Franchise style business like O'Reilly, Advanced Auto, the long list really need to be reviewed on that specific location. I'm a huge fan of O'Reilly so while a healthy distance from my home and first choice I needed a hand and of course chose the name however was taken back by the absolute poor work ethics. It Appear they would prefer to speak with one another, and a shame. My local in upstate SC are so helpful. This location has me biting my tounge at such a lack of care. I would never return to this location and saw plenty of the worthy competition who was glad to help. Waste of time and frustration. Again, I was shocked to see this as I have a great location I use.

Good friendly service. The staff is helpful, and knowledgeable. I shop here frequently because they help me find what I need, and don't try to sell me what I don't need.

Good friendly service. Found it's better to call first to find out if the part needs to be delivered from Atlanta. Usually a 2 day delivery date.

I had to have a special lug nut socket and these folks in Barbourville came through. Saved the day (and the weekend) this past Saturday. Cost under $10. Other places said contact dealer or it would cost $100.

No one ever answers the phone when you call. Even when you drive to the store it s like pulling teeth to get waited on. Need to shut it down and put in an autozone!

My husband is the one who goes here. But doesn't really like to. But Advance Auto has gotten to where they don't know their butt's from a hole in the ground.

Even though they are expensive, they do price match if you do your research on the best price before you go. The staff is very knowledgeable and eager to assist you. My go to place in town for auto parts!

Order a part for my truck online it said it was in stock when I got to the store to pick it up, of course it was out of stock. I had to wait til the next day to pick it up
