I went into autozone with an issue with my car and they were immediately able to pinpoint what the problem was. The staff there is really friendly and helpful. Im so glad I went there!!

Not just this store but it's the worse ever. I found out the owner is a bros. To a big oil company so taking the parts back is money in their pockets. Go to oriellys or advance.

Amazing customer care!! I drove there to get an engine check and ended up broke down in their parking lot needing a new alternator. Bobby did everything to get my battery charged and didn t charge me anything. He new which auto shop I was going to so to top it off he called the shop to make sure I made it there safely!! Just a genuinely caring employee, thank you Bobby!!

Purchased a battery service was very professional and polite sales was very helpful and friendly, my only concern is there prices are extremely high for a standard battery 5 years warranty.Subsequently to this purchase On 12/11/2019 When checking on specific of the warranty I learn that you really don't have a 5 year warranty as they stipulated you only have 3 years and after the third year they give you credits towards replacement. When ask for a refund the manager became belligerent and stated "we don't give refund after installing " when I advised of legal recourse she said you may have your refund.

I stopped by today just to get new wiper blades for my car and the lady working there not only gave me tips to extend the life of the blades, she put them on for me. I had no clue how to change them. After thanking her multiple times I got into my car to leave and my car wouldn't start. Not knowing what was wrong, I went back inside the store for help and the employee came back outside and began working on my car. She not only found the problem, she showed me the part I needed and fixed my car. Never have I ever received such service. Best experience ever!Tabbi if you ever see this..THANK YOU again for helping me today...because of you I made it safely to my son's house and had a wonderful day.I truly hope your employer knows what an asset you are to their company!MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

The workers here are fantastic. They are very willing to go above and beyond to help troubleshoot and to obtain the parts that you need. I also VERY much appreciate the extremely knowledgeable women that work there and that the men will defer to their expertise if needed; as a woman who has worked in an auto shop before and experienced the inherent discrimination for doing so, it's so very nice to be able to go into a parts store and have someone listen, take me seriously, and not assume that I'm just some clueless bimbo. It's also obvious that the workers in this store are excited about troubleshooting and put lots of energy into helping their customers. Thank you for all of that.

The manager Terri was awesome my alternator went out on my car and of course it ran my battery dead although they didn't have a alternator in stock he helped me get a fully charged batter that allowed me to make it home he also went out of his way to bring me the battery to me thanks Terri you helped me so much

I cannot say enough about Kyle. He went above and beyond to help us get what we needed to get our janky trailer's wheels inflated. The seal was slowly leaking. He did some magic and was able to get it to stop leaking. I don't think we would have made it home without him!Kyle, my hero! :D

I went here with my mother hoping they could help me with a blown plug and the worker who I asked for help with was extremely rude. she went outside to look at the car with me and when i turned around to show her the plug, i turned back and she had walked off!! didn t say anything just left and never came back!! she had colored purple hair, and a horrible attitude!

I called in advance to check a warranty on a starter. I told them on the phone I was ten minutes away... they closed and locked the store early.. then give a man a look and shrugged his shoulders, great way to keep costomers!!

Great experiences at AutoZone recently. I have replaced two car batteries there in the past 6 months, and staff has been attentive and willing to help. Terry not only replaced my battery, but was responsive to my desire to learn about the process. He patiently answered my questions and showed me the process of replacing the battery. Thank you!

My buddy's brakes locked up just a short distance from my house. He was taking his 93 year old Mother home about 35 miles away.We couldn't get a tow or service. My neighbors offered to repair the van if we could get the parts.He called up to AutoZone, they had everything he needed. When we got there they had everything ready for him along with good advice for the repairs.My neighbors jumped right on the job.Within 2 hours of his knock on my door his Mother and he were back in the road.Good neighbors, good auto supply.

Any company is good when things go right. Today I got a wrong part which can happen as the computer did not show both versions. They took care of it quickly and reapplied the coupon to the new part. Great people working there.

Wonderful group of people! I came in because my license plate lights weren t working. They helped me find the right bulbs and even helped with replacement to get me back out on the road safely. They went above and beyond!

I went to get a light bulb. Bill earlier in the day. He pulled light from inventory. Said easy to put in Put on counter with note. Plz install. Went up there. Some dark headed woman ran the bulb up. Then said we can't install went out and looked at car. And said would take hour and half to fix. I left. Went to another store. Took 2 min. Case closed

Car was dead when tried to go to grocery. Got car charged enough to get to Auto Zone before closing arriving about 8:30 pm. Assuming I just needed a battery. Put on engine check machine and told to shut off car. Was told sounded like starter possibly and battery looked good. Of course, my car was dead again when I tried to start. Ended up having to get car towed to repair shop. Found out after getting to a dealer it was only a dead battery. Not sure if due to poor service at store or that newer Fords (2017) are too hard to diagnose.

Great service Very good pricing when I called about a idler pulley and maybe buying another tool to replace it. She suggested i rent the proper tool. Thank you very much also. Awesome place to be
