always a positive experience. The crews are professional, polite and courteous but Jessi is the rock star here! She's highly knowledgeable and her customer service skills are top notch. She'll never pressure into something you don't want or need but she's very thorough and She'll let you know if you have any issues with your vehicle. Jessi is a true professional! You'll leave feeling confident that the work done was done properly.

Pricey 2 months ago I had my oil changed at another establishment in Bardstown They used another top brand oil 52.00 so yes pricey and higher than other places in this town

Oil change was quick but a simple oil change was over $100 dollars!!Asked me what tire pressure I wanted and then they never checked them!!Tried selling me a bunch of other services which was annoying!!But I'm sure that's their company policy to do so.

So grateful for the convenience and quick service that Valvoline offers! Have never had any issues after oil changes there and the staff is always friendly and efficient. I use them for all my vehicles, They are honest and trustworthy! This visit just topped the cake, You could tell alot of them was new this visit but they was just so extra sweet, And they made sure to make my day! Sierra was amazing like always! I seen where a review gave them 1 star for a oil leak, I've had this happen one time out of all the times I've used them, I took my car up there showed them the receipt and they took cAre of it! Would definitely recommend!

This place did really well in Bardstown. Usually I do my own oil change but I did not have time. While waiting for the oil to be changed, they checked my air and all of my fluid levels. The only thing about going to these places is they try to upsell you on everything even when you say I don t want anything but an oil change. I wish they had cameras under the vehicle because this guy under there was rocking my car like crazy. I have changed oil in vehicles over a thousand times and never rocked a vehicle like he did. I was very curious about it.

I went a few months back to get an oil change here. Well my truck never leaked oil ever before and I brought it there and they did my oil change and it took over a hour for them to do. Well I start driving not thinking nothing about it well a started noticing my truck was leaking and I just thought it s left over oil from the change so I go wash it and clean the under side good and a few days later it come back so I get it on a lift to look under my truck and the whole under side is coated in oil. And I asked the mechanic at the shop on what it could be sense nothing is messed up the oil filter is tight and he told me they use very thin oil and that s what made my truck start leaking so bad. So if I was you and was looking for an oil change I wouldn t recommend going there. They take forever and they use extremely thin oil. My business will never be brought here ever again and I would never recommend it to no one.Service: Oil change

They have always been very nice and courteous, and they know what they're doing. They don't rush, but they go about things at a nice pace. They double check things and give you plenty of options if there is something wrong. Last time I was there, I asked if any of them knew of a good, local, affordable, dependable mechanic (to do more than they do). A couple of the guys were able to give me business cards of people they knew. The prices are good, too.Btw, something REALLY cool ... a young lady works there too and I can tell she knows stuff about cars just like the guys! It's always good to see a woman hold her own in a man's field. (I'm a woman, and my Industry is mostly male too. So I appreciate it!)

Went in for an oil change and found out while there that they do tire rotations too! They actually offer a lot of services I wasn't aware of; radiator flush/fill, transmission flush/fill, a/c service, bulb replacement, cabin air filter replacement (didn't know that was a thing). Plus they check EVERYTHING when you get an oil change, it's included in the service!Unlike others that charge for those checks. The guy Tristan that helped me also went above and beyond to find discounts for me. Which always nice to save money.Would definitely recommend if you haven't been yet. Other places may be cheaper but you won't find a place that offers more for your money than these people.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

The guys were quick yet careful getting my oil changed. With the coupon, the price was reasonable.Some prices I thought were a little high, but I don't know the market real well.A bunch if you get guys working hard to make a living and provide a good service for a good price without eating your whole day.See you in February.

Had only one car in front of me in the bay already, waited 20min just to get in and took them 25 min to change my oil. I use to come here regularly years ago and it would take 5-15 min for oil change. If I'm going to pay 100 bucks for an oil change I expect premium service.

Crew did an excellent job, walked me through everything, they were very professional courteous and polite, I have always come here for my oil service . It's too bad they don't pay their employees a living wage. The peace of mind that they give their customers is at least worth that.

Just stopped by here to have my oil changed and had a great service. Really friendly staff went above and beyond to make sure my car was ready. Checked my battery, aired up my tires, topped off my windshield wiper fluid and antifreeze free of charge. 10/10 would recommend.

Service was fast, employees were friendly and made sure to check all important points (battery, air filter, tires- even verifying pressure before filling). Again FAST. There was no making an appointment and sitting in a lobby for hours.

First off, the people we re very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Took over 30 min to get in the bay though and I was next from the moment I pulled up. But worst of all, these guys put a gasoline truck air filter in my diesel truck!! An honest mistake I m sure, but we were leaving there and driving 10 hrs. Check engine lights and trouble codes popping up along the way. Now have to take the truck to a dealer on vacation to check for damages. Fingers crossed. Normally I only do 4 and under on Star ratings but heres why I give them 5 stars. The mangers and staff that worked on my SUV went above and beyond to fix and relpace issuies that was needed. They are a whole new crew and are amazing. They have new checks and take the time to check your car. Its not just another cash makeing. They were friendly and kept it in great timing and I will reture for futre car maintenance. Great great job new owners it reminds me of a pit crew changing your oil..lol so thank you, returing loyal customer.

My daughter took her car her weird never been here before and the two young men were so pleasant quite talkative and boy was it ever quick didn't even have to get out of the car it was awesome
