Worked with Neal and TJ. Price on the car was better than I had found anywhere else, trade offer they gave me was fair, the transaction went smooth. Wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

The flexibility on their negotiation is very little to zero. I will avoid this lot for now on. I made them a offer today that was very close to the vehicles nada retail value and they declined my offer saying it was worth much more. I feel I gave a good offer and the salesman seemed if I wasn't going to overpay then I wouldn't get the truck ( a 2008 f350 gas.) They lost my business and future business.

Extremely unreliable dealer. I called multiple times to ask about a vehicle that was posted a day ago. They were neither ready nor prepared to give us reliable information with regards to details of the vehicle. Kept dodging questions about the price of the vehicle and while we were still interested in, they called us to tell us that the vehicle had been sold just to avoid contacting with us. Find a better dealer!

We looked at a Truck on the Used vehicle lot, and enjoyed our "Test Drive"! Although it wasn't quite what we were looking for, we will continue watching ther inventory and would like to make a 2nd vehicle purchase, from them! My Wife purchased a Mini-van the a few years ago and we were very pleased, all around! We will definitely be back! Mike did a FANTASTIC job in communicating & had the truck ready for our test drive, upon arrival!

Bought a 2015 BMW August 7, 2020, was finally able to get it titled mid-December 2020! Found out along the way they sold me a car whose previous owner still held an active title in TENN= he still legally owned the car! There are multiple problems between the figures listed on the bill of sale and financing contract! The car has broke down 3 times in the 6 months I have owned it! This whole experience has been a nightmare! Do yourself a favor and find a used car somewhere else!

Drove hour and half had test drive scheduled. I arrive early and no truck and sorry bout your luck !! Never again !!
