Shopping for a collision repair shop after hitting a coyote, Eric Hayden s came highly recommended by a family member who had hail damage repaired here. Repairs on my car were quick, only took one week from drop off to pick up. Eric Jr. kept me updated through the entire process. They even detailed the car when they were done! Highly recommend.

I brought my truck here to have my hood repainted and the service was excellent. I m very happy with the results. EHC is full of professional and knowledgeable staff. Everyone there was more than happy to help. The ladies working the front desk were friendly and welcoming as soon as you open the door. I d definitely recommend if you re in need of any vehicle painting or repair needs.Service: Body & Trim

They were very helpful, courteous and fast. The color match on my vehicle was awesome. The blonde front desk lady was super sweet, helpful and quick at getting all paper work to me and keeping me updated on my vehicles progress.Highly recommend Eric Hayden Collision.

We had a great experience with Eric Hayden Collision and Towing! They repaired my car quickly and even washed and detailed the inside of it! I was not expecting that. The owner of the business actually walked out to the car with us before we left to make sure that we were fully satisfied. I can't recommend them enough. Great work and thank you!

I had hail damage to my new truck. My insurance said that Eric Hayden Collision was a preferred vendor. My truck was repaired and looked perfect. Eric and his team handled all of the insurance back and forth. A very smooth and easy process. Thank you.

I would recommend Eric Hayden Collision and Towing to anyone. I had an issue with my car that could easily had been an expensive fix. When I stopped by for a quote, both the owner and son were very pleasant and accommodating. They looked at my issue right away and gave me a quote. This was a Friday and they gave me an appointment right away (Friday was the day after Thanksgiving). With my permission, they came in well within my budget and did not try to convenience me to have any additional work done on my older vehicle. They did only what I wanted. As an extra bonus, since I lived in town, they drove me to my home after I dropped the car off and then dropped the vehicle off at my house when done! That truly is customer service. If I ever need work on any of my vehicles in the future, I without hesitation ,will bring it there. Please give them a try, we really need to keep these type of customer comes first businesses local!

I have never met such a professional crew in the automotive industry. Recently moved to Campbellsville but would go out of my way to come back here if I ever need body work done again. Eric Jr. was very helpful and answered all my questions timely and professionally and made sure I understood the whole process!

Let me start out by saying how nice and professional everyone was. We were in a wreck and our car was sent to them. They were willing to fix it but our insurance declined. Eric & company allowed us to come on a day that they were closed to collect our belongings before our vehicle was totaled. I am extremely grateful for their kindness and customer service. I highly recommend them if your vehicle is in the Bardstown area.

COLLISION...a word we all dislike very much.However, when the name Eric Hayden is in front of it, it makes the word COLLISION much more tolerable. Thank you Eric Hayden Collision for the fantastic repair on my wife's Rogue and thanks for making what could have been a miserable experience, a very pleasant one!

I work here. I ve been in the industry since vocational school in 1988. I can tell you this, Eric Hayden cares about the quality of work and that his customers have a good experience with the whole process. He is hands on in the collision process and makes working here for me a great experience.Some places only care about the bottom line and try to push cars through the shop just to see larger profits. He isn t one of those guys. He actually cares about us employees and his customers.Makes working here a pleasurable experience.Thanks Eric for the opportunity to be a part of your team!

Great company to work with. Their shop is top notch. State of the art paint booth. Had my vehicle finished up quick and did an amazing repair on my truck. They also provide towing and dent repair. Would highly recommend this company for any of you body work needs. Go check them out.

I would 100% recommend Eric Hayden collision after my acadia was side swiped. He got my vehicle back in a very timely manner, dealt with my insurance and made my car good as new! He even came to pick my vehicle up from my home after rendering it un-drivable based on my description of how it was aside from the body damage. We have gone back for several other occasions on other vehicles as well! Definitely has our business for life!!

These guys did a fantastic job of fixing up my 2024 International LT625! Despite parts being on backorder, they've been very helpful in coordinating repairs! Definitely recommend them for any kind of heavy duty (light duty too) repairs!!!

They fixed my cars bumper and had a perfect paint match to my weird color car. I needed to wash my car before I droped it off (it had some Bardstown mold growing on the roof). They washed it really nice and even cleaned the inside of my car. If I ever need to get my car fixed after a wreck I'll go to them again
