Had a blowout and was refused service because they closed in 10 minutes and didn't want to have to work over. When I worked at Walmart we had to take any customer up until the time we closed even if it meant we had to work over. Poor customer service and there is no excuse for it.

Waited for 2 hours to find my tire couldn t be repaired. No problem. Not their fault. I decide to purchase 2 tires. They have 2 in stock. It s 6:30 and they close at 7:00. Manager has left for the day, leaving a guy to take care of the counter who is on his first day there. I agree to return the next morning so the guys can go home on time. Next morning, new crew. Won t sell me the tires. They are special order . So special in fact, that they ve sat there for at least 2 days. I m guessing longer. Sadly, this location needs to close the auto shop.Service: Tires

This is the slowest place in the world. I had an appointment got there on time. They told me it would be an hour and half came back then and they hadn't touched my car and yold me it wpuld be an0ther hour and half. So I left. So irritating.

Good prices for a regular oil change, as long as you specify what you want & make sure they stick to it.

Showed up 3.5 hours before close and turned away for a simple oil change. They won't set appointments either? How exactly am I supposed to use this service then?

I left my truck with the auto center for an oil change, and when I came back an hour later it had not been moved. I went inside to find that they had lost my key. After driving over 30 minutes to get my spare and move the truck out of their way while they looked for my key or made me a replacement, a manager named Charlie was contacted by the autocenter employees and he informed them that he was watching footage and I never gave a key to them . I was not allowed to see the footage.After waiting a few minutes more and failing to get an offer to even replace my key, I was starting to get mad. Then an employee found my key in the garage area, shortly after Charlie had told them once again that I never handed them a key on camera.When the store was contacted later the only thing we were offered or told was that I should not have used curse words after they accused me of lying.

They should close permanently. They never answer the phone. When you drive all the way there only to find that they aren't open. I ordered my tires from them and then had to scramble to find another tire center and pay to have them put on again. Will never purchase from them again

I've NEVER " and have visited numerous Wal-Mart stores," had to wait 2+ hours for an oil change when I Was Next in Line... Short handed is not even remotely the issue here. However, the people were friendly so they got a 2nd star.....

Guys had no idea how to change oil. He tightened my oil filter for 30 minutes trying to remove it. Worst experience ever.

This location is by far and away superior to the Ashland ky Walmart. The staff is much more helpful and the facility itself is cleaner and way better organized. I drive past the Ashland location to come to the Cannonsburg location.

Canonsburg Ky location is amazing at helping and deciding what's best for your auto, the one in Ashland Ky stay away, rude employees, aweful service

When they tell you it will be no more than 2 hours they lie. Sitting here for 4 hours no one even apologized or anything.
