Lady at check out did a wonderful job helping us out I recently had surgery and couldn't lift anything and she put our battery in the back of our truck and took the core for us. Thanks

If it's not in the computer they don't have a clue Be nice to have a car person that knows the difference between a fuel injection and carburetors NO auto knowledge leads to frustration in customers

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waiting this morning for the store to open and the lady who works there was videoing and taking pictures of my car. People do wait for stores to open ! And then wanted to argue when confronted about it. No need to get hostile but I would appreciate if those photos were deleted.

I went to advanced auto parts today to get some wiper fluid and Freon for my car. I walked in and no one said anything to me when I walked in. I used to love this place because someone was always there to greet and asked what you needed. I walked up to the counter to the guy slumped over at the first register that acted like I was bothering him. I told him what I needed he pointed to the Freon to be honest I have no knowledge of any of this (which I m sure is your job to explain that to customers) then pointed to the wiper fluid when I wasn t looking so I had no idea where he pointed I asked him how to put the Freon in and he said idk shrugged his shoulders and He went back to slumping over his counter. I quickly put the Freon down told him he was rude and not helpful and I would be taking my business else where.

Great stock and can get most anything not in stock by the next day. I maintain 20+ year old vehicles and they seem to always have what I need and carry quality parts. If there was anything to complain about it might be the lack of some tools and/or tool rentals.

THIS USE TO VE MY GO TO PLACE BUT LATELY I SECOND THINK IT, SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES NEED MORE TRAINING OR MORE KNOWLEDGE I BEEN THER SEVERAL TIMES GET WRONG STUFF OR PRICED THREE TIMES FOR SAME THING AND THEN TOOK PRICE OFF AND RERANG ALL STUFF UP AND CHARGE ME DOUBLE AGAIN BUT I KNOW PLACES ARE DOIN THE BEST THEY CAN SO I CAN DEAL WITH SOME STUFF

Very helpful and decent pricing. Very easy to open a business account.I am disappointed they do not accept NFC payments or Chip cards. They also do not have bike racks.

Extremely poor customer service. This is the 2nd time that I've been in there the last couple of weeks and of encountered the same terrible service. I would not recommend anybody go to advance auto parts in Bardstown. Auto zone has far better customer service. If they can't get the park for you go to o'reillys stay away from Advance Auto Parts

You want customer service, go to Auto Zone!I can't comment on other Advanced Auto stores but the Bardstown location is the worst for actual customer service.I've personally been in this store twice & experienced this conduct in the last 3 months & both times there was plenty of help (3+ associates) but as a couple confused customers walked around needing assistance not one of the young workers are even remotely interested in making eye contact or coming out from behind the counter to help you.In a small town, customer service or lack there of can increase your business or it can be the kiss of death & needless to say it explains the lack of business the few times I've been in the store & I like others won't be back.Btw, all these super short positives reviews can be summed up as one thing, business fluffers.

Ordered parts and found out they were wrong. They cancelled order and credited it back on my card and I got the right parts. It was my fault. But, they helped me out without a fuss.

Most employees make sure you are satisfied and have everything to get the job done with the right parts and tools. If they don't have what you need, they get it for you as fast and efficient as possible.
