It took more than 9 hours to install 4 tires. When I made the appointment the night before I was assured that the tires were in stock and ready to be installed, even though my car takes 2 different sizes of tire. I dropped the car off shortly before 9 in the morning and asked if they would also look at the breaks while the tires were off. When I called at 4:00 I was told that the job wasn't finished because there was a problem with the tire sizes. 40 minutes later the installation was finally complete and I paid close to $800 for the work. I was told my rear brakes needed to be changed and if I brought the car back it would get done the next day. I told the manager if he realized how utterly ridiculous it was that it took more than 9 hours just to change 4 Firestone tires. He said "I understand." I answered "I don't think you do." I walked out. I will never recommend or return to Michel Just Tires in Bardstown KY and neither will my friends....

Mr Brandon was very personable, relatable and patient. He went above and beyond his duties to make sure that our vehicle was safe for my daughter. Personally I've never had a bad experience with Michel Tire, and I've always recommended the facility in Bardstown Ky. But this recent visit was the most accountable. Our family vehicle has visited this shop since 2007 and I don't think it would have survived this long without the great service at Michel Tire. I appreciated being updated as service progressed, having options explained to me in layman terms and mechanical terms. I have raised our 4 children in this vehicle so it's like a member of the family. I've raised all 4 of them to respect a vehicle like they would respect a person. Treat mechanics like doctors with an extra skill set. Mechanics can't ask the car what's wrong, they must diagnose, test and then treat to the best of their ability. It's not a perfect science. Thank you Michel Tire of Bardstown for always doing your best!

Don't bother making an appointment, they won't honor it.Appointment for 8am this morning, when I arrived I was told the technician that was supposed to be at work at 7 was not there. and there was another person ahead of me if they did show up. I don't have the time to wait in their store hoping an employee shows up to honor their agreement of service.Last year my 8am appointment finally got my tire installation started at around 9:20.I have purchased several sets of tires here over the years but I will not do business with them again.

Employees at TiresPlus were able to service my vehicle around my work schedule. My car was picked up at my work site and serviced while I was at my job. At the end of my shift I was picked up and transported back to TiresPlus where my vehicle was ready. Very much appreciate this business!---Mary Dowell

Was going to drop my car off this morning because after I had take my tire off and plugged it due to a nail in it; the car started making a really bad loud grinding noise. The guy up from whose name is Brandon came outside and fixed it within a minute free of charge and didn t need to leave it. It s nice to know there are still people left like this and not just wanting your money. Will definitely be back for future services!

They were operating a good ship. I got there for an emergency flat. This puts me in a vulnerable spot and I knew I had to reject something they were going to recommend.They offer 3 tires, I accepted two, knowing 2 really needed to be replaced.Brandon did not try and kill me with add ons as say Big O would.In this emergency situation, late Saturday night, he said 2 hours before they might look at it and I was out tge door in two hours. Worked for me. Will return

So last night I had a blow out around 6:40PM, I called a couple places asking if they could/would stay open late so I wasn t stuck in bardstown(traveling from Nashville to Nicholas like, KY). I called here and BRANDON answered, no hesitation AT ALL, he says, NO PROBLEM! He waited on me until 8:38pn( 1hr 38min after close)! Everyone else said no! Not BRANDON! He got me back on the road in less than 30 min once I got to him! He is great! Such a great guy, he saved me!!! THANK YOU BRANDON, YOU ARE AMAZING!!! You are a gem in this world!!!

Good service even though I had to bring my car back the next day. More of a scheduling conflict than an issue with the service. It just seems like they are overwhelmed like everyone else.

Was told my vehicle would be done in approximately 2 hours.... it took over FOUR... just for 4 new tires to be replaced!!!! Bad bad service. I will never come here again. Lied n said two were mounted n they was not.

I highly recommend just dropping your car off for ANY service here! Two hours for an oil change and tire rotation (and I had an appointment) is absolutely ridiculous!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Mechanics and Management!!!!!! My entire family depend on Michel Tires Plus of Bardstown,Kentucky for all of our vehicle needs! They just completed a major dual fuel tank job on our son s truck and the work is PERFECTION!!! The manager and mechanics go above and beyond to satisfy their customers!!!! We Highly Recommend them

2 weeks ago needed an oil change, I made an appointment online at 10:00 a.m., days in advance. It took almost 3 hours. The manager complained to customers the entire time about working 6 days a week, short staffed, he was the only one at desk...when no one I witnessed was rude or demanding. When I only asked about the status he became stressed and agitated.But the price was good, so I thought everyone has a bad day.Went back this morning. Had an appointment at 8:00 a.m. thought maybe it wouldn't be so hectic. I, along with 2 others were turned away for service because this location only does oil changes and tires on Saturday. I had a confirmation. Again, the manager acted inappropriately and asked, "Where did you all come from? We only do tires and oil changes on Saturdays". I didn't know that. Neither did the others. How would we? I'm not doing business there again. I'm sure there is another place that has good prices and no hassle.

We got both of our cars fixed in one day. One car had plugs in the tire and we got a new tire, our other car got an oil change and a break job. Doug and Jeremy were both wonderful guys to work with. If you are in need of assistance and are in the bardstown area, defiantly stop in and see these guys. Went in for basic tire work. They where backed up, so as appreciation for my patience the manager waved the cost of the service that had been performed. Speaks volumes on the give a care for there customers. Highly recommend, good old fashion customer care at reasonable price.

I have been a customer at Michel Tires Plus since 2007. I have had my fair share of issues at this place, but Doug has gone out of his way to correct it in order to keep my business. I will continue to come here for several services. The tires arrived two hours after my scheduled appointment time, so I did a LOT of waiting. No coffee in waiting area, TV was turned off. After the tires arrived they did a great install job The tires and service are excellent and they apologized for the delay. My advice: call first to make sure they have your tire size in stock.

I scheduled a appointment for a oil change at 3:30. They said it would take about a hour. Well it s 4:30 and they haven t touched my car, not only that they are back there chatting away and another man has been here for 2 and a half hours. The people are nice but you will wait your life away and listen to the talk and joke around in the back more than working apparently. This is not the first time I had to wait but I have a foreign car so this is the only place I can go.

Some of nicest folks willing to help out and work with you along with they don't warehouse allot of tires for years like others do so tires last longer and have newer dates on them as well which really means allot when trying to get miles out of a set

The only place that had FirestoneWeather Grip tires. Heavily advertised.Next door was a Burger King so I relaxed& had fun. I only waited maybe an hour.The tire works great. $200 bucks. Theattendant was accomodating so I washappy.

Poor service. I made an appointment in person so i could have a tire replaced for a company car. I gave them the paperwork so they could have the work approved and I also scheduled an appointment. Came back on Wednesday to have the work done and they gave me a bill. They didn't get approved it took 2 hours to have 1 tire replaced. Find a new place for the other 3.

Came in to have a noise checked out. I was visiting the area from out of town, so I needed to be seen quickly. I worked directly with Doug who was able to sneak me in and quickly fix the issue.
