This shop fixed my Honda 1000/5 Pioneer transmission and did a great job. I have had no issues with it since the repair 1 year ago.

I was out of town and my Spartan mower needed a keypad. I called Ray and he scheduled it for pick up later in the week, with repair to follow the next week. He managed to get it picked up, repaired (under warranty) and back to my farm that Friday. He was super responsive and very professional. Thanks Ray!

Didn't end up using their services. I dropped a wheel off to have the tire replaced and was told it would be done in the next 2 business days. I called on the 3rd day and was told it was being started on that day. 2 days after that I picked it up and took it somewhere else and the other place got the job done in 30 minutes. 5 days with no progress or update on a tire change without having to order any parts on their end is beyond me.

My experience was not good. I dropped my bike off and was reassured that they would take great care of my bike. I picked it up and got barely a mile away before it started fouling up on me. I had to slowly ride it back (in the friction zone in 1st)... They finally fixed it and couldn't tell me why it messed up. I don't feel they did anything to try to earn my trust back or make me want to return. They said things like we'll make sure it doesn't happen again, but a good shop would have given some kind of discount or something to keep my business in the future.They really need to work on their customer service orientation because it is not good. The service manager was bad mouthing another dealership, which is poor taste. I don't recommend this shop at all.

Only place that had the part I needed for a Foreman, shaft seal. Good service in and out.Louisville Honda dealer location was unable to look it up, I found part number and was not in stock

Do not go here and expect good service when you need your mower repaired under warranty. I have been to this location twice to have my mower repaired and the first thing I have been ask on both occasions is did I purchase my mower from them. I did not buy my mower from them because they do not stock the Spartan with the Kawasaki motor. So I m stuck with traveling 45 minutes from my house to the dealership I purchased it from. The attitude of the staff that s behind the counter is less than friendly

I like their location and they are very good with what they do there and they have plenty of items to choose from or to get knowledge about and help with equipment and stuff plus they are part of a larger store with other things that I like besides my equipment

Watch close or you will pass it. It's not small just in with a gun store, not what I was expecting. The staff was great very knowledgeable and friendly. First trip was on a weekend and it was busy. Best described as organised chaos. When during the week in and out.

Tom and Ray know how to conduct business. After dealing with another dealership who wouldn t keep their word. I made my way to KY Powersports, Tom shot me straight form the start. Compared to other dealers in the market, they also made a great deal on my unit as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I typically shop around when purchasing a big ticket item, probably too much. KY Powersports has advertised several models with killer OTD prices. I paid them a visit and I m glad I did.It is rare to make a purchase of a trailer/motorcycle/sideXside and feel pleased, not only with the pricing but future service and future dealings. They are open, honest, and transparent. Kudos to you guys for getting it right!!! Small town feel... love it!

I had a great experience at Ky Powersports purchasing my PJ trailer. They were very agressive on pricing and everyone stepped up to help make a deal. Really appreciate Jennifer and Tony helping out. I'll definitely be back for my future Honda powersports needs.
