Can t say enough good things about our experience with Enterprise in Bardstown. Joel and his co-workers were professional, courteous and helpful anytime we had a question. The car we rented was clean and in good shape and suited our needs perfectly. This was not the first time renting from there and we will return when the need arises.

Rented a car to take a family vacation. I rented a large 7-10 person SUV and i was almost rented a BMW(looked great but definitely not what I rented) Bardstown staff fixed the problem quickly and with zero issues. Great staff. Will rent from them again

USAA reserved a rental after my car was hit in Pigeon Forge TN and damaged on September 24,2023.The first rental was not a sedan as was scheduled but a week later they exchanged it for an SUV.Everyone I encountered there either by phone or in person were very nice and friendly.Thank you for a great experience at Enterprise in Bardstown Ky..

Wonderful staff.Didn't like that I had to wait for cars to be delivered from the airport after my car was totalled in a deer collision.The car I drove was awesome, clean ,new model.Thank you!

0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful. Everyone at this location did nothing but LIE to us and refused to help us after we made a reservation for a vehicle. Do not use this location if you have the choice to go elsewhere I would go anywhere else but here.

These guys at this location made seeing this picture easy and efficient. I rent with Enterprise all the time, and I love the consistent experience I receive with low prices and customer service. The car was clean, was great on gas mileage, and was very comfortable with all the latest tech. Thanks!!!

I normally have a great experience renting from Enterprise. This experience not the case.After making a reservation in January for a two week van rental to be taking place in July, I was inform the day before of the failure to fill the reservation. I rejected that option to receive two separate vehicles for the trip do to traveling with six teenagers and didn t feel comfortable having them drive the ten hrs. I was then offered a different van that would be brought in from a different city. I was happy for that option until the replacement was delivered. The replacement was an older van with a leaking exhaust, uncharged a/c and costed a lot more to fuel. The vehicle did make the trip there and back but definitely didn t provide the excellent quality I have received in the past from Enterprise.

Christian Cox, Asst. Branch Manager provides exceptional service. I live in Louisville and needed to switch out the rental from Bardstown. While 10 phone calls locally revealed no inventory Christian had a car for me that was perfect!

They didn't have my car I requested, but Lauren went beyond to make it right!!Very clean n spotless interior.And even though there is an Enterprise within 15 miles of us, we'll return to this establishment.

Had an insurance voucher for a rental due to my car being repaired at a local body shop. Went in at 8am and they had no vehicles. Said they would contact me when they get a car in. Never heard a word from them all day.I Called at 1030am and checked they assured me they'd be in touch. I Tried again at 430pm and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I Called back was directed immediately to voice mail.I work from my vehicle and they now cost me 150-200$ in lost wages today due to me not having a replacement for my car.Inexcusable lack of customer service.Edit...After being contacted by corporate and responding via emails I was told they didn't have me in the system. However, when I checked the day before, and seen the associate at the counter the day of intended pick up I was in the system no issues. This company is a joke, I'll never rely on them again.

This location sucks or maybe it's Enterprise in general. I reserved a full-size SUV two months in advance and they waited 48 hours before my trip to let me know they would not have one but they may be able to get me a minivan. I am still waiting on that call back and I even called down there and talked to two different people and they promised they would get back with me. That did not happen and they did not even try to resolve my problem just basically said screw you and your vacation..what a way to do business! But Avis did come through

The car was dirty, inside and out when I picked it up. The previous renter was a smoker and I could still smell the smoke up until the day I returned the car. Also it wasn't the vehicle I reserved. I reserved a RAV4, but it wasn't available the day I reserved for. Instead I was put in a Chevy Malibu and it didn't get close to the fuel mileage it should have gotten. This rental was back in June 2022, not sure why this is suddenly coming up?

They offered me to give me a ride from repair shop to them. I waited, called twice but no answer no ride. I ended up calling my family to come pick me up and drop me off at Enterprise. No name tag on his shirt but person who was wearing Enterprise shirt told me no pick up info was in the system. If you offer to give customers ride, you need to follow that. I could have taken care of it in 30 minutes. I wasted my time and was late for work more than an hour.

