Scheduled a service with the 13th Street location, they asked my vehicle information and was told over the phone it would be $69. After arriving they took me out to the garage to show an issue found and informed it would need to be corrected before the scheduled service could be done. Between the part and labor charges an additional $117 was added, which I was fine with and agreed to. After going back inside I was asked to fill out my information at the top of the ticket/receipt, and at that time it listed $69.99 for the scheduled service, and concerning the issue found $56.96 for the part and $60 for the labor, and of course it was understood all prices were before sales tax. Later that evening when putting the receipt with financial papers, I noticed the $69 scheduled service charge had been changed to $99, with an obvious 9 written over the 6. I was never informed at any time of this $30 increase. However, I will accept responsibility on my part that I should have looked over the receipt immediately after paying. This is not a negative on their quality, as the vehicle is running great and every staff member was courteous and friendly. But I do feel it should be ensured that any price increase and the reason why should be communicated to the customer.

Needed tires for my van. Stopped in asked if they had any tires in the size of my van. Yes and at a reasonable price. Had old ones off new ones on under 30 minutes. No where else to go for your tire needs. Will he only place I use from now on..

This was my second time going to this business. They have taken care of my vehicle very well. Always great service and will try to help you on prices also. And they are very quick to get the job done. Thanks guys. I have made them my number 1 place. Even tell family and friends to go to them

Went there to get my tired plugged and they couldn't get my lugnuts off so I waited for an hour and half while they stripped my lugnnuts on my tire then they sent me to another place that had to drill them out since sargents messed them up and cost me an extra 70 then if they would of just left them alone or got them off the correct way. Would not recommend waste of time and money. Used to be a great place to go to but I've had several bad experiences there over the last few years. BTW I've had my tired plugged before without them even taking off the tire so not sure why they were even messing with the lugnuts in the first place.

I usually always buy tires here. Great bunch of guys who know their business. Good prices too, and they ll price match others. Fast service, they get it done quick, and their work is good. I always leave satisfied.

Very friendly service. Had an unexpected flat and they replaced it within an hour and a half or less. Would recommend. Good first experience.

The prices are high, the guy Tim who checked out my stuff is not very nice, he was pretty rude, I also happen to know him, I am not a real close friend I just happen to know him enough to know how he really is, I have whitnessed him calling african american people "cotton pickers" and I have also whitnessed him talking very bad about the owner mike. I would never get service there again unless time quits working there.

I had checked all over town looking for new tires for my vehicle. I was looking to get some decent tires but not trying to break the bank on my purchase. Soooo, I checked Sams, Walmart, etc. and not only could they not get me in that day, their prices for tires didnt seem that great. SOOO, I gave a call to Sargents on late in the afternoon notice and not only were they able to get me in that day, but their prices were even better than what I was getting at Sams or Walmart. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had the tires I needed. Which are not exactly common tires. 10-15 dollars cheaper than anyone else. And had them put on the same day. Pretty slick spot if you ask me

Great place to get your tires for the most part they are quick and you can usually find a good used if you can't get new they treat you great the whole time you are there and offer water and coffee while you wait they are a great place to buy and have your tires put on I'd go here way before any where else close to home for sure they are also offer nice sets of wheels for about any truck or car

Had an appointment at 3. It is now 4:15 amd my car is still sitting out front. There waiting rom has old hard chairs that are painful to sit in.i wil pay more somewhere else for better service.

Never going back! Unless I have a flat in front of the store! I ordered tires only 3 came in that was not the stores fault. However, i need the tires on my vehicle, that changed to some that were supposed to be comparable but with some money back. Tires are so bad that i thought that something was wrong with my car. So, took my car there after going to the dealer....they would not do anything about my tires. Now purchasing another set NOT FROM SARGENTS!

I've been buying tires and getting tire repairs done here for as long as I can remember. Prices are always competitive but it's the downhome atmosphere that keeps me coming back. Very friendly tire techs and the owner is always there to help.Forget the big retail chains and spend your money at a locally owned busuness. You won't be sorry!

Good prices. Actually used a torque wrench to get the lugs correctly tightened. Told me about other issues to check with my local mechanic.

It's a good place to get tires for any vehicle. I've know the owners for along time awsome people they have always treated me good if you need tires for any vehicle I highly recommend them.
