Highly suggest working with Scotty Johnson! From day one he wanted to make sure my family bought the car we were happy with. We were never pressured into buying anything right away, we asked a ton of question and had a lot of patience. Scotty even takes the time to make sure you understand your vehicle with all the new features it might have.

Mike DeWeese, at Toyota of Ashland, is a true gentleman with a very customer centric personality. Mike not only took great pride in understanding what I was looking for, he legitimately cared to provide top friendly service and a top quality experience. It was Mike's patient and resourceful temperament during the pre-purchase phone calls that made me comfortable to fly out from NJ to KY, with my son, to look at the vehicle.I am very happy to say that Mike had the car ready for us, demonstrated all of its great features, we made the deal, and we happily drove back to our home in NJ in our awesome Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium. Great experience with Toyota of Ashland. I got an oil & filter change and tire rotation. I love how you just drive into the garage out of the weather outside. I walked around and they called me when it was done. I ve used them before and will be back.

The people at Toyota of Ashland were really great. We just bought a new 2024 Toyota Rav4 hybrid and the experience was wonderful. While I find the service costs to be very expensive (comparatively speaking), the customer service & convenience keep me coming back. My service adviser, Mike Abrenica, is well-mannered, polite and explains what type of service is needed and why. He patiently listens to my concerns and I really appreciate his courteous manner and excellent customer service.

My sister had a very good experience working with Josh at this dealership along with the financing managers. And because of how great her deal was, she suggested it to me to purchase a new vehicle. It has been about eight years since I ve purchased a vehicle, and it was very seamless in how easy it was, and how cooperative they were to my needs as a customer. I one thousand percent recommend them to anyone that is looking into getting a vehicle, that is great on gas and hold its value over the years.I am beyond grateful for how willing they were to work with me and the steps they were willing to take to ensure that I got the best deal possible.I'm officially Toyota for life now.

We worked with Demar Poindexter to buy our 2023 Tacoma. We highly recommend working with him. We looked at several other dealerships to buy a truck, but he is the reason we returned to buy our truck from Toyota of Ashland. He is fantastic to work with and he was absolutely no pressure at all. I will return to Toyota Of Ashland to purchase my next vehicle. I had a wonderful experience and did not feel pressured to buy at all. I wasn t asked my budget, the payment I wanted to be at, and I didn t have someone rushing out just to make a sale. I had the pleasure of working with Michael Deweese. A sales representative at the dealership. He walked out, got to know me and my wife before he even asked what we were interested in. It almost felt like meeting up with an old friend. He allowed us to take a look at the vehicles we were interested in without standing over our shoulders and only telling us more about the vehicle when we asked instead of rushing us with useless information about the vehicle. Once we narrowed it down to what we wanted, we went on a test drive and unlike most he let us drive how we would on a daily basis and let us listen to the power train for any problems. We didn t buy the same day and when we were leaving he didn t try to get our info or push his card on us. I m glad I returned to purchase my 20224-runner SR5 from Michael because he made everything simple and I had all the numbers upfront without even knowing I was going to purchase. I highly recommend anyone one looking for a new ride or any first time buyers to go to see what they are all about because they aren t about making a sale. They are about putting you in a vehicle that you will be happy with for years.

I bought 2017 Ford Escape from the Toyota of Ashland in October of 2023. I live in Ohio, so we made around a 3 hour trip to even visit this lot. I m 20 and have never purchased a car for myself before, so I had my parents come with me and I thought we d done everything right. We took the car on a test drive and checked under the hood for any obvious problems with car and didn t see anything. We were told the car was in great shape and there was nothing we would have to worry about fixing in the near future. By November, we started noticing problems. Wiper fluid would not come onto my windshield and when we went to replace the fluid, we discovered a full reservoir of fluid and after we peeled the inner lining of the hood out, we discovered some sort of animal nest present in my regularly driven car. Whatever had been living in my car and building a nest for however long, had chewed through the tubing for the wiper fluid and we had to replace it. In January, my car stopped starting after not being driven for 3 days. I am a college student who lives 2.5 hours away from my parents, so this is obviously a detrimental issue. After roadside assistance came to help me, they diagnosed my car as having a problem with the starter. My parents drove the 2.5 hours to fix my starter when my dad discovered someone had been inside and tampered with the starter in my car leaving the connections lose. We did end up replacing the starter to be on the safe side, but also discovered a faulty water pump which we had to fix as my car stopped producing heat AND the temperature gauge was messed up. Now, my car is making some sort of croaking sound when I brake or even just drive slowly. Before owning this car, I had a 2014 Ford Fusion that I drove for almost 5 years and I didn t have to do HALF the number of repairs on the car that I ve had to do for this vehicle in the 5 MONTHS I ve owned it. I feel extremely taken advantage of by this dealership as they knew I was young and used that to get rid of a car they would have known had problems with no regard for my safety.

Great customer service all around. I interacted with multiple staff members and everyone was friendly and helpful. The service department did a great job with the "20,000 mile servicing" on my 2022 Tacoma. Best Toyota Service Department in the Tri-State in my opinion.

Came in to get new tires put on, balanced, an oil change, the Jack put back in its place and spare tire stowed. Everything was written down on the slip for the mechanics.I was speaking with Mason at the desk and my van pulled up and was done .I checked the vehicle and the valve stem covers were missing, the Jack was not put back and the carpet where the spare tire goes down was never put back. Thank goodness Mason had valve stem covers and he hit a mechanic to help with the Jack. I have never had such shoddy service. I m disappointed. Thank you Mason for all your help.

Whoever my service advisor was today (he didn t say his name) might be having a bad day or something but if you re going to be rude I ll have my cars serviced elsewhere. Plus after waiting 40-something minutes he brings a handmade sheet of paper saying they aren t responsible for damage to anything for a tire/rim swap and I need to sign it. If the dealership doesn t trust the employees enough to swap tires on factory Toyota wheels without damaging them, why would I? 0/10. Would not recommend.

I called Dave Brislin to inquire about getting a Sienna. I was very specific on what I wanted so I didn't have high hopes of getting it anytime soon. Dave called me back in a half hour to let me know he got exactly what I was looking for and even sent me pictures as I couldn't believe it. Picked it up a day later! Dave made the process super easy and was extremely knowledgeable on my questions. If your in the market call Dave, he'll take good care of you!