After reading the good reviews, maybe I shouldn't leave this one, but I feel like I should share my experience. Initially, I had a vehicle reserved at a different location only to find out my reservation was cancelled, because there were no cars left. I called this location and reserved a vehicle for one day rental. At the end of the conversation I asked if there was any problem with leaving my vehicle in the lot until I returned the rental the next day. I was told my car would be towed. Not having a way to get a ride to the location, and not wanting to trouble someone with meeting me at the location again to return the car, I was forced to cancel the rental.

They will never have a vehicle ready to go at the time of your reservation even if you make it days or weeks in advance. The last 3+ times we've attempted to rent a car from here they end up delayed by at least 5 hours, or they don't get one in at all. Occasionally if they get a vehicle in, they attempt to upgrade, but more often than not, you'll end up with whatever vehicle shows up if you're lucky.

Horrible place!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!Not sure why they even take reservations, because they never have ANYTHING available, supposedly!!!! They keep the cars they do have for insurance claims I m sure and give the people off the street the run around the whole day then try to schedule for the next day!!! Ha. I don t need the car the next day genius I need it TODAY!! That s why I made a reservation!!!!

SAVED ME!! I'm 2 hours from home and had no way to get around and Enterprise saved me from a 15 mile walk. They had no cars but gave me a call when one came in and I had that car right away. Super friendly staff even drove me back to my car at the garrage.

Easy to work with, informative employees, will go out of there way to assist and make a comfortable transition in renting a car. Prices could be better however it is what it is when your car is in the shop for a month. Loved working with them and the insurance company together made it a breeze. Thanks Bardstown enterprise!

I needed a car, but they only had a few options and not the level that I needed, so they upgraded me for the same price.Told Christian I needed to be in and out so I could get to work, and I was there for less than 10 minutes.

The Chevrolet Cruz I rented got excellent gas mileage. The seats are not very comfortable. The car also shuts itself off while sitting at a traffic light or stop sign. I did not like this feature, it stalled while I was pulling out in traffic. The customer service representative that was there when I picked up the car was rude. I rented there one year ago and it was the same person, he wasn't rude then.

I rented a car from there 4 weeks ago and returned it a week later. When I returned the car the employee that was taking care of me told me he was going to refund my deposit and everything was good. Well apparently there was a glitch in the system when he tried to refund me so instead he took an extra $200 out of my account. I ve been fighting trying to get my money back for 3 weeks now and nothing is being done. I will never rent another car from here again and if you do, you need to keep an eye on your account.

Grace is absolutely amazing!! She offered as much information as she could and Phillip? (I hope that s correct.) was friendly and drive my daughter and I home safely to drop off the other vehicle.

Rented a truck three times in three weeks. Great service. Excellent rentals. Terrible billing process. Usually 5 days minimum for all holds to be released. Tied up a thousand dollars of credit for $225 worth of rental. Being a good frequent customer doesn't pay off.

Went with my sister after she had an accident on Wednesday. They were very friendly and professional. They were out of rental cars, but had one brought for her to pick up the next day!

Horrible, horrible, horrible! They did not honor my friends and family discount, even though I had a receipt and confirmation for the price I was supposed to pay. To this day they are still trying to overcharge me and I am fighting tooth and nail because I had a price pre-authorized from them with a confirmation. I would never come ever recommend them to anyone!

Made reservations for a rental online 5 days in advance. Less than one hour before pick up time they call and tell me it won't be ready for another hour. Then they call back and tell me "they are at the mercy of returns" and now they are closed and I'm stuck with no rental to go on our trip we were supposed to be on already. But here we are no rental.

I was very upset with the vehicle. I reserved a compact car and all they could give me was a big truck. What is the point in reserving something if they don't bother to keep it for you? Then they charged me for 2 days just because they were closed Sunday when I turned it in. Very dissatisfied
