Kim is an excellent agent! She has such a vast knowledge, she can help you find exactly what you need and products that fit your needs. She doesn't sell you anything you don't need or wouldn't benefit from. Highly recommend her to anyone.

Can never get in touch with Kim and always having a hard time getting my money. I've been waiting for Kim for 2 months and every time I call, which is once or twice a week, she's not avaible or not in the office.

If you need to get anything done you are better off to call the 1-800 number for Nationwide. Everyone at this office is useless they only care about you if you are giving them money.
