TRAVIS IS AN AMAZING HUMAN! He came and saved me last night, I had a flat w no spare! The price was BEYOND FAIR! He made me feel very comfortable and his truck was clean! If I could only call Travis to help me in the future, I would!! The whole process from initial phone call to drop off was great!! Thank you again!!!

The guy there was really nice be better if you could get ahold if him on the weekends but he was overall a good person and no issues getting my vehicle he even helped me air up my tire

These guys have always been the best they have helped my family for generations up on highway 229 weather we're running our cars in ditches or just getting stuck up our holler having fun they're always the right one to call!!!!

They were ambiguous with pricing. Also it s 2023 and they don t accept credit/debit cards. Seems a little shady.Just to clarify on what they said below. I did not break any law and my car was not impounded. The way they speak about their customers, labeling them as screw ups , speaks volumes about their character.

Would not give a receipt said I didn't pay the reimbursement price. Said I only paid the cash price. I've never heard of such a thing and neither had my insurance company. Would never send a family member of mine there.

Locked our keys in our vehicle. Was there in about 5 or so minutes after calling. Had no issues, unlocked the vehicle in about 30 seconds! We know who to go to in the future. Thank you for being quick and efficient!

Awesome folks who I would hire again in a new york minute. Bailed us out of a jam on Christmas Eve and then again just a few weeks later when son locked keys in truck up one of those hollows that only Barbourville locals can appreciate. They are trusted folks who charge reasonable rates for great service.
